Normally don't leave reviews but I'm so frustrated cause this place seemed nice based on the reviews. Scheduled an appointment months in advance only to be told last minute there are staffing issues & had to cancel. Okay I understand, but to tell me there are people in the waitlist they had to see first basically saying those in a waitlist had a higher priority than I, who already scheduled an appointment is ridiculous. Lady who called didn't even seem to care nor understand my frustration.

This was my first time at Cottage Dental and I am really happy with my experience. The facility was very nice, the staff was friendly, and there was even a tv in the room with a movie to watch while I had my teeth cleaned. I already booked my next appointment with them.

Cottage Dental Care is amazing. So friendly, welcoming and they did a great job cleaning my teeth. They kept me in the loop the entire time, explained what they were doing and what came next. I highly recommend! I'll be back in 6months for my next cleaning!

I forget the young lady name that did my basic cleaning and did my x rays. I think her name starts with a B. Anyways this young African American Woman did an amazing job with me. I felt comfortable in her care. She was really nice and would engage in conversations as well. Highly recommend

Literally the best dentist office I've ever been to, from the time I arrived. They got me in right away for tooth pain I was having. The assistant at the desk was really pleasant. The dental hygienist Bria was soo awesome. She was friendly and very attentive to my teeth sensitivity, she also has such a great personality. Even the dentist himself was great.

They took care of me the right way. I usually hate dentist visits, they even showed me my X-rays and explained to me what was going on with my teeth, which no other dentist I've been to has ever done. They are all so awesome i couldn't imagine going anywhere else

Given the COVID19 pandemic, getting care when you are in need is a big deal. Being deployed with the National Guard as part of our states covid response team I am directly responsible for dozens of Guardsman helping our community and today a member came down with a potential big problem with a tooth. Your office immediately helped and got our member in and quickly found a really easy and painless solution. Then you waived the charges! Your patriotism and commitment is commendable and anyone reading this review should realize the sacrifice this office made today.

Dr. and the hygienist are professional, clean polite and they make your visit quick and painless. This is the first dentist that I've had that I feel is genuinely just as concerned about my healthcare as I am. I will never go anywhere else.
