Had a wisdom tooth extracted the other day, April 6 and came back yesterday for follow up check. Very disappointed with the personnel who supposed to checked the after result. She is so fake. She put a gloves and glasses on and bend a little bit pretending that she is doing her job. Not even a minute she already said it's good. She didn't even touch my mouth.
Even me, I looked on different angle in the mirror, cannot see it. You have to have at least a mirror to see it. Bad for the business. Although i like the performing doctor, good and very professional.

I've been to this office twice and both experiences were good. My first was just a cleaning where I discovered I needed a root canal. The second was the root canal itself. As far as root canals go it was enjoyable. The dentist was friendly and even singing happily while doing the procedure. Very nice and made it a pleasant experience. Definitely happy so far. I had to switch dentist because the office I was going to stopped taking my insurance.

It's a shame I even felt compelled to write a review, because the actual dentist I had here was fine, he did a great job and was personable enough. However their front desk/billing/scheduling made my procedure here far worse than it needed to be. I'd take another root canal before dealing with them again. First off, absolutely nothing was explained to me as far as "standard protocol" for my procedure.
They gave the impression I needed 2 appointments for my procedure which was fine, but it seemed after each appointment another took its place. 4-5 appointments later I was finished. The billing was a whole different beast, nothing was clear as to when or how much was going to be due at any point in time. Once they had me over pay, once underpaid, and once made me pre-pay before even finishing.
After all was said and done, I made SURE that we were clear, at a zero balance. Lo and behold, a month later I get a bill for ten bucks in the mail. It's not even the money at this point. its the inconvenience. Their inconvenience and lack of customer service is why I will not use them again, even though they are a mile from my home.
