Michelle is very popular with our patients. She follows Dr Fiat's example, in that she provides a skilled and thorough dental cleaning, but in a gentle manner allowing for a pain free visit. Dr. Fiat is a graduate of Boston University School of Dental Medicine. She is very experienced and has been through several post graduate courses in different fields of dentistry since receiving her DMD degree. Dr. Fiat has been my dentist for over 20 years. I would go nowhere else. She takes the time to talk to you about any concerns with your teeth. She is very friendly. The hygienist does a great job and is amazingly personable. Tim, the office manager is extremely knowledgeable about insurance and coverages. All the staff is very professional and attentive to details. You will love getting your teeth cared for at this dental practice.

Fr. Fiat and staff deserve the highest rating because they are outstanding. I traveled 95 miles for her services because she is watm, friendly, extremely professional and an superior dentist. I highly recommend her to anyone withon driving distance. Actually, I would fly back to continue as her patient.

Both my young boys have been going to Dr.fiat for years. Only dentist they ever went to. Myself and my x wife both went there for years with no complaints. That all changed last week. my 7 year old went in for a filling because we were told he had 4 cavities in baby teeth. After 20 min in the chair she came out and told us there are now nine cavities and they are in both adult and baby teeth.
My x and I were very confused. The secretary ( the dentist husband ) then proceeded to tell us it didn't matter weather it was 4 cavities or 9 and it also didn't matter if it was baby teeth or adult teeth. He also said if we got a second opinion they probably would not agree with how many cavities and what teeth they are in. when we asked to talk to the dentist again to get clarity the dentist husband got agitated and huffy puffy, the dentist came back out and seemed to be very annoyed we would question anything.
Today we got a second opinion, and he does have a bunch of cavities but we were told that the filling that Dr. Fiat did the week before was never done. Something has changed drastically and not only can I not recommend this office any further, I feel an obligation to inform others of the poor and questionable practices that has become the new way of business at this place

I've been a patient of Dr. Fiat's for a long time. I highly recommend her and her staff if you're seeking dental services. They are very friendly. Never a bad experience. Update for 2/4/2021: Still a great experience with Dr. Fiat and her staff. Due to the ongoing pandemic, there are a few changes to the protocols to keep everyone safe. One of those changes involves new equipment to effectively vacuum and capture aerosols from your mouth and it's a bit loud when its powered on when the hygienist is cleaning. Definitely bring some noise canceling ear phones if you are sensitive to loud noises.

My family and i have been patients of Dr Fiat for many years now. We've always had the best care. Everyone is very professional, personable and knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable. Dr Fiat takes the time to explain what work needs to be done. She always will fit me in when if I have an emergency as I did today. Can't say enough good things about them.

I've been a patient of Dr. Fiat for nearly my entire adult life. I've never had a bad experience with any routine cleaning or more advanced procedures. The hygienists and office staff are very conversational and hospitable. Their office is conveniently located right off Route 1 (Newbury Street) in Danvers across from Honda North. Very easy to find. If you're looking for a new dentist, Dr. Fiat and her staff can't be beat. Highly recommended.

I dished out 6k here once to be sedated and have my teeth done. Well now I go somewhere else and some teeth drilled and filled for no reason. I never will recommend friends here. I feel like I was screwed. The last I went in I was told I needed a root canal thats why I was in pain. Guess what? I had a wisdom tooth pulled 3 days later that my new dentist told me about. Never going here again.

Dr. Fiat is awesome! I just moved from CA and I went to the office for the first time today. The entire staff is extremely friendly and kind. Dr. Fiat is very helpful and knowledgeable. She takes her time to answer all your questions and makes sure you have the correct information about your teeth. I have already recommended her to multiple friends!
