Lorissa was very thorough and gentle cleaning my teeth. Prices are reasonable and appointments are not too far out. I am returning to see both on future appointments.

Bradshaw Family Dental took care of my dental cleaning and exam quickly and professionally. I am completely satisfied with the care I received.

Awful experience at Bradshaw Family Dental this morning. I had my three children scheduled in for 11am this morning. I waited THREE MONTHS for this appointment. I showed up 15min early to check in and was informed that my appointments had been cancelled because they were unable to contact me to confirm. The receptionist said my phone wasn't allowing them to leave a message - to which I said I receive messages every day and asked for her to confirm my phone number. WRONG.

So now I have to pay the consequence of their error. This is awful business practice and not customer-centered care. Best of all.she had no sympathy, no apologies. My kids leave town for 8w on Saturday so it's not as simple as rescheduling. I would never return to them anyway. Thankfully, after hearing this situation, My Kids' Dental scheduled them all into their Chino location for tomorrow.

The staff is caring and professional. They look for solutions for my dental issues. If you need a deep cleaning, I recommend Kathy.

This was my first visit. Great staff, ALL friendly and smiling. Happy to say is was a wonderful experience and I'd recommend this practice UPDATE. 4-25-22 Received a phone call today that this office.they will no longer treat me. WTH

I used to rate this five stars, but I had to lower my rating due to a series of incidents. My dentist there, who has moved on, decided that a filling that was not causing me any issues needed replacement. Her replacement filling was not up to par, so she decided the replacement needed replacement. During the second replacement, an uncalibrated tool was used which burned my tongue to the point of blistering.

The new filling was not ground smooth because Jasmine, the assistant that day, did not want to stay past 2:00. The next week, Jasmine called me to check on my issues. When I said I needed more work to smooth out the filling, Jasmine refused to make an emergency appointment and said I had to deal with it for five weeks until their was an opening. The dentist contacted me and saw me on my schedule for an emergency session that week because the rough filling was cutting into the burnt portion of my tongue.

Three months later, that filling came out while flossing and Jasmine was once again my assistant. When I was talking with the front desk to discuss billing and how my dental insurance won't cover multiple treatments on the same tooth and it was caused by people fooling around with a filling that caused me no problems, Jasmine rudely butted in and said nobody there is fooling around. Her bedside manner is horrendous and is the main reason my rating has gone down from five to three stars.

If you are looking for a dentist, look no further! Great atmosphere, friendly staff, extremely skilled hygienist, gentle dentist. I highly recommend! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

First visit after changing my dental services to Bradshaw Family Dental. Office staff is very pleasant and professional and my first appointment went well. Scheduled again in 6 months so will update as needed. I do recommend this practice for your dental needs! Second visit. Still 5 stars. Friendly, professional staff and very nice facility. I would still recommend Bradshaw Family Dental to everyone.

I don't remember the ladies name the one that helped my daughter be more comfortable when taking x-rays is an asset to your business. We been to four different dentists and finally found one that is professional and good with kids.

Just returned from another non-traumatic visit with this practice. EVERYONE in the office is professional and pleasant. Dr. Frausto and Jasmine are a comforting team and I appreciate so much their kind treatment of me. Thanks to all of you!

I had my six month cleaning this morning to include panoramic and bite wing x-rays. Pam, my dental hygienist was thorough, personable, and professional. She's an asset of Bradshaw Family Dental. I'll continue to refer my friends seeking top notch dental care to Bradshaw.

Very nice and friendly place. I had not been to any dentist in a while so I was concerned about the state of my teeth. All the people made me feel welcome and relaxed.

I love this dentist. they are so friendly and i am definitely one of those people who are a little too nervous for the dentist and everyone is so polite and makes sure that i am comfortable. :

Been going here for 6 years and absolutely love the quality of services and staff. Very professional, caring, hygienists and dentists. I always feel completely comfortable here for any and all dental care. I had a genuine fear as a child and even as an adult about dental visits, but coming here has completely changed that. I look forward to these visits knowing I'll get the best care possible. I couldn't recommend this place more!
