I have gone to other dentist before and they were fine, they did their job and I was content with that as I didn't know any better. Then about 8 years ago I switched over to Persona Dental and I haven't looked back since. Everyone is very friendly and they genuinely care about you and your teeth! I would highly recommend them!

If you like to be a frequent visitor at the dentist and waste your time then choose this clinic. I chose this clinic thinking that I will get the best care and never worry about my teeth, I ended up having more than 6 appointments to fix various issues, one of them being a crown that didn't fit well, they did work with my schedule and got it in. The crown still doesn't feel like a good fit but I have a busy life so I just accepted it and went on with my life.

Few days ago I started getting major pain in my tooth that I fixed there, I sit here agonizing in pain because this clinic didn't do their due diligence in checking my teeth. This is how this clinic treated me as a veteran and I will never step a foot back in that place. Hope this will help.

I love going to Persona Dental. Prior to coming here I dreaded going to the dentist. Now, I love it. The staff are friendly and greet you the minute you walk in the door. I would recommend Dr. Shari and Dr. Schmitz to anyone.

The staff at Persona is top notch! They make the kids feel at ease and are always so informative. If you are looking for a new dentist office you will not be disappointed!

I just brought my infant in to have her tongue and lip ties revised, Dr. Shari did amazing and was very kind and caring. She made sure I understood what to do and even gave me an emergency #just in case. I appreciated that and how her work turned out and helped us. :

We had such a wonderful experience at Persona Dental! We were referred here to correct our 2 month olds tongue and lip tie, Dr. Shari Thom was so friendly and knowledgeable. (All staff was so friendly!) The process was fast and our little guy was brought right to me when done. Dr. Shari explained everything so well and really took the time to make sure we were taken care of as patients. We live too far away to use the office as a regular go to. But, if we lived in the area this would be the place to be! Highly recommended.

Moved here in 2020 and by fall 2021 needed a new dental provider. I am very happy I found Persona Dental. Two visits so far. They also offer a "perks" plan that is very creative and I plan to use. Also have my mom who recently relocated here scheduled to use this provider.

I've been coming to Persona Dental ever since I was a kid (for about 20 years now). They have a great and welcoming team of staff that have helped me through a variety of dental issues such as a chipped tooth, adding onto a permanent tooth that grew in too small and grinding my teeth at night. They are always willing to customize their care to better fit my lifestyle and take the time to explain procedures and why they are necessary.

When I moved 2.5 hours out of town for college I would make the drive here for my dental care. They always leave me with a smile and a "goddie bag" after the visit. I couldn't imaging going anywhere else!

My husband, 2 older kids, and I go to this dentist. I really like that the dentists and everyone that works there are friendly. I had a lot of dental work to be done and the dentist didn't make me feel stupid. They're working with my insurance and I'm getting my mouth fixed up. I recommend this dentist to everyone I know in the St. Cloud area.

I really enjoy being a patient at Persona Dental. I don't have to worry about long waiting periods, feeling rushed or being mistreated in anyway. Dr. Shari is the BEST. I have been afraid of the dentist for as long as I can remember, and avoid going as much as possible. But, I hate not having clean healthy teeth more. Thankfully, ALL of the staff at Persona Dental understand my anxiety. They go above and beyond to make sure that I am always comfortable, and relaxed with my cleanings and any work that needs to be done. I would recommend Persona Dental to anyone needing excellent dental care.

Dr Troy has taken care of my family for the past 12 years. We no longer live in state but every time we're back we have them take care of our teeth and our kids as well. You won't find a more personable or calming atmosphere elsewhere! Thank you all for taking care of us!

The staff here are all polite and friendly. Plus the dental personnel and dentists all seem to do great work. I get my regular cleanings here and I'm always pleased with their efforts. And I've had one filling done here so far and it turned out great. I suggest coming here for your dental visits!

I thought Krissy was the best hygienist until today. Lauren is just as good. No need to be nervous about getting my teeth cleaned anymore. These two are awesome. Persona Dental is a great office to visit for all your dental needs. Thanks Dr. Schmitz

Biennial visits to the dentist office are now enjoyable at Persona Dental. Our family loves their friendly staff and atmosphere, and I know that I'm getting the latest in modern dental care. I really enjoy talking with the hygienists about their use of technology in their practice. Persona Dental employs modern tools, training and techniques for the best possible care of their patients.

I hadn't gone to the dentist for 5+ years and was concerned, plus was dreading the experience and costs involved. A co-worker recommended Persona and I've been going here every 6 months for 2+ years. Here's my experience thus far. First couple of visits I had a cleaning and got a bunch of cavities filled. The cleaning went well and couple weeks later I had the cavities filled.

It felt like they drilled a lot less than previous dentists which minimized pain/discomfort. Also, Dr. Troy told me "We get Novocaine by the barrel so let us know if you need more". Lastly, a broken down tooth needed a crown and a crown had to be replaced on another (from previous dentist's error). When I'm eating I honestly can't tell I have crowns. Dr. Troy did a FANTASTIC job with both of them.

They couldn't fit any better and I have no pain in them. This is the best my teeth have ever felt. What I really love is the fact that they get straight to the point. They told me exactly what needed to be done and why. I never felt like they were hiding something. I was very comfortable with them from the beginning. Everyone I have met is extremely knowledgable, thorough and down-to-earth. I'd rate the staff and my experiences a 10/10 if possible. I'll never go anywhere else. I'll recommend you guys forever. I HIGHLY recommend Persona Dental! The staff is the very best. If you experience "dental anxiety" of any kind these people will put you at ease. Customer service is very important to me. This office nailed! Thank you Dr. Thom and the entire team for a job well do!

Looking for a dentist that cares about YOU?! Look no further than 'Persona Dental'! I have been to a couple of different dental offices in the Saint Cloud area, none of which can compete with the service that I received at 'Persona Dental'. They have, by far, the most knowledgeable staff that I have ever met. Normally, a trip to the dentist office is scary.

Not here! The personnel that this facility has working for them are beyond courteous, calming, and they really make you feel at home! Having been in this office a few times, I can definitely tell that the employees feel like a family. They all work as a team to ensure the best experience possible! My favorite thing that this establishment has done for me is, every couple of months, they send me a post card reminding me that I haven't been in for a while and that they "miss me". Now, that, to me, is a sure sign of a world class business that, not only loves what they do, but they care about YOU and your dental health!
