Luce Orthodontics

We love Luce Orthodontics! Dr. Luce and her staff are friendly, approachable, helpful and knowledgeable. We have been going for 7 years and the staff is consistent and always very organized. Two of my boys are done with their "treatment" (and they look great!), but Dr. Luce still sees them occasionally to monitor their after-treatment progress. She is encouraging, yet real in her way of talking to her patients. We could not be happier with our experience.

Dr Luce and her staff are very friendly and professional. There is never a wait time on my appointments. Dr Luce always takes her time and explains everything. I have been extremely satisfied with my care and results and have recommended others to her.

I giving this practice 5 stars for stellar business practices. I'm a retired Dental Assistant serving Crystal Lake and McHenry areas since 1997. I have seen a lot of Dr Luce's patients coming through our office as well as many other Otho practices. We have referred out our patients to her and with good reason. This Is why I have decided her office to be my Dr to use the Invisilign system.

I had braces, full band, as a kid. Now 60, I needed redirection of migrating teeth to correct bite and improve smile. If you're child or you need correction even if you're retiring, do this. You deserve and it's so so easy. I live in Lake Geneva now. Worth the drive. Covid Time. Being OSHA certified for many years I can assure you they are above and beyond cautious. Dr Luce has been very conservative with my daughter from the very beginning. I felt she was very fair with price as well. They offer many creative ways to manage the payments which I liked as well. She is very kind to my daughter and recommended invisiline due to the sports she was in. They changed her teeth in the matter of months! I would highly recommend Dr Luce to anyone!

I highly recommend Luce Orthodontics. They are very professional, thorough and what I appreciate most is how efficient the appointments are. My daughter and I are both Invisalign patients and have no complaints about the process whatsoever. Our dentist recommended Dr. Luce and after almost a year as a patient there I am so glad we went there. Very kid friendly office and the entire staff is amazing!

My family loves Dr. Luce, and her entire staff. We've already had one daughter finish treatment with Dr. Luce and her teeth are perfect. She now loves her smile. They offer payment plans for all budgets, and her overall price for treatment was the lowest around. My son just started this summer with invisalign, and he loves how easy it is. Kristy runs the front office and she is amazing and really makes the whole process seamless. The office really treats everyone like family! I wouldn't take my kids anywhere else!

When going into the office it smelled really gross. I would think with being a medical office it would smell clean. The nurse was the only nice one in the entire building. The person up front had a major attitude and seemed like she didn't really know what to do. The nurse was very sweet and very helpful with my 9 yr old brother. After going through and taking X-rays and pictures the doctor came in.

She came in with a rage and immediately started yelling at me in front of my 9 yr old brother. Extremely unprofessional and would not recommend. She wouldn't even look at my brothers mouth and refused to even though he had a wire that had came out and was hurting his mouth. Horrible horrible attitude and super embarrassing!

Dr Luce is wonderful. My son is her patient and he is really happy with his results. It's really amazing how fast his smile is improving. Dr Luce and her staff are always friendly and kind. We are really happy we made the choice for this orthodontics office. I would definitely refer family and friends to Luce Orthodontics.

Dr. Luce is wonderful. I am 13 years old and was born with a cleft lip/palate. I have been seeing Dr. Luce since I was 6. I can ask her anything and she is always honest. Making sure I know what to expect. She understands the process can be uncomfortable and always tells me how to help make it easier. Her staff is pretty cool too.

I have my third child currently under the treatment of Dr. Luce and her amazing staff. Before I chose Dr. Luce, many many years ago I took my oldest and paraded around to ALL of the local orthodontist offices and even some local dentists that offered braces. Dr. Luce's pricing was in line or less than all of the offices that I visited. The thing that set her apart?

There is no free starbucks card to brush your teeth, no free t shirts and no unnecessary extras. She is honest and upfront about everything. One of the first things she told me, unlike the others is that most kids can be done with treatment 18-24 months. There are always some exceptions, but rather than start too early when their mouths are still growing and they don't have majority of adult teeth but she wanted to start our treatment plan when she thought she could reach goal of straight teeth in 18-24 months.

To say that my oldest children have the most beautiful smile is an understatement. Beyond that, the office is clean, the staff is exceptional (even when I flake an appointment!) and the technology used is the best available. Thank you Dr. Luce and all the staff!

We've been so pleased with our experience at Luce Orthodontics! Our older daughter had traditional braces, which turned out beautifully, and our younger daughter is using Invisalign! Appointments are always on time, efficient and fast! Very friendly staff and nice location. Definitely recommend Dr. Luce!

Luce Orthodontis & Dr. Luce was the best choice we made for our girls braces. They have the expertise & a super friendly staff. Dr. Luce will always find a way to make the patients feel comfortable & she works with you on solutions for the best way about getting great results. The girls really loved all of the color choices for bands! We found that they go above & beyond to make patients & parents happy! I highly recommend them to all of my friends & family! Dr. Luce is amazing! She is very informative about the progress of her patients. The office staff is very accommodating with anything you need. Kristy at the front desk is the absolute best! She is always willing to help with appointments that need to be changed and is a wonderful person to get to know. This is my second child that I have brought to the office and I feel Dr. Luce and her staff do a fantastic job with all aspects concerning care.

This complex is very easy to get to, right off the road and placed in a very safe area. Dr. Luce is very straight forward and gets everything done that needs to be done in a nice caring way. All of the other female employees are very nice and easy to talk to. The waiting room is very family friendly and is always playing movies as well as in the chairs. Luce orthodontics is an all around great place.

Dr. Luce and staff are absolutely amazing! Office is so welcoming as soon as you walk into the door and office is very clean inside as well! Very kid friendly. Dr. Luce is so informative and really takes her time explaining everything with you from the beginning to the end. She's so friendly we love coming here! I have been seeing Dr. Luce for over 10 years! She changed my life by giving me the smile of my dreams. Her knowledge of all aspects of orthodontics is so incredible and I never doubt her advice. I still go for routine adjustments to my retainers. The whole office, especially Kristy at the front desk, is so friendly and just an overall great place. You won't go wrong!

Dr Luce and staff are wonderful. They explain everything in detail from the consultation to each and every appt. My daughter had her braces on 3+ years and her teeth are beautiful. The staff is caring and knows each and every patient by first name. The office is clean and love all the movies that are always on sometimes I don't want to leave cause I never saw that particular movie.

Multiple calls, no callback. Finally Made an appt for my two kids, the office was closed when we arrived. No courtesy call to tell us they were closed. Will take my business elsewhere.

Dr. Luce and staff are incredibly friendly and competent. Both my kids had braces and were seen by her. Friends that went to other orthodontists would tell us about how their ortho. would tell them that they needed to have a second phase of orthodontia (which is not covered by insurance). But Dr. Luce never mentioned this. They have been flexible about appointments too.
