New Baltimore Family Dentistry

The staff was VERY Professional, but the actual dentist was an A-Hole! He doesn't know how to talk to people! He doesn't listen to anything you're saying, because he feels as if he knows EVERYTHING because he's been doing this for 40yrs! Well I've had my teeth well over 40yrs, so I should have some knowledge as what's going on in my mouth! This was my first and LAST visit.

We had to cancel and reschedule last minute because of a very important meeting. The dentist had the audacity to call me back and scold me for something out of my control and proceed to hang up on me! Absolutely unbelievable and unprofessional.

The staff is nice but the dentist himself is like a egomaniac, he was very very rude and passive aggressive. he said it was my fault he missed his lunch even though i had a 12:00 appointment and he didn't even walk into the room till 1:00. i sat there for a hour but it was my fault i guess loll. save yourself the time and find a different dentist!

Very clean, organized, & friendly. Front staff lyric & sandy were very kind & took time to go over all options. There is great communication with everyone! The dentist dr ali is efficient with his time management & you never feel rushed. The dentist puts in the extra effort by explaing and educating his patients while working, making great use of the time he has set aside for each appointment. Pain free dental work that has you always walking away with a better smile.

I absolutely love this Dentist office. The entire staff is professional, easy to speak to, and very informative. The office itself is always clean, well-kept, and welcoming. Sandy always has a warm welcoming smile! I have been a patient here for the better part of my life - roughly 19 years. Even when I relocated out-of-state for work, I made a trip every 6-months to visit Dr. Ali and his team.

More recently, my insurance was not accepted by the office, so I paid out-of-pocket to continue utilizing their services. Melissa has always been my hygienist and I just love her. These are the only people I trust with my dental needs. I sincerely appreciate the dedication and professionalism of the entire office. I would easily and highly recommend New Baltimore Family Dentistry for the entire family.

The New Baltimore Family Dentistry is the best place I've been to. Sandy at the front desk is one of my favorite people there. Everybody is so friendly, they have a smile when you walk in the door and always try to spark a conversation and keep you comfortable.

Dr. Ali is a fabulous dentist. I have been going to him for many years. His work is par excellence. Now, my husband, four kids and myself go to Dr. Ali's clinic. We recently had a front tooth injury with my daughter. The bottom half broke off completely. Dr. Ali immediately took us in, and treated my daughter. He repaired it beautifully. No one could ever tell that there was an injury.

His office staff is always a pleasure to see and converse with. Everyone is kind and respectful. To top it off, he is now in a state of the art facility. It's spacious with high ceilings. It's simply amazing. If you want the best dental care, I recommend New Baltimore Family Dentistry.

Let me just say they're all AWESOME in my book! We all know having any dental work done can be expensive but Dr. Ali is CHEAPER by far (don't believe me check ) he is very good at his job. I'll refer Dr. Ali anytime he gave me my confidence back! Plus, Sandy is amazing & always puts a smile on my face his staff is first class! He's our dentist now!

Let me start off by saying the staff and Hygienists are awesome! Dr. Ali however doesn't have a good bedside manner when it comes to children. While pulling my son's baby tooth that was causing him pain because of an abscess.my son begin to cry as children do(not loud or out of control) Dr. Ali paced back and forth leaving out of the room visibly frustrated and Dr. Ali's response was " you can stop crying or get out of here"? He apologized afterwards. But the damage was already done. Definitely left a bad impression on my (son) and family!

The Dentist and staff are all very friendly and knowledgable. They are a great team. Dr. Ali will make sure things are 100% correct, not taking any short cuts. We've been satisfied patients for 10 years. Trusted my then 4yr old with them, my other son has a "prom king" smile after braces, and I personally have trusted the dental team with my own implants, crowns, etc.
