This was our 13 year old's first trip to the dentist since just before the pandemic. She was so nervous about going that she had a queasy stomach. From the second we walked, we were greeted by what-has-to-be the friendliest staff of people i have ever encountered in a doctor's office. they made us feel at home immediately, and it felt like we'd been seeing them her whole life.
She was immediately at ease. The tech was extremely good with her and had a mountain of knowledge, not just about dentistry, but lots of interesting topics. Dr. Pomerance was also great, and worked with us to find a feasible solution for dealing with a couple of cavities while she finishes up her last few trays of invisiline. Couldn't be happier and we aren't dreading going back!

I got a call @ 4:30pm from daycare that my 4 year old had smashed his front teeth into another child's head. I quickly called Dr P's office and Sarah conveyed the issue to the Dr who said to bring him over for a quick X-ray and inspection. Such a caring team who knows me and my family. That piece of mind and guidance made my day! Thank you!

I am a relatively new patient of Dr. Pomerance and I am so very pleased with him and his staff. Every single member of his staff has been very friendly, professional and efficient. My teeth were in pretty bad shape and Dr. Pomerance examined them and gave me a plan to get them back in shape along with the cost involved. I really appreciated that as it helped me to plan my dental work. Dr. Pomerance is very good at what he does and he is very patient with you. I highly recommend him.

I have had the best dental experiences of my life during three appointments at this location. Beyond exam and x-rays, I was seen by Norman & Jennifer for periodontal work which was performed amazingly well; they gave me great results with minimal discomfort. Without fail, every person at the office was professional with a kind & friendly demeanor. From start to finish, they were the epitome of excellence. I recommend them highly for anyone that is looking for a new dentist in the Denton area.

I broke my tooth, and due to Easter Weekend I was not able to see my own dentist in the Houston area. I was in Dallas and was referred to this Doctor. I explained my situation upon calling Dr Pomerance's office. It was Good Friday, and his office booked me a same day appointment. I elected for the patch vs crown and I was literally in and out very quickly. Dr Pomerance's staff was really great and I'm just so appreciative that both the Dr and his staff was able to assist me. Thank you Dr Pomerance and your staff for assisting me with my dilemma!

Friendly and professional service with an inviting office. Over here, the dental hygienist does the regular cleaning and thereafter, Dr. Pomerance will come in and follow up on their work to make sure everything is alright. My biggest gripe over here is that they do try to suck your pennies out of you. Always be sure to ask if anything cost anything and check your bill!
When you go for regular cleaning, be sure to refuse the fluoride if you don't want to unexpectedly pay for it. Also, one time I was billed incorrectly and I had to call them to verify my bill. Additionally, if you make last minute cancellations, they will charge you a hefty fee for not showing up! I understand that they are trying to 'protect' their business as there a flaky patients but to suddenly get a huge sum of bill slapped in my face for not showing up even though I called the office to cancel my appointment the day before, was aggravating. After taking a lot of effort to explain to them my situation they FINALLY agreed to waive the fee!

I absolutely love this dentist. I am a dentist phobe, I must add. Everyone in the office remembers my name even when I call in. I love the fact that I can call in and actually speak with the doctor if necessary. Every time I have had major work done (root canal, extraction), the dentist himself calls me later that evening to check on me. During the procedures if anything hurts at all he will back off and give you a second to recover instead of making you "push through". I have nothing but good things to say about the dentist and his staff.

Its kinda weird reviewing a dentist office, but this guy and his staff are the best. My wife went there after some friends kept going on and on about him. OK, so first visit was last week, really nice people. We get a plan of what my wife needs to do to get back on dental track. Yesterday, all of a sudden she was in incredible pain, she calls the dentist and she gets antibiotics and pain meds.
Today she goes in and gets a root canal to fix the trouble. The staff asked me if I wanted coffee while she was in there. To me this was really nice because it was obviously her own and not something they put out everyday. I mean it is a dentist office, ya know staining the teeth and all. So anyway, all went well and the phone rings at 8pm tonight.
It was Dr. Pomerance calling to see if my wife was OK and to page him if she needs anything. Again this may seem trivial, but to me they really go out of there way for their patients.
