The entire team at Dental House goes above and beyond for their patients. I have been seeing Dr. Whitfield for 8 years. I have lots of dental issues, and they always take such good care of me. They even saw me once on their day off when I cracked a crown. The entire staff is friendly and personable. Scheduling is easy, and there is never a wait once you arrive for your appointment.

I had my routine cleaning yesterday with dental hygienist Brooke, and it was truly the best cleaning I have ever had. My teeth look a shade whiter and have never felt so clean. I am also doing Invisalign treatment through Dental House, and it has been a seamless process. If you are looking for a stress-free, friendly atmosphere for your dental needs, Dental House is a wonderful option!

Dr. Mark Whitfield and his staff are excellent. I started having some enamel issues during covid from stress and grinding and totally thought I was doomed. The doctor saved the day! Also. I had previously had a unfortunate experience elsewhere - when my friend raved about her dentist. He truly is a gem and I feel so secure that his recommendations are what will best serve me. My husband is now a new patient too!

Horrible dentist my son had his wisdom teeth pulled.they were supposed to pull all 4 but then only pulled 2. Plus gave no pain medication for home.he made my son want to leave before his procedure by the way he was handling the patient in the next room.

REQUIRED TO PAY ($2,000) DESPITE HAVING IN-NETWORK INSURANCE WHICH COVERED THE PROCEDURES AND NOW I AM WAITING TO BE REIMBURSED. They told me that my insurance was maxed out, even though I knew it wasn't. When I told them that my insurance wasn't maxed out they were very DISMISSIVE and CONDESCENDING. They treated me like I didn't know my own insurance, and acted like I was trying to get out of paying my bill.

I had to pay $1,500 more than I should have because they didn't understand my insurance, and would not listen. They told me that if my somehow my insurance did pay the claim, the money would be automatically refunded to my card, and yet despite my insurance paying the claim two weeks ago, the money has not been refunded to my card. I have been going here over a year and every interaction I've had with the front staff has been very unpleasant.

They are patronizing, rude, dismissive, and require you to pay arbitrarily amounts only to be get reimbursed because your insurance covers it. They have now collected the payment from me, and my insurance company

I had my appointment for over a month (and they had access to my dental insurance card) and they waited until I got to my appointment to tell me that they weren't in my insurance's network so I could be left with a bill of $400. Would have really loved to know beforehand (even a day before would've been nice) so I didn't waste my time. Really frustrating experience that I've never run into with any other medical service before.

A neighbor recommended Dr. Whitfield at Dental House after I had a bad experience with another dentist. From the first phone call I was impressed with the professionalism and compassion of the staff. When I arrived, they had created a touches check in process to minimize contact while maximizing customer service (they should teach other businesses how to do this!). Dr. Whitfield was reassuring and quickly took care of the problem. I will be a regular patient from now on.

Cleanings are always a great experience here. Every one of my hygienists have been very kind, conversational, and very thorough. The facilities are very clean and well-maintained.

I am a dentist who was in need of a dentist! One of the specialists I refer to recommended Dr. Whitfield, saying he is incredibly talented! He was right! My experience from start to finish was comfortable and seamless. Dr. Whitfield does fantastic dentistry and his team is top notch as well!

Dr. Whitfield and his staff are amazing! I've been a patient here for 4 years now and could not be happier. Here's why. 1. Just like theirs, my time is valuable too & it's obvious they respect that because they are always on time (obviously I understand that emergencies can happen, but I've never been kept waiting past my appointment time). 2. Dr. Whitfield is not only a medical professional, but I'd also say he's an artist; when it comes to dental work, it's obvious he cares about the finished product. 3.

The entire staff is friendly and always smiling - you can tell they all enjoy what they do and enjoy where they work and it's clear they genuinely care about me, the patient, and offer accommodations for my comfort. As long as I'm in Dallas, I'll continue to be a patient of Dr. Whitfield's and I'd like to thank you and your staff for what y'all do!

Can't say enough excellent things about Dr. Whitfield and his staff. He was able to fix some very poorly-executed work from another dentist here in Uptown & couldn't be happier. Been coming here for almost 2 years now. Nice office, wonderful hygienist(s)--hoping he's around for a long time to come. If I could point out any negatives, it would be the limited hours (open 4 days a week & closes at 2:30pm on 2 of those days)--definitely need to schedule cleanings way in advance.

Last year I had a filling from a previous dentist fall out in the afternoon & they were able to fit me in the following morning so that was good. Also, to my knowledge they are no longer in-network with Delta Dental. Not sure if it's just Delta or if they are not in-network with anyone at all anymore. They will still file with insurance but rates may be a little higher. We like the office enough that it's worth paying the extra though. Overall, very highly recommended!
