All About Beautiful Smiles

UPDATE No response to my reviews and my BBB report. I'm not that person who sues but I can't live like this, they left me traumatized. At first I had a positive experience when I needed emergency extractions due to an infection. With so many issues I wanted to get the rest done so that I could avoid more issues. My experience was hell. Just before Thanksgiving I had the remaining teeth removed except for a few on the bottom that I was told they'd be crowned.

I wound up with dry socket and spent the holiday in tears. I went back to treat the dry socket and after being scolded about being upset about the needles in the roof of my mouth. The office did NOT offer me nitrous oxide until I had already suffered. I was choking on my own blood, it was BAD. Christmas passed, no teeth as my gums wouldn't heal. My January birthday passed but no teeth, they just won't stay in my mouth.

By the end of the month I was supposed to go back to try again but couldn't I was so stressed out. I have dental insurance but seeing how this was surgery they should've been using major medical. The billing lady took out two lines of credit to about $12,000. So here it is, 6 months later without teeth and my credit is suffering because I shouldn't have to pay for teeth I can't get.

Sure the staff and dentist are wonderful people but I feel taken advantage of, no teeth, depressed. Not sure what to do at this point but I will not let these people near my mouth again. They talk a good game but can't deliver. All I got was pain and debt. Simple filling or cleanings yes, you could entertain going to them but if you need major work done, find someplace else. I wish I did.

I think that the people, staff, and everyone affiliated with All about beautiful Smiles Dental office in the Dr, Phillips Area should be nominated for the Best service coming from any dental office in America Award. However since this is a bit out of touch with this type of service, I will just tell America and everyone that reads this comment, that this dental office is made up of Hard working professional, individuals that provide a service like no other dental office that I have been to.

Let me tell you I have had a few rounds with other offices, but none like All about Beautiful Smiles. Hats off to each one of you all Thanks for doing your best so that I can look my Best. I have anxiety every time I have to go to a dentist, hence why I went almost 6 years without seeing one. The staff at All About Beautiful Smiles make me do comfortable. They held my hand and was very patient with me when it was time to get numb before my tooth extraction. Let me say that was the best extraction I ever had. I love the staff and Dr. St Matthew Daniel is amazing. Thank you guys for always going above and beyond on every visit.

I wish I could give them no stars, and please take my advice if you decide to use the services of this dental office please compare your receipts that you receive in the office to the receipts of your insurance company, and don't just get a receipt saying you paid, get a detailed receipt showing your treatment, and how much it cost, because I can almost guarantee you they're going to overcharge you, I've been going here since July of last year and I have had several procedures done with them, but this last time something told me to do some investigating, and upon investigating I found out that I was overcharged my last three visits, and now I have to submit a grievance with my insurance company in order to get reimbursed for this, do not trust the billing staff they are nice, but they will cheat you out of your money and that's sad.

I wouldn't recommend for anyone to go here for two reasons, one because they steal, and too I think you can find a better dentist, the work is okay, but not at all worth the price, take my advice and run, don't come here, and whoever you decide to choose, make sure you review it carefully. I wish I would have listened to the reviews, but I was trying to support a black-owned business, never again though

I absolutely love All About Beautiful Smiles! I am so grateful for my experience here I even received a gift on the first day! I totally look forward to on going visits to my new dentist for future appointments and hopefully forever! I was sold from the first call I made to make an appointment! After attempting 4 dentist offices l almost gave! I tried one more office and I up was incredibly impressed with the way Nia demonstrated excellent customer service over the phone she was truly amazing!

She was patient with me as I asked questions and I can ask a lot sometimes lol. When I arrived Melissa was amazing and greeted me with top notch service that helped me be even more comfortable and excited about my visit she was really pleasant. It gets better, Summer was amazing! She thoroughly explained every detail of what she was doing and omg I'm sooo grateful for her and her patience she kept checking on me and I sincerely appreciated that! Dr. Stephanie Duncan was oh so sweet, thorough and honest about my evaluation, I did not feel rushed and I appreciated her being present and not rushed regarding my evaluation.

I then met the office manager Terry she was a positive light and also patient as she explained everything in such detail that I wanted to know more! And last but not least I met Dr. St. Matthew Daniel's, she welcomed me with such grace and with a ball of positive energy that I was confident with not only her but how well her staff conducts themselves! Leadership, professionalism, excellent customer service and an inviting environment is most certainly the atmosphere you will experience here it was like a big family away from home! I highly recommend this office and im not just saying that I'm a pretty good judge of character and I know good people when I meet them. Enjoy!

My experience is one to share; from the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile. I truly appreciated the kindness and warmth that was extended, the very thorough and careful examination that was done to determine my treatment. The procedure was seamless and I felt very comfortable. I could not believe the very quick time that it took and I felt no pain.

Very friendly and courteous staff who applied all their skills and knowledge as they see fit. Nice clean environment and the ambiance was just right with the instrumentals that played throughout that allowed for relaxation. I recommend

Susie is excellent, professional, and kind. I enjoy getting my cleanings with her. Everyone I have met in the office is courteous and the LOVE and appreciate the instrumental worship music the Dentist keeps in the office. It makes for a peaceful atmosphere and helps ease nerves. Great place!

The staff was absolutely freaking amazing. From the front door to back office. Informative, energetic, patient, caring. I haven't been to a dentist in 12 years and I still don't want to go but they made me feel awesome. I recommend them to anyone. Positive and cultural vibes

I've never been to the dentist. I was always nervous to go. I had to go because I broke one of my teeth on a piece of candy. When I arrived at All About Beautiful Smiles, my nervousness went away immediately after I met the doctor. The staff are so kind and friendly. They make you feel welcomed, and cared about. To top it off, the dental procedure was painless. They cleaned my teeth, filled my cavities, and put a crown on my tooth that had a root canal. I will continue to go here for all of my dental needs!

I absolutely love this place. I would hang out here if I could. The aesthetic of the waiting room is welcoming & comfortable. The staff are all extremely kind & personable. The dentists and dental assistants are all extremely knowledgeable and patient. I don't feel like I am bothering anyone by asking questions or asking for more information/understanding.

My experience at All About Beautiful Smiles has helped break down fear & anxieties I developed about going to the dentist, and about mouth pain in general. Overall, the "Undental Experience", as they like to call it, provides all the elements one could ask for from a dental practice. All About Beautiful Smiles office's relaxed atmosphere & amazing staff paired with incredible dental practitioners have made my decision easy in choosing where to go for all my dental needs!
