I had a lot of anxiety as I ashamedly hadn't been to a dentist in about 10 years. Dee the hygienist made it comfortable for me, was extremely kind, helpful and reassured me through the whole experience. The Dentist was the same. Very kind gentle and made me feel at ease with my past traumatic dental experience. I appreciate how my visit was. Very grateful to everyone.

The best Dentist and hygienist in the area! I have seen several in my life and have never been thrilled with my experience, as a child it was a dread. QC Dental Docs changed that. Now having a child, there is no place I'd rather take her. Everyone on staff is wonderful and great with kids.

I love seeing Kari my dental hygienist! Been going there over 3 years. My 4 boys love coming here and Dr. Wenger and Dr. Benoit are awesome too. I recommend this place. The receptionist Corrine is amazing too.

Always a warm welcoming experience and the staff is great with my kiddos. My first time there they won me over with their willingness to help my husband ( while I was in the chair) my 3 mo had a major blowout and they kept the 3 yr old entertained. They forever have my dental health while I'm here

The staff is amazing! My daughter is always nervous to go and they make her feel so comfortable. She loves that they have a tv that she can look up and see as they are cleaning her teeth. Would recommend to adults and children!

I had a filling pop out unexpectedly this week, Dr. Wenger was able to see me next day. Everyone was so kind and welcoming in the office as I worked to establish with the practice. I felt very safe with all the staff wearing PPE appropriately. Happy to have found a great dentist in the QC.

Not enough stars to give for the amazing service QC Dental Docs provides! This entire staff authentically cares about you, not only as a patient while in the chair, but as a whole person. I have received calls at home after hours to check how I'm doing. When one dentist or hygienist can't get you in, you will still be in great hands no matter who you visit.

And the front of house staff is just as helpful with scheduling and insurance support. I lost two front teeth in a traumatic fall recently & am so thankful for the care I received. I now have a beautiful smile & owe it all to this this incredible team of kind professionals!

TL;DR - Staff is mostly friendly, but don't get the braces. I've been a patient here for many years and have had no complaints majority of the time. About 2 years ago I inquired about Clear Correct braces and was told the price and that they also do a free whitening with a purchase. I shopped around and decided to go where my dentist was for simplicity and I was told I'd be a good candidate.

I started the process and didn't have any issues during the first year and started to see results. During the second year I lost about 3 trays over the course of the year which set me back. However, I was under the impression that the price was all inclusive and it would just take longer if I lost them. Once we got to the end of the plan they had come up with I had one particular tooth that was not in-line.

I was told that was the best they could do and it was close enough. I was not pleased so I stated I was going to go finish my braces elsewhere. They decided to restart a plan and that went on for about 6 more months. Then, I was told that was the end and I could expect to get my last trays in a couple of weeks. I got a phone call saying they weren't ready yet a few weeks later, but waited over a month longer only call and find out that they were there for however long.

As far as the whitening, they gave me 2 tubes and I was instructed on how to do it myself after they tried to charge me for them. I was made promises and guarantees that overall weren't met. I still need to go finish getting braces which is going to cost the same price as if I'd never started.

One of the most professional & inviting dentist offices in the area. The staff is helpful, friendly and pleasantly engaging. My visits with QC Dental Docs is always a treat!

I cannot say enough about the positive feelings I have for QC Dental Docs both for myself and for my wife and daughter. This was the initial visit for all of us, and we were treated wonderfully from arrival to departure! All office staff, dental assistants, and dentist were super nice and accommodating. Also, the technology used for X-ray, etc. was beyond what I had experienced from our past dental offices: no uncomfortable biting down on intrusive X-ray devices! In short, I heartily encourage anyone seeing a new dental office to consider trying QC Dental Docs.

I have been going to QC dental docs for three years now. I always get excellent care and everyone is very friendly and helpful. I go every three months for cleanings and always go to Cindy Thompson. She is very thorough and always makes sure that I am doing OK during the procedures. It is the best dental services I have ever had. I would definitely recommend QC dental docs.

Seriously made my appt a month out because I have three children and had to get a sitter for them etc and working around my busy schedule of school etc. My appt today was at 1:10pm and they just called me at 8:45am to let me know my dentist went out of town and wanted me to reschedule?!?! Are you kidding. Seriously wasted my time.

I was referred here by a coworker and I'm so glad I took their advice. I grew up all over the country and have been to a dozen different dentists in my time and this is by far the best experience I've had. The facility is sea-themed, which I find pretty quirky, but the place is pleasant and clean. There is a t.v. on the ceiling above every exam chair, so you are entertained while you have your mouth probed. But most importantly, the staff and doctors are all extremely friendly and professional. There's nothing to be nervous about when going to the dentist anymore!

The best dental office in the area. Very professional, caring staff and docs. Highly recommended.
