Have gotten my braces off recently and I am so glad I went with Hannapel. Everyone has been so friendly and accommodating. They worked with me with a payment plan and have been great!

We have been so impressed with our ortho care with Dr. Hannapel and Dr. Pellillo. They have always made it easy to get appointments right away when something goes wrong and are up front and honest about our different options. The staff are super friendly and are good at explaining what they are doing so the kids are comfortable with their care. Highly recommend!

We've had great experiences at Dr. Hannapel and Dr. Pellillo. The staff is always friendly and smiling. The atmosphere of the office is very positive. Dr. Eric and Dr. Sunny are both fantastic. They have seen three out of our four children so far and I can't say enough good things about them. This office gives back to our community. You will notice their name on the jerseys of Caledonia little league baseball & softball teams, TASC Soccer Club, and several others. They are currently doing a blanket drive for Helen DeVos Children's Hospital. I highly recommend Hannapel Pellillo orthodontics!

Hannapel Pellillo Orthodontics has been amazing. I went to them for my braces 12 years ago and remember it being a fun and inviting environment. recently returned to have my retainer replaced and the atmosphere was just as amazing as I remembered. The staff there are so helpful and friendly, creating a wonderful space for clients. I left feeling confident and informed as the staff clearly communicated and effectively answered all my questions.

Hannapel Pellillo Ortho is wonderful! They are kind, gentle, informative, patient and professional. We have had an incredible experience from start to finish. I mean, expanders and braces aren't fun, but they make it as fun as it can be with prizes and celebrating when the braces come off. The energy and friendliness of the doctors is contagious and flows out to the rest of the staff and patients. Thanks for making this experience the best it can be!

I love this place & their employees are always kind. Whenever I have had an issue they are always helpful to resolve it. Not only that I was born without two of my teeth & they made my experience great. I've had many compliments on my teeth since their team has worked magic. They now share my photos with others who had a similar thing. Even with spacing out my teeth they got me my flipper relatively fast so I didn't have to walk around with spaces.

Dr. Hannapel did my beautiful smile as a kid and now he has done my child's. Ainslie got her braces just before the Covid shut down and the office did a great job working through it and working through concerns due to shut down. The office is wonderful! Ainslie also has a lot of anxiety when it comes to her mouth and they had so much patience with her! Always recommend them!

I've finally completed my journey at Hannapel Pellillo Orthodontics after 8+ years. After they caught a rogue tooth in my chin, on went the braces, and then came my beautiful, non-chin teeth! I felt like I was in the right hands the entire time, and the results were fantastic. Great office! They have their scheduling down. Appointments are in time and you always feel like they are never rushing through your concerns or questions. The staff is great with kids and strives to ensure the best outcome for your dental needs. Highly recommend!

Great space for families that need braces or Orthodontist care. At Hannapel Pellillo Orthodontics the staff has been knowledgeable about all our needs. The reception is very helpful with rescheduling, information regarding treatment, and payment. If you don't have insurance or minimal coverage they have a monthly payment plan that fits an individuals financial needs. Hannapel has been practicing for 25 years!

Staff is trained, qualified, and properly licensed and certified. Shoutout to giving back to community! Hannapel also teaches at the University of michigan, volunteers to help children with cleft palate, and Hannapel/Pellillo sponsor girls/boys softball, baseball, and soccer in the community. I feel very confident that my family will get the proper treatment and a forever smile to improve confidence and self-esteem! Ohhh. and can't forget music played here is great! First experience was great! But when it came around to a second round a few years later, we had a terrible experience. My family came around some financial issues. Instead of working with us, the office decided to cancel appointments without notice. We reached out multiple times to understand and try to make amends but we felt ignored and unworthy of their services.

It was mainly the office workers that were ignorant and rude. Every time we called we would get no awnser or that the lady we had to talk to is on vacation. But on a positive note, I was never treated harshly by an orthodontist assistant or Hannapel. The service workers know what they are doing and they will provide a great service to fix your teeth issues.

By far the best orthodontist and staff in greater Grand Rapids area. A great experience for an old guy like me!

When we heard from our dentist that we needed to see an orthodontist regarding our son's teeth, we were unsure of what the typical steps in treatment were. Thank goodness they referred us over to Dr. Hannapel! Our original consult was very detailed and gave us an excellent idea of what the treatment plan was going to be. Instead of jumping in and getting started right away, he actually had us hold off for a bit until a few more baby teeth fell out and a few more adult teeth moved into place.

It was almost a year later before the expander went in and treatment began. My son never complains about going to his visits. The entire office is kid friendly and offers them independence. They are responsible for checking themselves in, brushing their teeth and being ready for their appointment. The staff is always friendly and willing to do that little bit extra to put a kid at ease. Dr. Hannapel makes braces cool and all the kids at school know who he is.

He talks to the kids on their level and in their language : What other Dr calls my son "Dude" or talks to him about Bakugans? From the adult side of things I appreciate flexible payment plans, the online account to view account balances, appointments, x-rays, etc. Thank you for the wonderful coffee and wi-fi during my son's appointments!
