Saw Dr Felix once, she was great, no complaints. She sent me for a root canal, which I had done shortly thereafter. The next day I called the office to make an appt for my post & crown and the receptionist said she'd call me back after contacting my ins. co. Before I hung up I mentioned that the endodontist said I needed to get this appt as soon as possible because this was only a temporary filling.
After not hearing back from them for 2 wks, I called to see if i could make my appt. I was told they're still waiting to hear from the ins. It's been 3 mos now and I still haven't heard from the office! I called and explained to the receptionist that my temporary filling has now fallen out and the tooth is starting to feel sensitive. I told them how long I've been waiting to hear from them and now I'm seeking out another dentist because of this!
The receptionist told me to come in and sign release forms! Not even an apology, an explanation or 'I'm sorry to see you leave'. The day I went in to sign, one of the receptionists opened a book, pointed to a spot and said "see, just so you know, we did try to contact your ins. co., they never responded." My response was "it was your responsibility to follow up with a phone call, especially knowing this was a temporary filling on a root canal. Don't you think 3 mos. is a bit too long!" She had nothing more to say.

Very hard to contact the office. Have billed me incorrectly several times. When contacted the office says I do not owe the money, but guess what? Comes another 30 days and I get the bill again with surcharges. Although I've been having my teeth "cleaned" every 3 months I'm noticing little difference in tooth sensitivity. Time for a new dentist.

Deceptive practice. Be careful. I went for a general cleaning as a first time patient moving from MA to just over the RI border. They billed my insurance company for work not necessary. Claimed I needed new X-rays when records were available from my MA dentist that I would have happily had transferred to them had I known they intended to bill me for new ones.
Also went forward with fillings for my daughter while I was expecting them to be covered by my insurance but found out after the work was done that "white" fillings were the only available option and *not* covered by my insurance - I would have looked for a more competitive price if I had known the cost was not covered. I was fleeced because of greed more than a genuine care for the patient. Outrageous!

Dr Felix - Very deceptive practice. More interested in hitting up your insurance company for unnecessary work than the overall well-being of the patient. Went in for just a teeth cleaning. My insurance was billed over 300 dollars for x-rays never needed. I had records from my original dentist in Foxboro MA (maybe 20 miles) that could have easily been transferred to the office. In addition, went forward with fillings for my daughter that were not covered by insurance without any notification that the expense would be out-of-pocket.

My insurance didn't cover a filling I had to get. I asked the secretary a few questions because I was puzzled as to why this may be. She seemed annoyed and proceeded to tell me to come back another day and pay for it and guided me towards the door. It was aggravating to not be heard and I was also confused as to why I wasn't notified before the procedure how much it would cost.
I liked this place at first but this miscommunication followed by a "I'm sorry this happened and we understand your disappointment" story didn't fix the problem and unfortunately I won't be coming back.

I'd rate them above 5 stars if I could! The staff is unbelievably kind and welcoming and they are experts in giving you the most comfortable experience possible. The facility is beautiful, clean, and calming, . and I have never had a more comfortable and easy dental procedure than the one provided by Dr. Felix. She made my experience as painless as possible and shows true care about her patients and their day to day dental practicality, comfort, and appearance. I would never consider another dental office in the state.

What a great place! Very accommodating and welcoming staff. Luanne and Chris are personable and comical! Idelise was pleasant and even let my daughter play with her tablet to pass the time. Jill was great with our daughters first appointment, telling her the name of every tool and showing how they work. Dr. Felix and Debbie were excellent filling cavities too!
