Dental veneers offers the ultimate in esthetics. A veneer is a thin facing or covering that bonds to the natural tooth structure. A much more conservative alternative to crowns (caps) that can give you the smile you have always dreamed of and deserve. Veneers are top line in cosmetic dentistry. If your teeth are chipped, broken, or discolored, porcelain veneers are a great way to change the color and shape of your teeth.
Crowns, or caps, are used to restore broken or cracked teeth. Modern dental crowns can eliminate the ugly black line you may have seen next to the gum line on older crowns. For decades the standard in dentistry for crown and bridge restoration materials has been the PFM (porcelain-fused-to-metal). The framework for the dental crown was produced in metal and then covered with a porcelain layer. Now with the evolution of all ceramic materials and their higher esthetic qualities, dental patients have options.

I have been a patient here for over 30 years. As always, the staff and dentists are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The dental care I receive is excellent and the thing that has always been important to me is that visits are timely, I'm seen at my appointment time and finished at or sooner than the scheduled time, no long wait in the waiting room.

I always enjoy the professional services I receive at Fountain Square Cosmetic Dental Care. The entire staff makes you feel welcomed and they go out of their way to assist you in anyway they can, and they make sure you are 100% satisfied with their services. Dr. Thomas Geiger has addressed all my dental needs, and does an EXCEPTIONAL job of ensuring that I have good dental care.
Any problems I have encountered he always find a solution. It's a win, win. My dental hygienist, Robin also takes EXCEPTIONAL care of my dental needs. I have also had my teeth cleaned by the other dental hygienist and they, too provide exceptional services. I highly recommend Fountain Square Cosmetic Dental Care, and I guarantee you will not be disappointed. Evelyn Ferguson

I had a great experience at my recent appointment. I was extremely impressed with the cleaning. I had been told that marks I had on my teeth were of unknown origin in the past and there was no way to get rid of them. Well, my cleaning proved that THAT WAS A LIE! My teeth look so beautiful, I can not believe it. My proceedure was also quick and efficient. Dr. Harris has a very comforting manner and the skills to match. Highly recommend!

Disappointing - he probably had good intentions but should have saved me a trip and told me in advance that I should go elsewhere. Dr. Harris waited until halfway into the consultation to explain that he was not really qualified to handle my case, which all dentists have said is extremely complicated. I had sent xrays, photos and written information to him by email in advance.
He spoke to me rather sternly like I was a five-year-old about to run out into traffic. Forcefully, he diagnosed me with "probable" sleep apnea, for which there was little evidence, and also, apnea was not remotely related to why I sought him out (I need advice on a surgical procedure - vertical bone augmentation. He "restores" implants. I thought he was an implantologist or a prosthodontist.
He is neither.). The good part was that he encouraged me to seek out multiple specialists to discuss my implant/bone graft problem. The bad part was that he emphatically said that his friend/ colleague (who I didn't meet) had weighed in and said the solution others have offered me was "nearly impossible" (true - unless you find an implantology surgeon who is skilled at vertical bone augmentation) and why didn't I want to just live with having infected implants, although scholarly documents show that for a couple decades, dentists have done this procedure.
He also said that "change is hard" for people past a certain age. I agreed, and said I would rather fix my problem now and deal with change now rather than waiting till I am five years older! Dr. Harris did not charge me for his opinions (he even took xrays of my implants at no charge to me) and referred me to some specialists he knew, but I left his office rather shell-shocked, having been labelled a sleep apnea patient due to poor sleep history (with a whining dog who has diarrhea and has been waking me several times per night, plus my own occasionally uncontrolled asthma symptoms).
His apnea remarks put me on high alert for the next day or so and gave me a new problem: insomnia - until I was able to put them into perspective. A patient seeking his advice should make sure this doctor is qualified to advise about their problem before they accept his generous opinions.

I have been a patient since 2010, and highly recommend Dr. Harris and Fountain Square Dental. Dr. Harris has gotten me through so many dental (and health) issues. I see him as a holistic dentist as well as a cosmetic dentist because he always takes the time to ask about other health issues going on in my life (and there have been many) to make sure I'm in a good place mentally/physically before considering major dental procedures.
He has seen me through root canals, implants, bridges, crowns, and everything in between. I trust and value his opinion, and am extremely grateful to him and the hygienists and staff for all they have done for me and my family. I can't wait to post a picture of my before and after pictures once I get my permanent new smile in the spring. It's been a long process, but doing it right is so much better than taking the quick/easy route and being disappointed in the end. Thank you Dr. Harris and staff!

All I can say is this ENTIRE team is AWESOME! I literally CAN'T say enough about this team, they're ALL great at what they do. Both Dr. Harris and Dr. Geiger are extremely pleasant. I'm currently a patient of Dr. Harris, I WAS having some very uncomfortable dental things going on prior to seeing Dr. Harris, NOT ANYMORE! Dr. Harris is very transparent with what to expect during treatment, I've seen a number of Dental professionals in my days, BUT Dr. Harris is by far the BEST. I've yet to experience an ounce of pain while under his care, I'm serious I CANT PUT INTO WORDS THE THANKS I OWE Dr. Harris and Cassie. THIS TEAM ROCKS!

Dr. Harris is the most considerate, caring, and thorough dental professional I have ever seen. He explains procedures before performing them (i.e. "I need to place this tool in your mouth, you should expect to feel X.") and always checks in along the way. He listens to patient concerns and takes them seriously. Hygienist Emily was very gentle and took metrics that no other office has ever done. They do great work and are transparent with pricing. I highly recommend!

I have been under Dr. Harris' care for 5 years and he is by far the best dentist I've ever had. His meticulousness, knowledge and kind demeanor will put you at ease. I fully trust him with my dental health and that is invaluable. Other reasons this is the best dental group in Cincinnati: They respect your time. Their time management is top-notch. They prioritize your comfort.
The office is spotless. They use the latest equipment and technology. They are incredibly friendly and professional. They do this, all while treating you like you are the most important patient they have. I can't recommend this dental office enough!

Love FSDC. I would never go anywhere else. Dr Geiger is the best. My husband recently was told he needed a crown on a front tooth, so I had him see Dr Geiger for a second opinion because I knew he would give him an honest answer. He spent a considerable amount of time with him and is able to save and fix his tooth. He also was kind enough to fix his partial plate so now it is a comfortable fit and no longer irritates him. Something his previous dentist couldn't do after 3 tries! You made a believer out of my husband and just gained a new patient. He was very impressed with you!

Dr Harris is the best and i have used him for many years while working from downtown. I never really agreed with the taking my blood pressure but I was rocked after taking 2hr to drive downtown, and back, paying for parking and having to leave work, and then be told he would not perform scheduled cleaning because my blood pressure was too high. Granted he may be right and this is a required protocol but at least give a heads up in your appt confirmation text saying i had to wear a mask as well as taking blood pressure before and will not provide services if too high. Protocol should be posted so you dont waste my time. It will be interesting to see if they charge me for services not preformed

Dr. Harris is the most thorough and pleasant dentist I've ever had the pleasure of seeing. I actually called my fiance after my first visit to tell him how much I had enjoyed it. He sat with me, did an exam of my mouth and jaw, and went through my X-rays with detail. Plus, all equipment in his office is state-of-the-art and looks brand new. Ever stood up while the X-ray machine moves around your head? Me either! I'm moving out of state, and genuinely sad I can't go to this dentist anymore. 6 stars!
