This a FANTASTIC practice. I have moved many times and have visited many dental practices.some good, some not so good. Dr. Scardella's office is GREAT. He has built a team of dentistry professionals who are kind, caring, and display the utmost in attention to detail. The front desk will always do their best to arrange a scheduled appointment that is best for you. Appointments are scheduled so that I never have to wait more than 5 minutes.

The dental hygienists are skillful and pleasant. Dr. Scardella communicates well and is genuinely concerned for every patient. From the waiting room, to the equipment, and to the supporting staff. Dr. Scardella has invested in the future if this practice. I plan on making him " my dentist."

In search for a new dentist, I was very fortunate to find Dr. Scardella. He is very professional, yet so friendly, kind and caring. He and his team are amazing! They all make you feel extremely comfortable, as though you are their only patient! You know from the start, you are in good hands! My end results were exactly what I had hoped! After 60 years, I can recommend a dentist and actually say, I look forward to my next appointment! Dr. Scardella is highly recommended!

As a person who has more than a passing familiarity with the trauma of dental pain, I have been the guest of many dentists. They have ranged from abominable (Thank you U.S. Navy) to inept to horrid and then I walked into the Center for progressive dentistry in Duxbury and I met Dr. Scardella. He listened to every concern that I had and took the time to care about every level of detail in my treatment.

It is astonishing when a dentist takes the time to actually listen to a patient so entirely. Dr. Scardella heard me and the excellent treatment that I received is the result. I couldn't be happier. Beside the good doctor, he has a fantastic staff of knowledgeable, cheerful professionals that make every aspect of a visit to his office a genuinely pleasant experience.

The South Shore has loads of dentists but you would be hard pressed to find a better one than Dr. Scardella and the fine people at the Center for Progressive Dentistry in Duxbury.

I have had horrible experiences with (some) dentists in my long life, a legit phobia, super sensitive teeth. Dr. S. saved a tooth that fractured at the gum line, a big gaping hole, fun stuff. I get nervous and talk to much, before and. DURING.my teeth being worked on. Litteraly zero pain, and I was waiting for it. Even the novicane needle didn't hurt, as I clutched the chair arms waiting for pain.

A first for me. He and the dental assistant had a lot of patience with a nervous, talkative patient that sounded like an adult in a Charlie Brown cartoon. It was quite the broken tooth he saved with a crown. When the novicaine wore off it did hurt a bit, which I expected (super sensitive teeth) but no gaping hole. It settled down after a couple of days, and I still have a tooth! Thanks Doc! Highly recommend .

I am a new patient at the Center for ProgressiveDentistry and I must say, being a person who is not a dentist lover, I was very pleased from the moment I entered the office. I was treated very warmly and was informed of everything I was asking about with understanding comments and information. I have had some extensive work done and Dr. Scardella could not have been more patient and never hurried any of my questions.

His assistants were very reassuring during my processes and I must say I was extremely relaxed and have changed my opinions of dentistry. Everyone I came in contact with was very reassuring and kind and Dr. Scardella was a marvel with the novacaine injections. All in all it was like being taken care of by people that were so very caring and patient and down right PROFESSIONAL in every way. I do not fear going to see the dentist at all at the Center for Progressive Dentistry.

I have had a deep fear of the dentist for longer than I even want to admit to. Dr. Scardella and his team made me feel comfortable and understood from the start. He and his team eased into my procedure with great care, gentleness and checked in on my comfort level constantly. They explained everything to me in detail and we're always patient with questions. I can't say enough about the truly caring energy at Dr. Scardella's office. Both the customer service and dental work done here are exceptional. Highly recommend!

This entire team has been fantastic; dentistry can be your best friend or your worst enemy. My experience was worth the 1.5 round trip drive. Scardella and team are professional, friendly, inviting, and top-notch at what they do. They have definitely made me a loyal, repeat customer.

Beautiful office, great hygienist, and exceptional service with my new crown. I was a little anxious, and the dental assistant, as well as Dr. Scardella assured me they would keep me comfortable. And they did. I was walked through the procedure, explained what was done and why and left feeling great about the experience. Love this office and couldn't be happier after two visits. Undoubtedly Dr. Scardella is Best Dentist on the South Shore. For the minute you walk into the office you are greeted like one of the family from the entire staff. They are all truly amazing and I encourage everyone reading this post to make their appointment at Center of Progressive Dentistry. It will be the best decision you ever made.

Yesterday was my first visit to the Center For Progressive Dentistry. Dr. Scardella and his staff, Kathy, Irene, and Kate, are wonderful, exceptional, kind people. From the moment I walked in the door, they made me feel welcome and at ease. It seemed as though they were waiting for me, and were genuinely happy to see me. Kate, the hygienist, is excellent; I will always ask for her in future appointments.

My dentist retired after a thirty year relationship. After considering the options in the Duxbury area, I decided to try the Center for Progressive Dentistry. I am extremely pleased with my choice. Dr. Scardella is a skilled dentist who goes out of his way to keep me informed about what needs to be done and how he plans to do it. The staff is professional and competent. An added bonus is the warm, friendly environment. The transition to the Center for Progressive Dentistry has been a wonderful experience!

Recently moved back to the US and needed a new Dentist. Was driving past and decided to give the Center for Progressive Dentistry a try and happy that I did. Both my wife and I have had a great experience with Dr. Scardella and the team. We will definitely recommend this practice and have done so already.

Yesterday Dr. Sardella and his assistant, Amy, filled in a chipped front tooth. Since I am a dental-phobe, I was worried, but I did not need to be. They checked to see if my tooth was sensitive. It was not, so no Novocain was needed. I recommend this office in its entirety. The staff, all of them, are terrific-kind, gentle, informative with great senses of humor.

Each member of the staff was personable and professional. Procedures were clearly explained. Questions were welcomed and clearly answered. The facility was attractive and spotless. I am very pleased with my transition into this dental practice.

I changed to this practice a couple of years ago. My husband has also started using Dr. Scardella. If you want a positive dental experience, this is your place. EVERYTHING about this practice is exceptional. No pain, no discomfort, kind caring staff, Dr. Scardella is the BEST EVER!

Absolutely awesome dental practice! Staff is professional, helpful, friendly and calming. Dr Scardella is meticulous and precise in his work - a perfectionist He also clearly explains what needs to be done and why. His equipment is state of the art! I have had basic preventative care as well as an implant crown and another crown as well. I highly recommend this office and all their staff!
