My hygienist, Jill, is the best I have ever had. She is gentle and always upbeat and positive. She remembers me (and my preferred toothbrush, paste and floss) and has a great laugh. I have never had sore gums after she's cleaned my teeth. She is also speedy with the X-ray's. My dentist, Dr. Guglliano is fantastic as well. I chipped a tooth a few years ago, and he fit me in within a day, and had my permanent crown within hours. I was stunned and much appreciative. The staff are friendly and kind without being obtrusive. The facility is clean and modern with lots of natural light.

I would strongly recommend The Family Dental Center to everyone! The service is amazing from the moment you walk into the building to the time you leave. Having teeth cleaned has never been so much fun! We love all the kind and caring dental hygienists, especially Amy Cassady, who makes our teeth shine. We also love Dr. Chad who takes the time to get to know us all while making sure our teeth are healthy. I've been going to The Family Dental Center for nearly 10 years and I still like this office as much, if not more, than when I first started going! Great staff, kind, considerate and understanding. Our appointments are usually an hour or less. Now, my kiddos go to The Children's Dental Center across the way. We love them!

Our hygienist, Amy Cassidy, is phenomenal. She truly knows us! She knows our comforts and quirks and always makes our appointments easy! Extremely knowledgeable and superb at what she does. Dr. Chad Hanneman is always gentle, relaxed and provides superior dental care and treatments! He always shares his opinions and ideas on a treatment plan but ultimately leaves the decision in his patient's hands.

He never pushes services or treatments on his patients. Additionally, he offers great dental education in taking care of your oral health. Going to the dentist used to cause severe anxiety and tears.not anymore. The Family Dental Center is compassionate, kind and caring in the dental care they deliver. From the first steps in the front door.all the way to check out process with Carla, you will never come across an unfriendly staff member.

There's nothing I hated more than going to the dentist. I'd rather hit my own fingers with a hammer. Then I found the family dental center. I absolutely love this place. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I look forward to each and every appointment.

Like most I am not a tremendous fan of dental work, but Family Dental has been great at getting me in promptly, incredibly professional, and great to work with. I would highly recommend their services.

This place was amazing. I went to coral west before this, that place tried charging me $500 then magically waved the fees on my third call. (I was in-network and was not given the chance to speak to the billing lady). On the flip side, the Family Dental Center was so nice, everyone was wearing masks and the person who cleaned my teeth kept complementing them- I've never had that from a dentist before.

I am always scared to go to the dentist- this place made me not scared to go anymore. No extra charges for anything, they checked my teeth in less than an hour. Coral west takes 3 hours on your first visit for no reason at all. When they floss your teeth usually the people are super aggressive with it, but the nice lady was kind and gentle. Overall I would definitely recommend. This is the best dentist in Iowa.

We moved to the area this summer and I had my first appointment today. It was honestly the best experience I've ever had at the dentist. The hygienist was outstanding - personable, caring, and complimentary of my teeth! Ever since I was a kid, I've never been a big fan of going to the dentist, but I dare say I actually enjoyed this appointment. Kudos to the whole staff for making it such a great experience.

I had a rather complex three-tooth bridge chip on a Tuesday afternoon. They saw me first thing Wednesday morning and had removed the bridge, created the new one, and attached the new one less than 24 hours after the first one broke. Very impressive, particularly given that it was my first visit.

I love this clinic so much. I started going here as a student at the University, and now still drive back to Coralville from Des Moines because there is no dental team in Iowa that I would rather work with. I go for both hygiene and orthodontics. Dr. Dawn is the best orthodontist I have ever had - and I'm nearly 30 with quite a unique mouth so I've seen lots of doctors. 10/10 would recommend!

I have found my dental home. I learn something every time I go. My hygienist today taught me a lot about oral health care that I just hadn't heard before. I feel like I get a thorough exam and cleaning. And, I think the support staff are friendly and great as well.

My family and I love the Family Dental Center! We have been going there since our move to the area in 2008. Staff has always been friendly and very accommodating. My son is on the spectrum and they do a GREAT job tailoring to what he needs to keep his teeth in tip top shape!

The Family Dental Center is a reminder of customer service at its finest! All 7 of our family members are customers and have a always been treated with the best customer service you could ask for. They had a. tiny hiccup with scheduling a couple of us today and with no threat of losing a customer they wrote a handwritten note along with caribou coffee and Culver's gift certificates.

If anyone is looking for a dentist. these guys are the best! I recognize good service because it's how I live and how I treat my customers. Very nice to be on the receiving end!

I had to bring my baby and toddler in with me to my cleaning today and my hygienist was a saint! She had toys and puzzles ready for the toddler and chatted with my baby in his car seat until he fell asleep (probably because she was gently rocking him with her foot as she cleaned my teeth). They mean family! Plus, so far so good on the actual dental care. Definitely recommend.

We have been going to the Family Dental Center for years. The care is excellent. They are welcoming, personable, and professional. From the front desk when entering, to the care from the hygienists, assistants, and dentists, we have had very positive experiences. I am reluctant to share names as my family has been cared for by so many there and. it has all been excellent.

Thanks to Dr. Gilbaugh for the fabulous care over the years, Dr. Hannaman for welcoming us when we needed care and Dr. Greg wasn't available (excellent care), and Dr. "David" Guglianno for the new, young enthusiasm you have added to the office along with the excellent care. Love everyone here.super great with kids. I have three very high energy boys (8,7, and 5 right now) and they are always so kind and engaging with them. My middle one just had to have a couple cavities filled and he didn't even realize he was getting a shot, they are amazing. The kids are always begging to go to the dentist.ha!

I love to go to the dentist now! DR.CHAD is amazing and I always feel so welcomed when I'm there. The whole team is great and Dana is by far the best hygienist. My husband loves Dr. Chad as well.we will probably never go anywhere else.
