After years of having excellent dental care, I find myself divorced and needing new insurance, which means new dentist. Looked at the reviews and decided this was a good fit. I have never in my life needed to have THREE appointments for a basic exam, x-rays, and cleaning. Most do it all on the same day, but if you get paid by the visit. Same for my daughters.
One had a filling done, it fell out, they told her to come in and see what is going on, then we will schedule another day to fix it. We KNOW what is wrong, and are not going to spend every Saturday (our only available day) in a dentist chair. They agreed to do it in one visit. That is just the tip of the iceberg.

This place is the worse dentist to go. My mom went there last week and the dentist was rude and in rush. My mom can't speak English well so I tried to talk to him over the phone to see what procedure was needed so she could fully understand and he started yelling saying he didn't have time for this. It was so upsetting. If a dentist can't explain a procedure thoroughly to a patient to make sure the patient understands and gives full consent, then the dentist should not go through with any procedure.
Then the girl that works at the office said that they wouldn't see my mother there anymore and that we needed to go to another dental office when all we wanted was an explanation on what was found on the X-ray and what procedure was going to be done. Don't waste your time at this dentist office. They are rude and unprofessional and are just in a rush.

Terrible service I had a appointment got told to wait in the car because of Covid which I was okay with o waited 20 minutes after my reservation and they still didn't call me in, I called them and they said they had already seated the person who was after me! They never even got a hold of me, there cleanings are also very fast they do not take there time, 10 minutes max!

I found this office through a referral after having a very bad experience at another dental office who defrauded me. I have found the doctor to be forthcoming, honest, and kind. The most important thing is that they have consistently charged me according to my actual fee schedule established by Delta Dental.

The 1 star was their ability to quickly squeeze my daughter in for an emergency appointment due to extreme pain she's been having last 2 nights, as the pain has been so bad she's been unable to sleep. They completed x-rays and gave a referral to have the dental work done somewhere else. For some reason they are unable to do root canals in this dentist office but in the mean time we have to wait to again to make an appointment and my daughter will be in pain all weekend.
They did not want to giver her antibiotics or any type of pain meds to at least help until we see another dentist. Total waste of time! So now we have to see another dentist in the morning that does root canals and will at least help with my daughters pain. Just another dentist looking to bill and not really concerned about the well-being of their patients. Will never come back here again!

I have never liked the dentist but Dr. G and his staff out that to rest! I was super nervous going in especially since I had cavity and haven't had one. They were very kind and considerate in the whole process. When Dr. G went to numb my gums I felt nothing it was such a relief! Not even a prick! I had to get a cleaning done and thought I would be here most of the day but I was in and out in about 30 minutes! And everything feels and looks great! This is such a good dentist!

SO thankful we found Dr. G! He is honest, caring, genuine, kind - and a wonderful dentist! He has NEVER tried to upsell us or scare us into getting something we don't need (like many other rip-off dental places we have tried before). He goes above and beyond to make sure we leave happy every time we go in. My husband and I have only ever been there for routine cleanings (which takes less than 20 minutes), but over Christmas my mother was visiting from out of town and had a dental emergency.
Not knowing who else to call, we called Dr. G. Without hesitation, he said he would fit her in the next day even though he was booked, so that she would be sure to enjoy her vacation. How AWESOME! If you're looking for a skilled dentist that you can trust, call Dr. G - you won't be disappointed. Thanks Norco Family Dental!

Staff is all very nice but there are much better dentists elsewhere. I went here because of the good reviews and because it was close to home. I originally went in with tooth sensitivity and the dentist decided I needed a root canal. I had never had a root canal before and went ahead and had a root canal and cavity filled. 4 months later the tooth that had a root canal cracked vertically while i was on vacation.
I went back to the dentist and the first thing he told me was that I should have came back sooner for a crown, however when I originally had the root canal the dentist failed to even mention what a crown was or that I needed one in order to prevent the tooth from breaking. They let me leave the office without even scheduling me to come back for a root canal.
I filed a grievance with my dental insurance and Norco Family Dental's defense was that it is not their responsibility to schedule clients for a crown after a root canal. My dental insurance agreed with Norco Family Ddental and now I am missing a tooth all because "it is not their responsibility to schedule clients." While i understand it is not their responsibility to schedule clients I believe any decent dentist with morals and integrity should schedule a client after a root canal to come back for a crown.
I have since had to have another root canal done on the tooth that Norco Family Dental filled. I had the root canal done at Mira Loma Smiles and they did not let me leave without doing a mold and putting on a temporary crown after the root canal. All this info is on medical record with Delta Dental in case that Norco Family Dental tries to deny it.

I have pretty terrible anxiety when it comes to visiting the dentist due to having had bad experiences with dentists when I was younger and a bad experience with a dentist in recent years, however, Dr. G is incredibly nice. He didn't shame me as other dentists have done and made me feel really comfortable. His assistant and front receptionist were also extremely kind. If you've had previous negative dental experiences like I've had I would definitely recommend his office. I'm so glad I found them through yelp.

Dr. G has been my dentist for over 20 years. I can't say enough how amazing of a dentist he is. 14 years ago he saved a tooth that everyone else wanted to pull out and it is in excellent condition today. Besides being a excellent dentist, he is also patient and kind. You would not be disappointed going to Dr. G for your dental needs.

Searched and found a new dentist. This is not a dental group, one dentist, one assistant and one front end manager. A true mom/pop business with no dentists trying to suck out money or unnecessary work to be done compared to dental groups in chino hills or Eastvale. They are Friendly and personable. Definitely will be back for years to come.

BEST DENTIST EVER! No, but seriously, this is the place to go! I have always had major anxiety when it comes to the dentist (which I'm sure most people can relate to!). However, Dr. Ghorbanian instantly made all my fears go away. He's extremely kind and makes the experience as pleasant as possible. I HIGHLY recommend them. Also, his dental assistant is super awesome as well! Overall, the best dental office I have ever gone to. Regardless of where I move, I will always make the drive out to him (so worth it)!

BEST DENTIST EVER! You will be treated like family at this dentist. This has been my family dentist since I was a young girl. Now my husband and daughter see my dentist and they LOVE him too! He gave my husband a HUGE discount as a congratulations for the birth of our baby girl (saved us $300) and only charged him $20. I'm telling you this dentist treats everyone like family. They even offer a very affordable in house insurance plan if your insurance isn't taken here.
