Each of the offices is fully equipped to handle any and all orthodontic procedures we provide. This includes an Itero Scanner, Invisalign Teen, Invisalign, AcceleDent, TMJ Treatment, and more!

Our staff is delighted to be a part of Drs. Isaacsons' team. Drs. Isaacson have truly found the best individuals to assist in providing superior orthodontic care for their patients. Our staff works seamlessly because there is a genuine care for each other and their patients. Many of our devoted staff members have been with us for over 15 years and several of them speak a second language such as Spanish, Italian, and Filipino. I have been working with Drs. Isaacson since 1980, in West Long Branch and Matawan and am the first person to greet you when you come to the office.

The entire staff is absolutely amazing. Nicest people ever. So warm. And gentle. Dr Isaacson is an absolute gem. His approach with my 11 year old son being nervous for braces was so pleasant. He eased any and all anxieties. He's so gentle and has a killer sense of humor. I see now why everyone recommended him. We are so grateful! The best. The woman who did his palate expander was also an absolute doll. So gentle. So calming. The entire office is the most friendly and warm environment I've ever seen in a doctors office.

I came here as child/teenager, and now am back as an adult (I stopped wearing my retainers years ago). Dr Rick and his team are great. My parents always found them to be fair, thorough, and professional, and I could not agree more. After being away for 20 years, returning was a very seamless and anxiety-free process. I was a patient of the Middletown office when I was younger, and now utilize the West Long Branch office. As I no longer live in the area, it is an hour and 20 minutes drive that is well worth the trip. I am looking forward to my new (again) smile

Dr. Isaacson was thorough in explaining what was best for my son's teeth and both he and his staff were extremely nice! Appointment started on time and office was clean and followed covid safety protocols. I highly recommend them for any of your orthodontic needs and am happy to have my son in their care!

We absolutely love everyone at Isaacson Orthodontics. Dr. Rick was very friendly and funny and that absolutely made my 9 year old comfortable in the beginning process of her orthodontic treatment. She was actually very excited about getting the expander and had absolutely no fear. Now that she has it she has had no complaints and is very comfortable with it. Thanks for being so nice and taking great care of my little girl.

Unbelievable orthodontists! My father, a dentist for nearly 50 years, had never seen a mouth as horrendous as my son's. Dr. Rick was like a magician! He solved a very perplexing and complicated case with expertise, a well-thought out plan of action and amazingly, no extractions. The end result is extraordinary! My son's teeth look fantastic. The excellent communication, kindness, warmth and professionalism of not only Dr. Rick but also Dr. Jimmy and the entire staff make for a pleasant experience with every visit or phone call. We couldn't recommend them more highly!
