21st Century Dental is amazing! Their staff always go above and beyond. I've been to a lot of dentists over the years, and this place is hands down the best. Dr. Roy and his staff are very friendly and professional. The Sleep Dallas side also does a great job with mouthpieces for sleep apnea. I've referred a lot of family and friends here.

Always have a great experience when I go here for my checkups and dental work. Been to different dental clinics but none come close to this one. The Dr is a master of his craft and they have very relaxing environment.

This place is hands down the best dentist office I have ever been to. Every single person is so nice, appointments are easy to make, they are on time, clean office, and very knowledgeable. Best dentist in Irving, TX! I lived in Irving for several years and tried multiple dentists but I had poor experiences at all of them. I was recommended to try 21st Century by a colleague and they've been my go-to ever since. Everyone is friendly and the tech/dentist always do a great job and do everything they can to make me feel comfortable. I've moved out of TX recently but still schedule my annual cleaning when I come back for work.

This practice is exceptional! From booking, to coming in, to the actual procedure - extremely customer centric! I recently went in to have routine cleaning + add ons and was helped by the lovely Aide! She made me so comfortable throughout the entire procedure, I could have stayed there all day! Plus it was great to finally meet Jordan (been speaking to her over the phone).:) Highly recommended!

We've been here 10yrs. They take care of me and my family. They're always super amazing; courteous, knowledgeable, accommodating and flexible. Dr. Roy and his team are always very thorough, and clear with treatment plans. They're out of network for our insurance but we're willing to pay extra to be their patients. I'm pretty sure we'd fly in if we ever moved away. We can truly say we love our dentist office

Every visit is a pleasure which is a miracle because it's a dentist office. From the moment you enter until you leave you are treated like a special VIP guest. Everyone is pleasant and kind and the dentists are skilled and thorough. I've been a patient for over 20 years and can't imagine going anywhere else and I drive an hour and a half to go to 21st-century dental.

I have been going to 21st Century for over 3 years. I always have a great experience. They always make sure to find a way to accommodate your schedule and if you need an emergency visit, they are there to support you.

21st Century Dental is the absolute BEST! I have been going for 20+ years, and today my son began his journey with them after outgrowing the pediatric dentist. Best team I have ever visited. Jenna has been my go to for a couple years now and I feel like not only is she professional and good at her job, she is extremely kind and a pleasure to visit with. This whole team is fantastic. Have recommended to coworkers.

Very kind and caring staff. Dr and hygienist are always on the top of their game and they explain everything to you to keep your teeth in tip top shape. I'd recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Today was my first visit at 21st Century Dental for a second opinion but it will not be my last. The entire staff was very friendly from the receptionist all the way to the scheduler at the end of the visit. The office is very modern and upbeat. Dr. Bristow made sure I had a full understanding of the treatment that I needed and even recommended that I not to have as much dental work done that my previous dentist recommended. That is going to save me thousands! And did I mention they make a milk shake for you when you are finished with your visit!

I found the entire staff to be incredibly patient, knowledgeable and friendly with a great sense of humor. This does not detract from the meticulous work Dr Roy and Natalie diD for me. I was also very impressed with Natalie's work on my temp cap! I am blown away that Dr Roy sees fit to train and allow talented staff like Natalie do the work they are capable of instead of following status quo. Thanks to all!

Let me say, 21st Century Dental went above and beyond any expectations I thought I had before I became a customer. They've always been very professional, on time and accommodating. My hygienist, Thu, is so great! I feel at ease and comfortable every time I come in. Thu is very knowledgeable and has done a great job with educating me about the health of my teeth. She's so personable and we always have great conversations. Although I live almost 40 mins away now, I don't see myself going anywhere else. 21st Century Dental is the best!

Dr Jeff Roy and his team are fantastic. Dr Roy listened and took the time to discuss my dental needs and goals, to get me what I really want for the look and health of my smile. Leisa did an amazing job of explaining everything with grace, friendliness and care. Her cleaning was gentle and thorough which to me, was the best! The entire team made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I'm happy to have found my new dental home!
