On time and efficient cleaning. Full set of xrays only took 6 min. Hopefully my teeth will do well in this practice, and I'll never lose any!

I very rarely make comments but I want to share an issue with dental insurance here. I saw Dr. Wong for 10+ years and when Dr. Farid came I have been very pleased w the care and have never had any issues here. My problem is a $550 bill, for the disallowed portion because news to me Dr. Farid is not in-network even when the website says GEHA is in-network.

I'm frustrated this wasn't communicated to me and where I signed the care plan "there is nothing they can do". Please do your own research when a provider changes even when staying within a practice. Again this is a good practice I won't let my frustration soil that, live and learn.

I really don't love going to the dentist but I do love this dentist and his staff. The staff is very friendly and professional and Dr. Awad is so compassionate and caring. He always checks to make sure throughout the procedure to make sure I'm ok. He listens to me and I don't ever feel pressured.

I've been going to Dr Awad for a year or so. I've been impressed with their office staff and with the Dr as well. I find them all competent and interested in my care & comfort. I will continue to trust them with my dental care.

Every time I have work done at this All of the staff is beyond friendly and I never feel nervous or have angst over any work being done because it is always painless and concise and the results are fantastic. The people are great. The service is prompt and the billing is always at or less than I thought it would be because they try to get me every discount possible and they work with my insurer to also make sure that I get every discount that I am supposed to get even after the work is done.

Though I cannot guarantee anything, I would like to say that I have been given surprise checks multiple times because they keep working to get me credit with my insurance which is really great and so rare in business today. All of the staff is beyond friendly and I never feel nervous or have concern over any work being done because it is always painless and concise.

I recommend them Wholeheartedly because it is so rare to find a combination of great behavior and great skill in today's world. In my experience, this office has never disappointed me and I have been going there for years. If you are looking for a dentist please consider this office and you will not be sorry in my opinion.

I had been going to the previous dentist at this location for about 15 years prior to his retirement at the beginning of covid. I've been to this new dentist three times since the new ownership. The previous two times, I had the same dental hygenist Ive had for years. Today I had a new one, Victoria. (I think her name was.) Absolutely amazing! She never hurt my gums while cleaning my teeth, she was very patient and worked effectively. I'm very happy with this new group!

I have been a patient here for many years and have always had positive experiences with whatever work I needed done. Everyone that works there is helpful, pleasant and makes you feel comfortable. Dr. Awad is excellent and the offices and waiting room are extremely clean.

I had been a patient of Dr Wongs for over 30 years. So, obviously, I was concerned about transitioning to someone new. I am no longer concerned. He has gained my trust. Over the past year, I have had 3 root canals done, and 4 crowns, and I could not be more pleased with the job that Dr Awad has done.

Not only has the dental work been great, Dr. Awad is extremely gentle and always asking if things feel ok during appointments. I no longer stress about dentist appointments.
