Dr. Palmer was friendly and kind. However, I came into his office for a filling repair. I left with 5 CROWNS, three of which were unnecessary. They told me I needed a root canal. Upon consultation of a specialist, a root canal was UNNECESSARY. Dr. Palmer's office cares about one thing and one thing only: TAKING YOUR MONEY. I will never recommend nor will I see him as a dentist again. RUN AWAY WHILE YOU STILL HAVE YOUR MONEY.

So I had a filling fall out while I was on the road.no pain when it fell out. 6 weeks later I finally have a non travel break so I look up a dentist to get my filling replaced. Go into the office he X-rays and says "I don't know why you don't have any pain?" Then it's established that the root has not been breached/exposed. I tell him let's put a crown on it.
He procedes to drill into my tooth.looking for the root, of course he finds it the tells me, "you need a root canal". Well yeah now I do! Needless to say, I'm going to a different dentist to have the next procedure done. I am very disappointed, he was a nice guy and the staff was very friendly but bottom line he was creating more problems and not solving the main reason I came in.

My husband, child, and I have been to this dentist. When I went with my spouse the appointment took over 3 hours for just a check-up and a cleaning. They didn't seem to be able to get the x-rays right and they took the x-rays 6-7 times on each person. When I brought my child in, the appointment lasted almost 2 hours, again for just a cleaning. They took x-rays of my child's mouth almost 6 times.
When I became tired of waiting for the appointment to be complete, I went back in the examining room and found my child sitting in the chair watching a movie. No one was in the room until I showed up and then the hygienist and the dentist both hurried into the room. They said that the x-ray was fine and that she could go. They also want to fill a "hole" in one of the permanent molars, not because it's a cavity, but because the tooth developed that way.
During my visit, they told me that I needed at least one crown, and two cavities filled, which my previous dentist never mentioned. My husband was told he needed 3 cavities filled, also missed by the previous dentist. The excessive amount of x-rays and the LONG length of each visit has deterred me from visiting this dentist again. I would not recommend.

Before going in to see Dr. Palmer, My teeth were perfectly fine except for 1 cavity. He told me I had some "leaking" fillings and one cavity to take care of. 10 months later, I have had 1 root canal, 1 cracked tooth, 2 crowns, 1 huge abscess, and constant jaw pain (more than $1,000 I've had to pay) all due to what my new dentist called "unnecessary and careless treatments." I won't go to court for it, I'm not litigious, but I did ask if he could help pay these bills. He has not cared to respond or help me.
