This is a horrible orthodontist I would not recommend coming here for braces. They do not care what happens to your teeth after getting your braces they just want your money. I have wasted thousands of dollars just for me to have to get braces again. When I got my braces put on I was told that I would get permanent retainers after my braces but couldn't do so until I got work done on my teeth.
My first set of retainers I lost and because of a miscommunication between the receptionist and my mom filled out a form to never return which is ridiculous because what would I have done if I lost my retainers? They let days go by before coming in to get photos on my teeth for new retainers and by that point my teeth had spaced back out. I am not sure why they didn't have pictures of my teeth from my old retainers but I can't even get work done on my teeth until I get my spaces closed AGAIN which they allowed to return. If you are recommended here I would run and never look back.

Edited my 1 star review. Regional Manager called and explained why locations could not be changed due to my daughter being in phase one. If this was explained to me a year ago when we asked to move locations I would have understood. Office communication seems to be an issue with the scheduling. But I was made feel confident that this issue was brought to light and will be addressed with this office for better communications in the future. As for the Regional Manager- Absolutely stellar response and conversation we had about my concerns.

I just got my braces last week and every one I interacted with at this office was amazing. The dental assistant was very sweet and thorough. She explained every thing step by step as she was putting my braces on. She answered any questions I had. Dr. Worthington is great. He was also very thorough and explained everything, he made sure I was comfortable with the process from my consultation to getting my braces on. I would definitely recommend this office!

My daughter was referred to my Orthodontist November 2020. she has yet to be seen as they keep canceling her appointments and rescheduling them for 3 to 4 months down the line since she is a Medicaid recipient. However, I found a great local dentist named Dr. King and he was willing to do my daughter's braces at an affordable price (since it's not covered by Medicaid).
I am very disappointed in my orthodontist. I felt discriminated against and felt so much anguish for the I'm sure plenty of Medicaid children who are pushed off by this dentist office. What a disgrace, if you don't want to serve the Medicaid community, don't accept the plan! Simple.

This was me.and my son's first experience with him getting braces so every thing was new to us. The Happy Tooth has been helpful with guiding us through my son's full treatment plan, breaking down each appt and what all it will involve. Explaining the different options I had for payment. The orthodontist are all very nice and professional. Helping and teaching my son the proper ways to care for his braces. My son will be getting his braces removed soon but overall our experience has been great! We are very pleased with the service offered.

Overall a good place. This is my second of four children to come here for braces. Sometimes the appointment times take longer than expected but that happens. I'm definitely not a fan of the invisalign retainer after braces come off. Would much rather have the old school wired retainer. But overall the staff and service are wonderful! Very nice place to go.

I had a wonderful root canal experience! Even the numbing experience was great! I was shocked when they said it's done! In less than an hour, I was on my way. They took X-rays afterwards to show and explain what had been done. This was a first! They were very efficient and gave me written care instructions so I'd know what to do. I highly recommend them!

I would never recommend Happy Tooth Orthdontics. Bad customer service and very little professionalism. Braces treatment should not be interrupted for 2 months because of staff's lack of professionalism. Molds must be taken properly the first time, in the last 6 months, they've redone molds 4 times. And braces, Invasalign, should be delivered in a timely manner.
I started paying two months before I even got braces, and I am now paying for two months of not being able to wear braces since the molds just fell out of my mouth. Ridiculous. Just because you make patients sign a contract stating that the whole treatment costs so and so no matter how long it takes does not give you the option to make continuous errors. People don't pay thousands of dollars for such terrible service.

Worst service ever my 14 year old son broken retainer took over 3 visits to fix on the 4th visit to pick up I was told it would be okay to have my father pick it up so the next day when I went to pick it up to keep my sun from missing any more school I went alone and was not able to pick it up the same woman that told me it would be okay was now telling me that I had to have him with me I express the fact that it was called me to miss too much work but they would still not help what makes things worse I called from 12 o'clock to 2:28 with absolutely no answer at 2:30 I finally got the dentistry side had to be transferred was transferred to answer machine when finally I received a call from them. hear me w hen I say worst service ever

I have Invisalign (invisible braces), and being that I'm from Virginia, I can't run home to my doctor every time something goes wrong. Dr. Moray is a professional, efficient orthodontist that knows exactly what he is doing. He had no problem fitting me in his schedule despite him not being my primary care dentist. I never had to wait in the lobby, as his staff schedules his appointments far enough apart to leave some cushion room. I recommend him for first time consultation, especially if considering Invisalign.
