What can I say. I had the very BEST experience today at my new dental office. I had excellent customer service right at the reception and throughout my appointment. I was made extremely comfortable by Lori, who examined my gums and teeth, and took the time explaining what she was going to do and was very sensitive to any of my concerns. She used excellent technology in diagnosing my dental problems and treated me with utmost care! Dr. Jake, DDS super nice and also took his time with me on what needed to be done in the future. This dental office has a nice warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff work well with each other and take care of you like you are a person and not a number. They are patient, kind, and caring.

Every single member of staff was very kind to me and made me feel extremely safe. I have lots of anxieties with the dentist and I felt very comfortable speaking with all of the staff. I called with an emergency pain visit and left feeling soothed, comforted, and knowing that I was no longer going to be in pain for much longer. The staff had a lot of knowledge to share. I've been seeing Dr. Wallock and his staff for a little under a year now. I've had a few cleanings, a tooth extraction and a root canal/crown done so far. The only discomfort that I can say I experienced were the shots that numbed me up, which is to be expected. The procedures were carried out in a very timely manner, my questions and concerns were addressed thoroughly and the receptionists have helped me so very much in regards to communicating with my insurance provider (I'm serious, they gave *hours* of their time to sort out my insurance woes). Dr. Wallock and his technicians/hygienists are the utmost professionals, I'd recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new/better dentist.

The staff is very pleasant. The dental assistant Amy, did a good job with my daughter making it fun and comfortable for her. Dr. wollak is very professional and yet easy to talk to.

Wow, I didn't know what a good cleaning was until I came here! I was also very happy that the hygienist explained everything she did and why. Dr. Wallock gives you a very complete exam and explains all his findings. He is very willing to answer any questions you have.
