My first appointment: Very friendly & efficient staff. Beautiful, upscale office waiting room. Everything was neat, clean and everyone professional. No waiting, which I'm sure that is not always the case, but it was a busy morning for me so I appreciated that so much. They communicated so well what they were doing and made me feel so comfortable. I don't like going to the dentist- at all! But I will definitely be back to visit Dr. Carpenter and his lovely staff!

This is a wonderfully run office! Very professional and punctual. Carolyn (hygienist) is the Best! She's gentle and thorough, and so nice. Dr Carpenter is an amazing dentist who has spent years doing continuing education to stay on the leading edge of dentistry. He loves his patients and always treats them like family. Jackie at the front desk is a pleasure to work with and does her best to accommodate patients scheduling needs. Thank you to Dr. Carpenter and all his staff!

I've only been to the dentist maybe once or twice in my entire life and I'm about to be 30, so I was really nervous about going to the dentist today. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Carolyn did an amazing job. She made me feel comfortable. She took full mouth x-rays and did a cleaning. She explained what she was doing every step of the way, and continuously checked in with me to ensure that I was comfortable.
I chose this office because they were so highly rated. I went in thinking they would have to pull most of my teeth. I thought they were rotting, but turns out I had a lot of stain and tartar build up. I walked out with my teeth looking cleaner than I ever thought they could. I absolutely loved this place and would highly recommend to anyone.
