Every one of Dr. Osuala's staff members were well-knowledged, professional and customer-focused. Each from the person who answered the phone, the dental assistant, to Dr. Osuala listened intently to my issues. The office and equipment were current. X-rays were taken, my teeth cleaned, a treatment plan outlined and a referral made all within slightly more than an hour of arrival.

Very professional all around! I left feeling well cared for and excited to have finally found a long-term dentist! (New to the area and have had difficulty finding the right fit in a dentist)

I would highly recommend this dental office. It is one of the best ones I have been to. Pleasant office staff, easy to schedule appointment, very short wait time. Hygienists were good. The two hygienists I had previously was better than the one I had recently. It was kind of rude to ask my age and felt like I was treated like a kid with all the "good job" comments during a regular cleaning procedures.

It wasn't necessary. Dr. Osuala takes his time to educate patients on their overall dental health, answers questions and concerns, gives expert advice from sound judgment and factual knowledge that doesn't come across arrogant and pushy. He provides patients with a sense of reassurance and is very personable.

I have been a patient at this company for the past 14years, I've recommended others, because like any other good thing in life you want to share. I'm sharing Supreme Dental with others: the staff certainly enjoy what they're doing and so you have a peace of mind when they're working on/ with you. Hygienist Tia worked with me, very professional, I experienced no pain or discomfort.

I wouldn't change to any other dentist. New post 3/17/22 Supreme dental continues to show professionalism, great customer service and peace of mind when you lay in the dentist chair, and get a glimpse of the instruments they'll be using in your mouth Like the song says, "they understand the assignment!" Awesome Doctors and staff! Everyone is really friendly as well as courteous. They have convenient hours and accept several methods of payment. They speak multiple languages. Extremely clean facility that puts your health as high of a priority as your dental needs. You'll notice they adhere to the latest CDC guidelines as well. I've nothing but high praise for the doctors and staff at this facility. Give them a try and surely you'll be back.

I got my wisdom teeth extracted here yesterday and it was PAINFUL! I was given local anesthesia and I could feel the pressure so badly. I wish I could of had all four removed at once to get it over with but I unfortunately have to come back later in the month for the next two to be removed. It would have been nice to know beforehand that they don't remove all 4 at once so I could prepare myself and I would have loved to know that I would be awake during the process.

I also could have scheduled my next wisdom appointment sooner instead of right after my first one. I don't want to wait I want it to be over with. IT HURTS BADLY and I have a high tolerance for pain. I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy. I also don't like how the billing department works. The price that I had to pay out of of pocket kept constantly changing.

They knew for over a month I had a wisdom teeth appointment scheduled which was ample amount of time to figure out how much everything would cost and to let me know. Their prices are outrageous and it just seems like VERY poor planning on the receptionists staff part! I may not even go here for the second set of wisdom teeth because the pain makes me want to cry.

I never had this experience with a dental office before so be cautious before going. I also want to add that they gave me ibuprofen to help with the pain! Can you believe that? Ibuprofen for a wisdom tooth extraction. Cheap and greedy! They are highly unprofessional and I bet within the next couple of years this practice will be shut down if they get audited!

I believe the dentist cares but the billing department took money from me and I had insurance. I received an explanation of benefits from my insurance company explaining they paid for my services. I had to reach out to the dental office to request a refund months later. They were paid twice for one service. If I wouldn't have called I wouldn't have gotten my money back. My advice is to keep a check on your billing.

The entire staff operates in very professional manner. They are very friendly and accommodating. My experience has always been a safe and trustworthy one.

The dentists at Supreme Dental are second to none. They were extremely accommodating for a dental emergency I had. The staff is warm, welcoming and thorough. The facilities are very clean and bedside manner is the best! I'd highly recommend sourcing them as your primary dentist. Regards, Jay

The office is aesthetically pleasing with amazing staff! The dental hygienist did a very thorough job on my teeth and it has been one of the best cleanings I've had thus far. I'd highly recommend this office for your dental needs.

I had a wonderful first experience at supreme. Every staff member was very attentive to me from the greeters at the front desk to Tia my dental hygienist to my dentist doctor Osuala. Dr. Osuala Took the time to speak to me and get to know me before he even examined me. It makes a difference when providers take the time to speak to you and don't rush their service with you. It makes you feel valued and appreciated as a patient. I'm happy I chose them as my first dentist experience in the area.

The staff are all so polite and genuinely caring! Tia, the hygienist actually sat and explained everything in detail and took time to answer all of my questions. Sarah was also so sweet and gentle. Dr. Osuala dedicated time to answer my questions and really listened to my concerns. I have found my dentist for life! I just love this practice! The office is extremely clean and modernized. All in all a great place. Quick, efficient and highly educated staff.
