It was my first time visiting the West Chester location. Everyone was welcoming and that helped me to relax. Brittany was amazing by telling me everything she was doing from x-rays to polishing. Dr. Shleier completed my examination with care and a warm nature. It was a great first visit at the West Chester location.

The staff is kind and helpful. Dr. Toth and her team are gentle, effective, and efficient in their treatment. I'm like most people and dread dentist appointments. Going to this dental team is the best one can ask for in a chore to be done.

I have done years worth of hard dental work here. I got multiple rootcanals referred from here, many fillings, cleanings, and was put on a long plan. I have never been to a dentist so kind and gentle, considerate and encouraging. I could not have the dental health that I have today without the whole team of kind people pushing me to do better. Other dentists shame you, but Dr. S. Was only ever excited to work with me. Even the hygienists are so nice and you know that can be touch n go. Ultimately I moved and now it takes 40 minutes to get here AND I STILL GO. I'm not going anywhere else.

What a well oiled machine this office is. I had a very bad toothache and went to Landen first, that office needs a lot of work and better dentists. However, they referred me to Dr. Toth at the West Chester office and what a breath of fresh air! The office is well run and Dr. Toth relates so well with people and their problem. I am now, finally, feeling so much better. Thanks Dr. Toth!

The periodontist was fantastic! She was so kind and explained everything as she was performing it. She made the experience very good. The staff was kind and the waiting area was clean. I recommend this office.

I am totally in confidence to have Dr Toth as my Dental Doctor. She is very caring and professional in what she does. I would Highly recommend her to anyone that has any major dental needs!

Regardless of the how nice the staff are. I called to cancel my appointment twice because I was very sick with mid ear and sinus infection that lasted 2 months and was hospitalized at one occasion. When I called again to schedule an appointment and was urgent, I was threatened that Dr. Toth will drop me as a patient if I cancel one more time. REALLY?

So they scheduled me for a soon visit because I am in pain and have been for sometime. Later that day, 02/21/2020 I was told that they need to cancel this appointment and reschedule for mid April. So, I was being punished for canceling two previous appointments. As a patient in pain, I would expect a treatment sooner than 2 months ahead. Appointments are so far out in between while very little work done so they can charge more for each visit.

I was not offered any remedy to ease my pain just plain and blunt I was offered an appointment two month ahead. Sorry Dr. Toth, but I will not allow you to bully me or punish me for canceling two appointments with you cause I was hooked to an IV. My health is much more important that your appointment.

Cincinnati Dental Services in West Chester is the best, best, BEST, dentist i have been to. I kept going to multiple dentistry clinics and none of them worked. But since i have been here i feel so comfortable and i didn't feel like i was going to feel like i was bout to get my mouth screwed up. Dr. Schleier, is the most coolest and laid back dude, he is great. Always reccomends the best person for the work that you need done.

I absolutely adore Cincinnati Dental Services! The staff is friendly and attentive. I have to go four times a year and I never dread my appointments. They are focused on your comfort and keep you in the loop on your treatments. I have never been so impressed with a dental office.

I have been going here for YEARS! I started at the Clifton location and transferred to the West Chester location when I moved to the suburbs. I have always found them to be extremely transparent regarding services and payment. I love that the wait times are minimal and appointments start when they should. Additionally, their team remains largely consistent which tells me that are a quality organization as people seem to value their jobs. My hygienist has been the same for the last 10 years - amazing! Keep up the great work CDS!
