The way I was treated today by Dr. Rigby and his team, more specifically Rosemarie is nothing less than absolute perfection. This was just one visit and I left with complete excitement for the next! Thank you very very much!

I have been to Dr. Rigby's office for a consultation for a big procure and they were all friendly, warm and comforting. I have anxiety problems in general however, it's EXTREMELY bad with dentistry. I know it may sound silly to most people but maybe this will help those with anxiety, especially with dentistry. I had 2 fillings done (again I know how simple this is, but not for everyone.) This was the most painless dentistry work I've ever had done.

I didn't even feel the pressure of the novicane shot. I am by no means afraid of pain, however, I've had extremely horrible experiences in the past with dentists but EVERYONE in this office was very understanding, patient and claiming. I couldn't be happier with them.

Great staff as always! The professionals there make sure you're comfortable. They are gentle with the cleaning and checkup. Dr. Rigby is very knowledgeable and looks for the least invasive way to treat issues.

Dr. Rigby and staff are top notch. Have been a patient for over ten years and have had many dental issues addressed over the years without a complaint. Everyone in the office is helpful and positive. Dr. Rigby is very methodical and will not say a procedure is complete until it meets his satisfaction. Roseann follows his footsteps, with her cleaning and exam. Modern imaging equipment enhances their ability to address any potential hidden issues. Highly recommend!

So happy I found Dr Rigby - great experience my first visit. Extremely pleased with the great job of cleaning that Rosemary, my dental hygienist, did for me -- I'd gotten a little behind in my cleanings. Very looking forward to coming here and glad I found a place I could trust.

A Dentist that actually cares. Dr. Rigby is knowledgeable and current with technology. He is the first dentist in my 47 years experience that fills a cavity for me without barely feeling a thing. He listens, explains the treatment plan and actually has your best interest in mind. The entire staff are super friendly, make you feel comfortable, go above and beyond to accommodate your schedule and make you feel like part of the family from day one when I walked into this office many years ago. Roe (hygienist) is awesome. She does the best cleanings. My teeth feel amazing when I leave her chair. Dr. Rigby and his team are top-notch! I highly recommend them!

I could not wait to get home and write this review. I broke a molar, and panicked, because I had not been to a dentist in DECADES, and has developed quite a phobia. Everyone in Dr. Rigby's office was just beyond spectacular in allaying my fears and ensuring that I had a positive experience. Who knew going to the dentist could be an actual pleasure! Everyone, from reception to billing to hygienist to Dr. Rigby made me so glad that I selected this practice. Remarkably, I don't need a ton of work, but please, don't be like me and put off going to see the dentist, especially if it is Dr. Rigby. They say the mouth is the gateway to the health of the rest of the body. I fully expect to live to 100 now, and they have a patient for life!

I would highly recommend Dr. Rigby to anyone looking for a dentist. The entire staff is welcoming and makes you feel like family. I always get professional service where what they are doing and would recommend is explained to me. I know I am in capable hands every time I visit.

I have not seen a dentist in 9 years. My mother had full dentures by the time she was 40 and I was terrified of the same. Sandy at the front desk from the moment she called me for the appt was absolutely amazing and my anxiety began to dwindle. Dr Rigby spoke to me like a human and made me feel comfortable talking about my fears and development of a plan moving forward.

I walked into the office terrified full of anxiety and left feeling hopeful and somewhat relieved that I am now on a journey to fixing my dental health. If your afraid this is the place to go!

In 40 yrs of going to a dentist I have nvr felt more at ease than I did at my emergency appt with Dr. Rigby today. He was caring, considerate & understanding, BONUS he does excellent work! 1st time I'm gonna say I am glad I went to dentist today I would like to add Linda was amazing woman to handle my appt & greet me & even care for my granddaughter while I was in appt I always appreciate actual caring team & Dr. Rigby has certainly accomplished that as well.

Dr. Rigby was excellent! I was greeted by a very friendly and attentive staff on arrival. I had a routine exam and cleaning which were both very thorough - advanced tools and comfortable, up-to-date setting. Dr. Rigby walked me through my X-rays and talked through what would need to be done. The hygienist had already shown me some problem spots in my X-rays and talked me through some general hygiene to prevent further damage (I need to floss more!) I didn't feel rushed here at all as all of my questions were answered. I needed a few cavities filled, and they were able to get me in the same week. Really great experience.

I went for my first visit with Dr. Rigby this week and I have nothing but great things to say! Dr Rigby was the calming presence I needed with my longstanding anxiety with going to the dentist! He was thorough, friendly, and patient with me. The staff members were also incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I can't say enough about Dr Rigby- I have been goin to him for over 20 yrs! That says a lot about trusting someone! He has always made me feel so comfortable and any concerns I had, he always helped put me at ease! He is so honest and trusting, and because of him I am able to smile with confidence! His staff is wonderful and have squeezed me in if I ever needed to be seen! I give him 10 stars
