I have had a really good experience here With a doctor and most of the staff. Unfortunately, my crown fell off after only one month! They have fixed it and I acknowledged my responsibility for its care. I'm grateful. When I called to tell them I had strike 3 with Miriam (who others have mentioned). She is deeply indifferent and seems perpetually put out by having to interact with clients (or just me?) but has no problem chatting with her coworkers while scrolling on her phone. Is it too much to ask that when I come in she say "hello, thanks for coming in."?

Or when I come in with my crown in a plastic bag she say, "I am so sorry this happened!"? I don't think it is. This place would be MUCH better if they took her away from that front desk.

I cannot say enough good things about Orland Dental Center. The staff is very friendly. Karen the hygienist does an excellent job, is very thorough and is the most pleasant young lady. Dr Wols in an excellent Dentist. I have been a patient for the past 10 years. I recently saw him for some corrections to my smile due to teeth moving and just getting old.

He spent an hour and a half filling in and bonding material to ajust my smile. My smile hasn't looked this good in 40 plus years. He is truly a perfectionist and did an outstanding job. I can't say enough good things about how kind he is and the quality of his work. My wife could not believe the difference. If you are looking for a dentist that cares, does an amazing job and is patient you cannot go wrong with Orland Dental Center and Dr Wols.

It was my first visit after searching for a dentist with good reviews in my network. I couldn't be happier. The staff is so helpful and nice. Very friendly place and they explain everything they are doing step the step.

The staff is helpful and understanding. Dr. Hasan is great with anxious patients. He's patient and understanding. He does everything possible to make the patient comfortable.

My dental hygienist, Paraah, was very professional. Overall, I had a great experience. Everyone was friendly and caring.

I took my son to this dentist and ended up filling his baby teeth which fell out after a couple of months. We ended up paying hundreds on top of the insurance deductions (it turns out he over charges). He's either bad at his profession or a scammer. It is clear on x-rays that his teeth were going to fall out in a short period of time that filling them was not necessary.

I spoke with a couple of other dentists after this experience and said that he should've not filled them because they were going to fall out anyway. I would not recommend this dentist.

Every time I go for my check up they hurt my teeth are always rough. recently they had to rearrange the bracket which is weird because I've had two family members that had braces and they never needed to arrange the brackets so they definitely messed up my brackets. Also today I found my corner bracket isn't connect to the wire.

I visited Orland Dental Care for a consultation for a new set of retainers. I was seen by Orthodonist Allison Quach. She explained to me that my insurance would not cover my new retainers. During the consultation molds were taken. I was charged for a orthodontic retention $600.00. Another orthodontic retention $475.00. A Occlusal guard-hard, full arch $350.00.

A total of $ 1425.00. I made a payment of $475.00 with the rest due when my retainers come. I called my insurance company to double check my coverage. They informed me I was being fraudulently charged for my retainers. They informed me I should not have been charged for the orthodontic retention ( free) and that my occlusal guard was only $124.00.

I would NOT recommend this Orthodonist for treatment! Very deceptive in their charging practices. Also the office manager Aramis was very rude and non professional. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a dentist office! My insurance company called them and made it clear that they were being fraudulent and that I should be rewarded my money back. I also reported the doctor to the Better Business Bureau.

The staff is pleasant, but they charge you however they want to. Went there for an exam plus x-ray plus cleaning which was included for 99$ for patients without insurance, as it says on their website. Well I ended just having an exam plus x-ray and no cleaning all of that 260$. Then scheduled an extraction because I had a tooth needed to be removed immediately cause I had a bad infection.

First the price for extraction was 1169$ then it was 946$ and finally it was 846$. They told me I need couple root canals, I wanted to fix my smile, the dentist said he couldn't do it and I have to wear braces and it goes on and on so that way they can get more money out of your pocket. Also when I asked for my xray to be sent on my email they said 35$ if I want them. Called them an hour later and the lady didn't even ask for a payment! It's ridiculous. Don't waste your time here, go get a second opinion!

This office is a scam. The doctor is an even bigger scammer. Truly run this place like a business. They filled a cavity that I didn't even know I had- no issues or pain from "it." They caused me needing a root canal that did not resolve the pain and issues that arose after the cavity being filled. They had costed me $1000s for a "cavity" that never was an issue me.

I have learned to read reviews before being serviced anywhere. This man needs his license taken away. He and all the ladies working there are doing a disservice to many. True crooks!

Excellent! Took my 5 yo for his 1st dentist appt & he was w/ a wonderful dental hygienist who made him (& I) feel very comfortable. Her bedside manner was wonderful & we were in/out in 30min tops. Highly recommend this Dental office!

I had one cavity filled and one crown fitted and it was too expensive. The dentist is rough and doesn't care just flip flopping between patients to maximize profits. I've never had a filling bother me after being done. Absolutely will never come back!

Clean and timely. My family of 6 have been patients for 11 years. The staff and doctors are amazing. They are great with all ages, and super accommodating in emergency situations. LOVE THEM! I have even referred multiple people to them. Amazing dental office!

I give this facility a 5 star rating! Dr. Takla and Sharon are amazing! I can not stress enough how much of a blessing this office is! I recently went in and saw some new faces at the office, but everyone is still kind and have an uplifting tone in their voice! The place is very clean and they are taking great and effective precautions during this. pandemic.

I want to also add that they are willing to work with you on whatever situation you have and they are very thorough with letting you know costs up front. I will always recommend this Dental Office! I love you guys! You're the best.

I now love going to the dentist. ODC is special because all of their staff are special. They care about you. They make me feel like I'm in Hollywood and my smile makes me feel like a star.

Excellent dental office! I arrived early and after filling out a few brief forms, I was called back for my cleaning. The office itself was clean and the appointment was punctual. I will definitely return!

Dr. Quach is great. Very patient and explains things. I don't like their choice of music they play in the office. It isn't very calming.

I can't speak highly enough about Sharon, the dental hygienist at Orland dental care. Sharon is through, gentle, informative and kind. When we took your standard x rays Sharon spotted a little corner of a wisdom tooth she hadn't seen before in my regular dental X rays. she was quick to make the decision that I needed a full x ray to insure no complications would arise from this tooth.

Not to mention her choice of music which made me feel as though l was at a spa! I love leaving knowing I just had an extremely through examination and cleaning. Thank you for a pleasurable dental cleaning!

I've been going to Orland Dental Care for over 15 years. Every time I walk in, I am welcomed as if I were family. The office is high-tech, yet has the feeling of a day spa. Dr. Takla is awesome, as is his Staff. A five star operation. Professional and painless.

This office was nice and the people are nice, BUT everything is a sales pitch. First of all-the young lady that took my Ex rays was very rough! She just shoved the thing in my mouth without warning! I'm not sure if she is new but, my experience was horrible. She was nice but VERY rough! 2nd the prices out of pocket is very EXPENSIVE! I have very good insurance and compared to other dentist offices Orland Dental care is the most expensive. Everything is a sales pitch in this office. I do not recommend this office.

Rude rude woman by the name Miriam. It was 5 pm and I was 15 min late. I called and explained I would be a few minutes late due to traffic. While pulling into the parking lot she had the front desk clerk call me and reschedule because they don't take patients after 15min. She used a lame excuse and didn't give the courtesy of a pass. She or the staff never mentioned a 15min grace period.

When I asked why no one I formed me she used it's in the policy language. She could have apologized but due to her horrible attitude I will not spend the thousand days of dollars needed to change my smile with this dentistry. The beauty is one person can really change a dentist business. I'll be notifying everyone not to do business with them. How rude. Next time find a job with better hours if you can't stay to give a cleaning. People really can destroy a place. -Khaliah

First of all the office is so beautiful and the staff are all so very professional and polite. Within my appointment we were able to make plans for the upcoming journey of getting me to my perfect smile. The best dentist experience that I've ever had. Highly recommend and actually looking forward to my next visit!

Didn't want to give these people 1 Star would never go back here! Had excruciating pain & wanted to be seen after work so I tried this place. Big mistake! Explained how bad the pain was & was given a run around for over an hour. The " dentist" spent less than 5 mins with me the rest of the time was with a girl who kept leaving the room & didn't seem too experienced.

As pain gets worse they're trying to sell an almost $10K pkg of extraction & dentures worrying about pictures & impressions rather than my teeth & pain. Said I had infection, gives me amoxicillin & ibuprofen & then wants down payment to book appt for next visit. When I question them I'm told by "dentist" I'm paying for his time. When I went to fill prescription they gave me both with someone else's name on it.

Yet another hour wasted. Had to see a doctor today as my jaw is swollen & still having pain. Don't waste your time, your$$, or take a chance with your health! Nothing but s scam

My seven year old was nervous about going to the dentist as his last experience wasn't very pleasant. However, from the moment I made the appointment, the staff was warm and friendly. Upon arrival, our awesome experience was continued by the greeting we received from ladies at the front desk. Once he was called back, the technician was very kind and personable. Dr. Shah came in and spoke directly to my son.

I could see that he felt at ease. The doctor and the tech explained the process of cleaning and the tech let him feel that the cleaning wouldn't hurt. He did great. I drove about 40 mins to get to this location but it was TOTALLY worth every minute and every mile. Would highly recommend this office to anyone in need of dental services. -Stacey Flournoy

Horrible place, they rip you off and try to get money out of you that is not needed. They are bad Ortho and surgeon. Gave my daughter braces 1 time took them off they screwed them up then put another round on for free and her teeth still are not correct they told me now she would need teeth pulled or shaved down to have straight teeth (second opinion coming, when they prove to be wrong I will be getting a refund!).

For her wisdom teeth they tried to rip us off and have us pay 2922 it took me several phone calls to find out they were only going to try and bill dental when they were sent a form from my dental insurance saying it's covered under medical, they had no plans of calling of the medical until I caught them being sneaky. So many more issues. Update: I took my daughter to get her wisdom teeth done by an amazing oral surgeon and it cost 287$ instead of 2922$!

One of the worst dentist ever! Please do yourself a favor and find a dentist that cares about you not your money! We went there for my mom because of the great reviews. The first time he came himself to talk to us about what has to be done so we agreed and we had to do 2 sessions. On the first one, I asked to see him for a couple of questions which wasn't going to be long they refused to let me talk to him saying he's busy, even though he was walking around trying to avoid us!

He was just talking to the new "customers" yes customers because all they see is dollar signs coming through the door! I found another dentist for the 2nd session which costed me less than half of their price!

Monica the Manager is extremely unprofessional and rude! I had an appointment and waited over an hour to be seen. 3 people went in before I did and wasn't offered anything to drink until my insurance cleared and was taken to the back. Then had to wait almost 30min for the dentist to come speak to me and could no longer wait. I had been there almost 3 hours and had to leave without getting my teeth cleaned or cavity filled! I'm a new mother and didn't anticipate being gone that long!

I had my two wisdom teeth taken out this morning by Dr. Daniel Weber, Periodontist. Dr. Weber explained step by step what he was going to do to take out my two bottom wisdom teeth. Dr. Kyle Takla seen me and said hello and all the staff that saw me said hello or hi Darren or Hello Darren. My experience was As great as it gets!

Have never written a review before, but people should be warned about this place. This dentist is ridiculous. I used to go here because it was covered by my insurance. They will say absolutely anything to get you to spend money. Every time I came, I would have to repeatedly tell them I don't want Invisalign. They would always try to get me to get it.

I was also told by them three separate times that I needed a root canal. After which, I went to a different dentist to get a separate opinion, and he fixed all three with fillings. The exact same thing happened to my sister as well, twice. They should not be trusted. The girl in reception every time I go there is also always very rude to everyone in my family when they come. Needless to say, do not go there anymore, and would not recommend.

I went for a consultation because I had a GroupOn for their Invisalign services and treatment, since my insurance doesn't cover adult orthodontics. Everyone was nice and friendly, and the office was up to date with new technology. But, you would think that with the technology they had, they would take actual X-Rays to see how your teeth have shifted. Instead, they took digital pictures with a professional camera.

Maybe that's the new way things are done? I'm just used to having X-Rays done. The dental assistant was accommodating and made sure my kids and I were comfortable during the visit. I only spent 5 minutes with the actual dentist who just told me that I would be a candidate for Invisalign, which I had already assumed. What caught me off guard was at the end when I was told that instead of using my credit card to pay for my services (if I decided to go through with the Invisalign services), I could set up a loan with a third party company through the dental office. I'm not sure how comfortable I would feel taking a loan from a third party company for dental services. To my knowledge, I thought a lot of medical offices offered payment plans directly through them instead of giving options to apply for different types of loans.

Money pit! Also sent my daughter to an oral surgeon to have a baby tooth pulled and ended up going somewhere else where they were able to do it in office. Bad experience here.

I have been coming here for the last 6 months getting Invisalign treatment. The staff and Dr. T are very knowledgable and answered my many questions. I am pleased with the results so far and very glad I found OP Dental Care!

I saw there was a Groupon available and called to schedule an appointment before purchasing the coupon. The receptionist said it had expired. That "it shouldn't be on there." I told her I had planned to purchase it (which the groupon site allowed) and that I otherwise wouldn't be coming in. They would not honor the Groupon rate.

UNETHICAL, UNPROFESSIONAL. GO ELSEWHERE! After being a patient for years, here are some of the things I've experienced which warrant this 1 star review: -I've overheard receptionists/ hygienists talking negatively about patients- -they've lost my x-rays - they are constantly pushing expensive treatment. When you decline they push further.

I realize they need money to stay afloat, but their level of pushiness was unlike any other Ive ever experienced outside of a used car lot. At one point they wanted to sell me an electric toothbrush so bad they went online to show me that their price was no higher than Bed, Bath and Beyond. I was floored that they went to this extreme! - I was especially offended when office mgr. Nicole was trying to schedule me for a pricey dental procedure which would have cost me over $1000.

I respectfully declined, and she grilled me, asking why. I was humiliated and forced to tell her I couldn't afford it at that time. SO UNPROFESSIONAL! -they recently informed me they would no longer be accepting my dental HMO (something I could have suspected since moving to their new updated office; HMO patients just aren't profitable enough for them).

What put the frosting on the cake was the fact that I had scheduled a cleaning 6 months before, and they cancelled it suddenly ( without even giving me a reason) about two months before they were going to stop taking my insurance. When I called to reschedule it, they claimed they had nothing open before my insurance expiration date. However the office mgr. Nicole assured me there might be a cancellation and they would call me. Never heard back from them. What a shocker. Given my experiences you can see why I would not recommend this office to anyone!

I have been a patient of this dentist for years. About a year ago he moved to a new fancy office. He now has partner dentist that are not the greatest. In my most recent visit I was told I needed all of this expensive work done. This was never brought up previously. My husband had the same experience last month. It seems like he just needs to pay the bills on his office. I am looking for a new dentist!

My dental cleaning was amazing! They put on FOOTLOOSE movie while I did my cleaning I actually wanted to stay and watch it I just felt like I was at home it was a very welcoming environment. They also took pictures of my teeth and put it on the tv screen to review my teeth and ask if I had any concerns with my smile. They were fast and efficient! Very friendly and I will be coming back.

DO NOT GO TO THIS GUY! I went to this dentist because he had a groupon and I didn't have dental insurance. My first check up went well, no problems or cavities. My 2nd check up he told me that I had a deep cavity which may need a root canal. This sounded sketchy to me because he said that he saw it in my x-rays 6 months earlier, but he didn't say anything earlier. WTF?! So, I bought dental insurance because I thought I needed a root canal.

I went to a new dentist because Dr. Takla was not in my network and the new dentist told me that I didn't need a root canal, nor did I even have a cavity! Needless to say, this guy is totally UNETHICAL!
