Excellent patient experience! Our intake examinations were very thorough. The staff was pleasant, friendly, and we are all pleased to be at this practice. They did great with my 9 and 12 year old children as well.

Emily, the hygienist, was great. She made me feel so comfortable. All the girls in the office are very friendly and nice. It makes going to the dentist not a bad, scary thing! It was good to see Dr. Pam. I would highly recommend this office if you need a dentist.

Dr. Robert Cain and his Staff are wonderful! Very professional, knowledgeable, kind and caring. My dentist couldn't find anything wrong with my ongoing problem in my mouth and said that I should see a Periodontist thinking it was a gum issue. I saw that Dr. Cain had excellent reviews and made appointment. That was the BEST decision ever! He found the answer to the cause of my ongoing terrible itching in area of my gum. It's not a gum problem, but instead a tooth issue. I'm so very Thankful to Dr. Cain!

Streamlined! Everything went like clockwork. The staff was very helpful and explained what we would be doing. The doctor was very thorough and spent a lot of time showing and explaining what was wrong. They then referred me in the right direction. Highly recommended. One note, they need to stop with the silly mask thing. Nowhere else do I need to wear a mask except there. Doesn't make sense.

Dr Cain did a great job with my teeth. He's very professional and a nice man. The office staff are also very kind and helpful. I had no issues at all and was treated very well.

Very lovely staff, I have serious phobias about the dentist and everyone was very gentle and kind. The lovely lady Christy that took my x-rays was infinitely patient with me and explained everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable with the process. Dr Pam was very thorough and gentle and made me feel very comfortable as well

After two years of a staying in pain, I finally made an appointment with Dr Robert Cain. I was nervous coming into the appointment, but his staff made me feel super comfortable before I seen him. When he finally came in, his warmth filled the room and he made me feel courageous for finally seeking help with my smile. I was there two hours while he and his staff examined me and planned a course for treatment.

This Practice has to be one of the most professional and compassionate group I have ever been to. From the time I walked in the door and out the door I was met with a caring physician support staff and an even greater professional and skilled Dentist. The exam I received although I knew was going to create a degree of pain was done with that factor taken into consideration and it was handled as if with the use of kid gloves. Dr. Cain explained everything that he was doing during the exam, his findings and an outline of what he could do to resolve my issue.

I have full confidence in knowing that I will be receiving the highest level of skill going forward as I undergo restorative procedures involving my teeth. I would highly recommend Dr. Cain as well as his entire staff to those seeking Periodontics restorative work needing to be performed.
