This was my first time there and it was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was spectacular, very clean. The dentist was very smart and easy to talk to. We will definitely be coming back

Not even close to being good with kids. Horrible bedside manner and patience. I don't know How my kid will never go back to a dentist. My poor kid begging please stop and the DR saying " look I am in charge here not you"

Dr. Beck and Lin, the hygienist, are the best. Lin gave me good tips for maintaining my teeth. The whole staff is excellent about laying out options and costs for you so you can decide what's best for you with all the information. They take great care to prevent any disease transmission in the clean and comfortable office.

I am a veteran that they helped out and while I appreciate that I'm also a victim of domestic violence and unable to wear a mask for multiple reasons when I entered their facility they told me that there was a law mandating me wearing a mask inside that facility that is a fallacy and misinformation they also told me that they made that law which is an absurdity how can a dentist work on your teeth if you're wearing a mask how can a dentist lie to their consumers that there are laws that do not exist especially when the governor eliminated the mandates I would have given them a higher score had I not been lied to.

There are more concerns than a manufactured pandemic people have a plethora and a myriad of different disabilities and illnesses that we all need to consider not just one manufactured pandemic

I really like Dr. Jansky. I had a broken tooth. Staff fit me in yesterday at 11:10. Last appt of the day. Assessed the tooth, could possibly do the crown. She got to work. As it turned out, tooth could be crowned. No root canal, no extraction. I walked out with temporary crown at 12:45. Staff could have left at noon. Service like this you don't see or get every day. I'm grateful to Dr. Jansky and the Glen Ellyn staff. On Point Saturday!

I've been a patient here for a few years now. The office is great and it is easy to make an appointment and be seen quickly. I've had a lot of procedures done and have never had a bad experience.

The Glen Ellyn Family Dental Team is patient, make you feel comfortable, explain what they are doing and why it's needed and provide tips on how to better care for your teeth. They create a warm and friendly environment which eases the stress of seeing your dentist.

Dr. Beck is the ultimate professional. Very meticulous and caring. Carmen is also fantastic. The duo is why we continue to choose Family Dental Care.

I had an urgent dental issue and was at first happy this practice could fit meningitis same day. However, they lied about the cost and insurance (which I found out much later). They gave me a price and demanded I pay same day, then tried to bill me AGAIN weeks later and gave me the runaround as to why. What's even worse is that the work they did caused jaw pain to the point where I couldn't chew on one side of my mouth for months. I was so sketched out on them by then I would have never returned to get it fixed.

Having "stable" periodontal disease, I'm most concerned about getting plaque off my teeth regularly--and I'm used to many minutes by a dentist in doing so. My hygenist was very nice, very gentle, but so gentle, I didn't feel her going over areas of plaque removed, to make sure they were "squeaky" clean, she just moved to the next space. I know I have plaque under my front two lower teeth where the gums have receded, and she did not do that area. Perhaps only a dentist is allowed to go that near the gum line? I will reassess this at my next appointment.

Recently, I had my first visit with Dr, Mark Beck. Dr Beck was very kind and professional. I had minimal discomfort with the injections of novocaine. The procedure I had was quick and well-explained. Alyssa was a great dental assistant, providing excellent care. I felt as though I had found a new "dental home" soon after I began my treatment. I look forwad to continuing my care with this great staff!

Told us they accept our insurance, instead of clearly telling us we are not in network. So, with our large family, we are stuck paying hundreds of dollars to them for cleanings and x rays. I looked into this when they gave me a proposal for more extensive dental work for one of my kids, and the treatment plan cost more than braces, which is ridiculous. A root canal and 2 cavities should not cost over 5,000. Nice racket they have going.

Friendly staff, excellent dentists and hygienists. They do everything imaginable to make you as comfortable as possible. They have always been on time, and have no problems blemish getting me in at the times that are most convenient for me. Nice waiting area with toys for the kids.

Everyone at Family Dental Care is very nice and professional! The facility is very modern, I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a great dentist.

My husband and I both have used Family Dental Care of Campton Hills since last fall. Susie, the hygienist, is very thorough, and Dr. Smunt is very professional and pleasant. The rest of the staff is very friendly. I would definitely recommend.

The staff is extremely nice, but seems super expensive in comparison to other dentists in the areas (almost double!) Also thought it was odd they didn't submit my claim to insurance first but told me I had to pay on the spot. I've always had my previous dentists submit to insurance and then I pay the balance. Went out of convenience but not sure I'll go back.

Finally found a dental practice for my whole family! Our previous dentist retired and I was on the search for a new family dentist. Family Dental Care is very accommodating for appointments, they have the best staff and very thorough. Dr. Jongers and Dr. Beck are both great dentists.

My 4 year old daughter had never been to the dentist. So this was her first time and she was very nervous. The assistant as well as the doctor handled it perfectly. They were calm, fun and really patient. My daughter had a great experience and was asking on the way home when she can go back. Goal accomplished! What I also liked was the more conservative approach: No x-rays for this age.

Just digital pictures which won't harm. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the actual office is very clean and solid but not necessarily up to the newest technologies.

My wife went to this place recently for a routine cleaning and x-ray. When she got there, they first did an excessive number of X-rays (18) and when it was time for the cleaning she was told that "we don't have time to clean your teeth". THIS IS WHAT THE APPOINTMENT WAS FOR! And then after that the dentist finally came in and then tried to sell her a bunch of expensive procedures. Like she would actually go back. We both went to this dentist based on a flyer to get first time customers to try out the practice. Don't do it!
