I took my 10 week old son to Dr Nowery for a tongue tie. I was told by general doctors that he did not need it lasered because his latch was fine and suction was good. However, I knew something was wrong because he was swallowing air when nursing and suffering from incredibly painful gas and stomach issues. Dr Nowery agreed that it was severe and conveniently lasered it the same day as his consultation.

She gave me her contact information and responded immediately anytime I had a question or concern for weeks after the procedure. She is honestly one of the most supportive people I've ever met. She goes far above and beyond. If she didn't have an answer for me she would find someone that did. I highly recommend her to anyone. The office also got us in within a week of calling and the staff were all so friendly and helpful also.

I was referred to this office by my lactation consultant to get my 6 week old baby's lip tie corrected and I would easily go back to see Dr. Morgan again. She was great with my little one and did her best to work us into the schedule as quickly as possible. She was very thorough with instructions and exercises upon discharge and made sure the baby was latching before we ever left the office. I would 100% recommend her to anyone.

Such a great office! My child loves going there. Staff are all so friendly and caring for our every need. They show all the dental concerns up front and go into detail about the procedures needed. They have also taught my son proper brushing and the importance of flossing daily! Some of these reviews concern me bc they could never do treatment or use restraints without a parent or guardians permission come on people. They showed me pictures of everything!

We take my step daughter to this practice and it's always a pleasant experience. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They always gave us ample time to ask about any procedures and they discuss their safety precautions with us beforehand with explanations of why they are in place. This is an awesome office. They also reward the kids for doing a great job with prizes and certificates. 10/10

My daughters are now 13 and 14 and I have been bringing them here regularly since they were toddlers. I can not say enough good things about this office and have never had anything even close to a bad experience. From my girls being small and scared of things like X-rays to now their teenage years with braces, everyone has always explained everything and spoken to them kindly in a way that is age appropriate for them understand what they will be doing and eased their fears with patience.

I have also always known before any procedure what was going to be done and why, and the cost with no surprises. Some of these reviews are almost funny, as I have never experienced or witnessed anything resembling what has been said. Dr. Day and Dr Rachel are always caring and take their time. All of the front staff and hygienists are professional and focused and we especially love Heath!

Dr. Morgan Nowery was fantastic with my 7 yr. old daughter. We discussed her fears of the dentist and she was very sympathetic and gentle. My daughter had to have a good bit of dental work and likes to understand what is happening. This group of dentists were amazing and she is finally ok with going back to the dentist!

Best dentist office I've ever been too. The waiting room is kid friendly, the dentist and office staff were incredible with my 3 year old daughter. My daughter loved her dental assistant! She was patient, kind, and very innovative to keep my daughter calm, and happy. 10/10 recommend this office.

I was horrified at how this experience turned out. My daughter is 5 and she is my only one. I often doubt my parental instincts when it comes to what I should and shouldn't push for, as we've never had dental procedures. My daughter had what we thought was a cracked tooth. We were referred here and, after I told them she was HIGHLY anxious, they attempted X-rays.

They quickly demonstrated zero techniques to handle a small child and wanted me to restrain her while they quite literally pried her mouth open.completely unsuccessful. They sedated her and I had to push to have them allow me to come back with her. They restrained her to the bed with a strapping system that looked medieval and then made me leave. The only reason I agreed was because my daughter was almost completely sedated.

They then sat me down and told me my daughter needed a very expensive capping procedure on a baby tooth and had 8 cavities. Eight?!?! This is a child who's never had a sugary drink in her life, brushes her teeth and eats veggies willingly. After I got over feeling like a failure, I opted to extract because nothing was covered by insurance and it seemed far less painful as they described it as a "mini root canal." When they brought me back, my daughter was hysterical.

She was hyperventilating, and she only does this when she's been crying for A LONG TIME. I asked how long she'd been awake: they said "not long" and they tend to get "emotional." Then then proceeded to bill me WHILE I was trying to calm my daughter down. She kept repeating "that dentist was mean" and "they wouldn't go get you mommy, they told me no." They are damn lucky I left so overtaken by trying to calm her down that I had no time to cause a scene. Don't let the asthetics of the facility fool you.it fooled me. Alarming and traumatizing is not even the appropriate word.

At first I was worried due to a few of the reviews I read, but the first thing I did was ask questions. They answered all my questions, and did so very professionally. The went over everything, showed me the type of restraints they use, and told me they would stop the procedure if my boys were having a rough time. They were very patient, and understanding with me and my kids, one of whom is autistic.

They followed through on their word of stopping which means both boys only got half done l, but the fact they listened and followed through says so much. I really think most of these reviews are unfair. Most people don't understand how meds make your child confused, and scared. Most kids think the numbing needle is the drill and they can't tell you the difference.

My oldest told me he got a shot in his foot while he was back there, which 100% wasn't true he was just not in his right mind set to know differently. I'm so glad I decided to stay and not listen to the reviews, you guys are great. Thank you!

I was extremely impressed with every aspect of this dental office! I was quickly greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly smile upon entering the office. My almost 4 year old daughter had told me she was a little scared before we got there and I was very nervous. The staff put us at ease with their openess and caring attitudes. This place is overwhelmingly kid friendly and I mean that in the best possible way.

My baby girl went in for several crowns and fillings and you would've thought we had just visited a theme park when we left. If you are looking for a dentist with a staff who truly care about you and your child then I highly recommend that you make an appointment. I'm so glad I came in and want to thank each and every staff member who I came into contact with for the amazing experience!
