I had a routine visit with a hygienist in September and was told that you're no cavities. On the way out the door another person working there asked if she did my yearly x-rays. I told her she didn't do it. In 3 weeks I had to set up an emergency appointment because I was happy tooth pain. Dr told me I had two choices either have the tooth pulled or got a crown.
He called my insurance company is they told me I was covered. Well when the insurance company got hold of the x-ray they said no way did I need a crown and now I am stuck with a $1,513 bill from his office. And if he thinks I'm going to pay for that he's got to be kidding I will never see this jerk again

I have been using Dr. Pallay for many years and am highly satisfied with the services that I receive at his office. Love this dental practice! Dr. Pallay and his staff are awesome; very informative, friendly, and professional. They take their time so you don't feel rushed, and are honest when suggesting dental work. All the work I've had done here was stellar; from routine cleanings to cavities. They talk you through your visit so you know what to expect, give you advice, and I find them to be really patient and gentle. The doctor, front desk, and dental assistants here are all top notch. Very happy here.

I have been coming to this practice for a couple of years now. The biggest compliment we could giveto any service provider is more business and in that regard my wife is now coming to Dr Pallay. The staff is exceptional, courteous, honest, knowledgeable and fun. Dr Pallay is extremely practical and will only tecmme d what I s absolutely necessary. I strongly recommend this Doctor and this office if you are looking for an excellent dentist and practice.
