I am so happy that I started my dental care with the Integrated Dental Aesthetics practice. My hygienist and Dr Logan are knowlegable, compassionate and demonstrate tremendous professionalism. I am very pleased with my care and would highly recommend this practice to anyone as well as friends and family. Well done! UPDATE 11/20/18- Had another positive, warm and compassionate experience at my 6 month checkup at Integrated Dental.

Kelly and Dr Jess were great and professional as always. All protections were in place in regards to Covid19, so there's nothing to worry about. Integrated Dental Aesthetics is a great dental practice and I will continue to recommend them highly. UPDATE 6/7/22- I had my dental cleaning today with a new hygienist to the practice, one who was new to me and has been at the practice since February of this year.

She was very nice and professional. Dr Logan was nice as usual. Things I was definitely disappointed with at my 6/7/22 visit this time around were the following: Although my cleaning seemed "adequate", it was not nearly as thorough as the cleanings I had done previously with their old hygienist Kelly. This hygienist did not gauge my gum health, which I believe is super important and enter it in my record in order to check for any changes and she did not floss my teeth at the end after the cleaning was done either, which left some debris in between my teeth in some areas. The polishing was ok. In conclusion, my dental cleaning today has left me alittle disappointed.

Had an unexpwcted and emergency visit to assist my mom with loose dentures before a pending vacation! Can not belive the excellence in service! From appointment set up, evaluation down to solution! Doctor, technicians, and supporting team were friendly, knowledgeable and had a solution for us! Excellent! Saved our vacation! Can not thank them enough! This is our place to go! We will be back!

My experience today at Integrated Dental was honestly very pleasant! Dr. Bob was gentle and thorough, and the staff was extremely friendly and professional (and they play great music) Rachel and Dani at reception are the greatest! They take every precaution to keep the office clean and safe! I would highly recommend them if you're looking for a great dental practice!

I have been having headaches and ear pain for as long as I can remember. Doctors have been dismissive but after just one consultation I have hope about getting rid of my headaches for the first time. They truly listen and try to help. I can't wait to move forward and towards a pain free life

I was a loyal customer until about 3 yrs ago. The assistant convinced me that I should replace my metal fillings with newer ones, I did. The next t day, I felt pain when eating or drinking something hot. I went back, to which she said, I'll put on something for sensitivity. A few hours later, it felt the same. I went back and they took an X-ray. She (Dr Logan), who did the procedure, walks in and says "that's because the nerve is exposed, drilled too far".

She then tells me to go to Dr Lubit, within the hour. This is when I find out that he only does root canals. He tells me that I am a 'victim of unfortunate circumstance'. She went too far and now my tooth is ruined, no apology or admission that she messed up. Needless to say, I haven't been back. Very upset with them.

This isn't hyperbole when I say this, but Dr. Logan and his staff have truly changed the quality of my life. It's strange how a seemingly insignificant thing - like teeth - can be so consequential to a person's overall health and state of mind. I visited Integrated Dental Aesthetics recently due to teeth pain in the back of my mouth. It looked like I had been grinding while asleep. Dr. Logan quickly identified the root cause and rebalanced my bite, which in turn had knock-on effects on the sharp migraines I was concurrently facing at the time. Unbeknownst to me, my teeth problems and my perpetual headaches were related!

Through his expertise, I was healed immediately. What's also not described here in detail is how kind and accommodating both he and his staff have been to me throughout the process. The quality of care here, bar none, is the best that I have ever received.

Got the best teeth cleaning of my life from Christina. Terry was helpful, supportive, and kind during the Zoom teeth whitening. Dr. Logan bonded my front tooth wonderfully. The place is super clean and professional. Danielle at the front desk is a joy to correspond with. Truly the best dental experience I've ever had. 10/10 would recommend!

If I could post negative stars I would. I went here a while back and had my teeth done regularly. One of the assistants convinced me to replace the metal fillings that I had, with a different material. I figured, ok, no harm in that. Went in had Dr Logan (female) take out the old fillings, put in the new. The next day, I feel pain when I eat something hot.

Call up, go in they say ok I'll put some desensitizer, or something like that on it. Went home, same problem. Go back and take an X-ray, she comes in, looks at the X-ray and says "oh, yeah, look at that. The drilling is right on the nerve, that's why ". She then tells me to go to Dr Lubit, immediately. I go, which they s he filed within the hour.

He tells me I was "unfortunately, the victim of unintentional circumstances ". He then proceeded to tell me that he only does root canals. This woman drilled too far, to the nerve, ruining my tooth! Not even an apology, or owning up to it, she just sent me to get A ROOT CANAL! Avoid this place. Definitely NOT WORTH IT!

Furious. My daughter has been in unrelenting nerve and joint pain because of a fixed orthotic that that was installed on her lower jaw to supposedly relieve pressure on her joints. She only had ear pain when she went in and now has debilitating jaw pain. He literally gave her a disorder she did not have. I've watched her throw up all day from the agony. This is dangerous, experiential dentistry. How can take good teeth, mess them up and propose in phase 2 "grinding down" for crowns? She sid not need it.

In response to the office, that's a lie. I never asked for any "free" consultation nothing in dentistry is ever free. please do not insult my intelligence. You coin yourself as a TMJ doctor so asking about prices for treatment and orthotics is suddenly random and non related? i think not What a joke.whoever I spoke with was disgusting. who has the audacity to say to a potential new patient I care more about $$ than treatment because we asked for a range of costs! The costs are in the thousands so you better believe I will ask before coming all the way to your office and thank god I did. that response not once but twice spoke volumes!

This is the dentist of all dentists. I used to hate my visits to a former dentist, and with good reason. Dr. Logan & team makes each visit a breeze no matter how gruesome your situation (four root canals later.). I'd truly trust them with anything. They are all about doing things the right way and with your teeth, you just cannot skimp! I recommend Dr. Logan as often as possible. And when I have children, this is the only office I'll be taking them to!

Dr Logan & his team can never retire! I used to drive almost an hour from NY, I've since moved to CT & it now takes me close to two hours but they are so worth it. Dr. Logan is so knowledgeable & passionate about his work I knew I was in good hands the first time I met him. To say this is a well run practice is an understatement & you can see the immense trust & respect Dr. Logan has for his amazing team. I've had some extensive work done and I'm really happy with the work but I remember the little things like Dani brining me a warm blanket while I was having work done as I was cold, so my memory of TMJ procedures is more "warm blanket" than "procedure!" I've been a patient for over 5 years & when I visit it's like catching up with old friends. I look forward to my appointments and have not hesitated to recommend them to family & friends!

I was delighted to find Intergrated Dental Aesthetics after doing research for a local dentist on the web. I needed some semi emergency work done just before Thanksgiving and they came through with flying colors. I dealt with both Dr. Jessica Logan and her father Dr. Robert Logan. Both professional and friendly, as was the entire staff. The office is modern and does not feel like a factory, as some dental offices I've used in the past do.

The results of the repair of a broken crowned incisor were excellent! And I needed the work done the day before Thanksgiving. No hidden charges, and the charges were clearly explained and reasonable. I highly recommend them, as I will to my friends and family.

By far the worst dental experience I have ever had. The receptionists are lovely but the place is a scam. I came in for a simple cleaning and specifically asked that they only do services that are covered by my insurance. They told me that they had no way of knowing that. Then they proceeded to do things that I have never had any other dentist do and told me that it was standard procedure.

After spending two hours there.for a cleaning.the front desk told me that I did not have to pay anything and that they would send me a bill. A month later I received a bill that was MUCH higher than my annual copay. They charged me for all the procedures that I did not need and that I did not ask for. When I talked to them they were rude and believed that they had done nothing wrong.

I paid the hundreds of dollars that they charged me and decided to find a new dentist right away. When I called to cancel my appointment that lady was pushy and tried to convince me that I should stay after I repeatedly told her I just wanted to cancel. They gave me a difficult time when I asked them to send my x-rays to my new dentist and almost REFUSED to give me the 3-D replica of my teeth for which I paid completely out of pocket.

After much fighting I was finally able to get all of my new records and am glad I have no reason to deal with them again. It was the worst experience I have had with a dentist and I would recommend not going here unless you want to be overcharged and scammed.
