I have quite extensive work needing done on my teeth but they did a very thorough job. They were professional and very nice. They even fit me in for a cleaning after my consultation with dentist. I will continue to go to Verber family dentistry because of how well I was treated. Dr. Amin was awesome! Thanks everyone!

I appreciate that Verber Family Dentistry took the time to fit me in today even though the schedule was full. Dr. Search is always very warm and friendly, he listens to what your saying and always does his best to answer your questions and concerns. The staff is very friendly and the office is always clean and bright. My family and I have been going for years.

I have been a patient of this practice for a few years now, and simply put they are all amazing! Recently I had an emergency with a cracked tooth and they were so gracious and accommodating. Got an appointment the same day and they also took the time to put a temporary crown on for me as well! Anyone who needs a friendly and accommodating family dentist, look now further than Verber Family Dentistry!

I always receive superb service when going to Verber Family Dentistry (5 year patient). Staff members are always smiling and attentive. No judgment passed on those pesky, difficult areas; but total understanding from hygienists and dentist. I did miss a year due to Covid and they were still so extremely helpful and super nice. They are also kid-friendly. My daughter (11) is a patient and hasn't complained about any of her visits. No issues getting her to go.

They were awesome and always are with my kids. My 11 year old son is autistic and has trouble with his cleanings. Every hygienist has been so patient and understanding. The dentists are all informative and helpful. Love this place.

I was recommended to Verber by one of their hygienists. It was my first time there and both hygienist and dentist were nice and gentle with my sensitive teeth. I'm not sure of the pricing, but it's hard to find good dental work for a cheap price I guess. If you don't have your own dental insurance they offer their own as well and I'd say it's priced pretty decent. $245 for the HH and you can add additional members.

This includes 2 cleanings and fluoride treatments, 1 x-ray a year, and some type of special x-ray at 3 years. Child plans are also available. So far this has been a good place to go. I think they may have given me TMJ though, so just watch how long your mouth stays open.

We have been going to Verber for a couple years and everyone in that office that I have interacted with has been so nice and friendly. The hygienists and dentist I had always take the extra time to answer questions. When we were getting our first child ready for their first visit they encouraged us to bring them along to our visits to help make it less scary. 100% recommend Verber and their new pediatric office!

This was my first time at this dentistry, and I can absolutely say I was comfortable. I have bad anxiety at the dentist, and Ashley the dental hygienist for my cleaning was hands down the best. She took her time and gave her advice. As for Dr. Search he took his time explaining things, as well as suggesting and asking what I want to see in the future for my teeth.

I hope the rest of my appointments are like my appointment day; because to be honest I've never liked a dentist office until today. I look forward to getting where I want to be.

My experience with Dr. Hanna and Adrienne was excellent. Adrienne spent well over an hour working on my teeth to make sure they looked just right and felt comfortable. She was very patient and gentle. Dr. Hanna also provided me with top notch care and discussed with me with several options for my situation. I can recommend them both very highly.

Dr. Hanner did a great job on my crown prep. Minimal torture and an excellent dentist. Andrea, (I hope I'm getting the spelling right), her assistant really good. The entire staff was friendly and eager to help with everything from check in to check out. I just started going here and everything was quite impressive from start to finish. I heard they have a good lab and the best lab technicians around too! Follow up was equally good. Crown was placed with minimal discomfort. It seems to fit well. Overall A very good dental experience.

Top notch professional staff, innovative technology, great approach to patient care. Consistently have a great experience at Verber, most recently with Dr. Search and Jessie. Shout out to all the dental hygienists who genuinely love working here because they are treated as valued members of the team. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Would not recommend Verber Family Dentistry or ANY of it's sister companies

After going to the same dentist for my whole life, I was very nervous to find a new one when I moved to PA. I've been to Verber 3 times now and have had great experiences, especially because Cindy, the hygienist, is so amazing! She is so nice and gentle and truly made my cleanings an almost enjoyable experience.

Thank you to Dr. Hanner and Ms. Liska for my dental care related to teeth misalignment. They took the time to educate me on several ways to manage my difficulty without pushing the most expensive solution. Their knowledge, skills, and chairside manner made a difficult situation pleasant with excellent results. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Dr. Alfano and Rachel did a fantastic job on my teeth. Even at the end of the day when I was one of their last people to see they took the time to explain what they would be doing and make sure I was comfortable. I receive great care at this practice and highly recommend them.

I started going to see Dr Hanner and her staff about 10 years ago (prior to her being married!). I have had extensive dental issues, due to a medical condition. She has been absolutely amazing! Always caring and takes the time to hear what you have to say, truly cares. Her staff has always been amazing but I have to give a shout out to Jodi! She is just as amazing! Dr Hanner's whole team is amazing!

I have seen other Dr's while she was not in the office and they are wonderful also! My whole family now goes to Verber. I wish I could give more than 5 stars because they deserve it!

These five stars belong to Jody at the Verber Family Dentistry. Somehow, she arranged to have my gray front tooth replaced with one that matched my other teeth beautifully. I had mentioned on my previous visits that I am unhappy with my gray front tooth, but was ignored until I mentioned it to Jody. That's when everything changed. She did all the work.

She went to a lot of trouble finding the right shade for my tooth. So, today I left the Verber office a very happy patient. Jody is not only very smart and friendly but a highly capable dental assistant. (Proper title?) I also would like to mention that all the ladies at the front desk are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Thank you, Tina Hamilton

I haven't been to the dentist since I was a teenager after a traumatic dental experience. Finally an infection forced me to go, and I chose Verber because they were able to get me in within an HOUR. I was immediately greeted with friendly staff and a breathtaking view of the river and the mountains. An extremely nice and understanding woman took me back to another room with a gorgeous view.

She was very calm and patient with me. Finally Dr. Search came in and explained in ways I could understand what my care plan was. I cried a lot because I was so scared, but he seemed like he was educated exactly on how to comfort and talk to patients with anxiety. I was out of there quickly with a referral to a great oral surgeon, and at the end I was even excited to schedule a cleaning 6 months from now. For someone with anxiety about the dentist, this is the place to go.

In the beginning was very happy with cleanings and the dentist. I explained needing to replace broken cap on tooth next to my front one. She explained it would be best to replace the front cap also so they would "match". They screwed up the color three times. Dentist went out on maternity and I was placed with another dentist there. This being my front tooth- it's kind of important to have it match.

They were literally going to take the cap off again before I was able to speak to the actual person who was making it and I refused. When the woman from lab came in I asked if she was confident she could fix the issue and she said she was NOT. I do appreciate her honesty however the dentist then said "well sometimes these things happen". While I was refunded what I paid it doesn't change the fact I can never smile showing my teeth as a result of their neglect. I reached out to Michael Verber and never received any response which speaks volumes to me.

I've seen many many dentists and dental professionals in my 40 plus years of living and I have never quite had an experience like the one I had at Verber Dental the other day. My husband and I are fairly new to the area and after searching through a ton of dentists on google and reading a ton of reviews for each, we eventually chose Verber and I'm so happy we did.

From the facility, the staff, the equipment, the dentist.the entire experience was superb. Everyone was warm and welcoming. professional yet still very personable. The dentist, Dr. Search and assistant Cinda (sp) were both extremely friendly and explained everything they'd be doing beforehand. There were no surprises whatsoever about the treatment needed, what they could offer, my coverage and out of pocket expenses etc. Did i mention the view? Oh my God.breathtaking!

If you're looking for a relationship oriented dental practice, THIS IS THE ONE!

My entire family has now been patients at Verber for several years. We have worked with several dentists, hygienists, and front desk staff with no complaint. Our cleanings are quick and seamless, and when we have needed more work done, they have provided detailed information on what is happening. I have been shown X-rays, and given feedback on how to better support my children's experiences there as well.

My five year old son had two small cavities filled today and the Dentist and Hygienist both treated him with respect (and praise) when he did an amazing job at sitting still. I have recommended people to come to their office BECAUSE of the top notch experience I have had EVERY time we have gone! A+

This is a update.after posting my review I was contacted by phone and we had a good discussion. I thought I might have been too critical. However after the phone call the very next day by the same person I was not, if anything I was to nice. My opinion of lawyers moved from the bottom feeders being replaced. Remember everything is great in the beginning.ask around.talk to many co workers and friends I have lately. wish I did earlier. Dont believe everything posted on line one way or another. Update.just so people know what it costs, both financially and time to have an entire implant denture placed after insurance 9500.00 dollars and one yr of your time.

Now you won't be without teeth however you have to keep going back for fitting and to make sure they are healing properly. So be very careful who you pick as a dentist to begin with, any misgivings change immediately I wish I had.

I recently changed my dental provider to Verber Family Dentistry. I wish my family switched sooner. The office is very welcoming and clean. Dr. Search is excellent and the entire staff is wonderful. All my appointments have been on schedule. No waiting! I recently had an implant/crown procedure. Dr. Fullem (Fullem Periodontics & Dental Implants) did the implant and Dr.

Search did the crown. Several months later, no issues and minimal discomfort during the entire process. I am so pleased with my experience. I highly recommend Dr. Search and Verber Dentistry.

I have been searching for over a year for an outstanding, customer service oriented family dentist. I had to travel all the way from Carlisle to find them. Dr. Katelyn Hanner and her staff came VERY highly recommended and now I see why. From the moment that I walked in the door until the moment I walked out, every single staff member was an extraordinary example of extravagant hospitality. Claudette performed the most thorough cleaning and inspection that I have ever experienced. Dr. Hanner took the time to explain everything she saw and did not try to oversell unnecessary services. What a breath of fresh air! I cen easily see why Dr. Katelyn Hanner and her staff have the highest Customer Experience Rating of any Dentist on the West Shore.

Went to this office for about a year. After last visit I got a bill. I called to inquire and was told that they no longer accept my insurance and pay up now or you will be sent to collections. When I was there I was asked if there were any changes in my insurance and I told them there were not. It was their office staff's error and my complaints were ignored. Not cool.

I love this practice. Wonderful staff, ethical practice, modern office with amazing views. Staff know how to have fun while maintaining a professional atmosphere. Very attentive to needs and sensitive to patients with dental anxiety.

If I could give Verber 0 stars, I would. I went there for the past 2-years for routine dental work. Every visit was worse than the last probably because they try to treat as many people, as quick as possible, providing a horrendous quality of service to each patron. Recently, I had a cavity filled there. They mistakenly hit a nerve which resulted in two more visits, constant pain, and no relief.

The constant issue created an infection and I thought it best I take my business to another local dentist since they couldn't fix their mistake. In one visit, at the another Camp Hill dentist, I was back to normal. While their facility is beautiful, their quality of service is disgusting. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Beware!

I bring my kids here - large, clean waiting room. Check-in/check-out desk is also fairly large and several people are there to help you. The building was renovated a few years ago, and the views from the building are spectacular! Definitely will take your mind off the drilling and poking that may occur in your appointment. All the staff are very pleasant and cheerful - my kids love the place. Dr. Kim Alfano is excellent! Only ding is that the parking lot is very tight.

I hate trying to find a dentist after we move. This was easy: Yelp showed me Verber as a popular dentist, My family and I tried them, and they are awesome! None of us felt like they were trying to sell us procedures. Front desk, hygienists, dentists were all friendly and professional. And KIND.

Forced you for dental work that's not necessary. Confirmed by other two doctors that the treatment plan Verber dental pressured me to do was absolutely unnecessary. It is a profit oriented practice not patients best interest focused. Find a HONEST dentist elsewhere.

I don't know of many people who enjoy going to the dentist. It's certainly not on my short list of favorite things to do! I've been to Verber several times in the past year. A couple of times for simple cleanings, and other times for extensive work. Every time I leave I get that "I'm so glad I got it over with" feeling. The building is state of the art, but much more importantly, the people I have dealt with are very friendly.

The front desk staff is super nice and helpful in finding appointments that fit my hectic schedule. Some of the work I had done was not covered by my insurance, but Verber worked with me to come up with a payment plan I could afford. And they didn't make me feel like a loser about it! As long as I live in Central PA, I will choose Verber for all of my dental needs.

The practice came highly recommended but since December 2014 it has been one issue after another. My teeth have not felt right since the doctor worked on my teeth. I had a ton of fillings, my last dentist said I had 6 cavities and they filled 11? Then I had to get a root canal and the whole time they kept pushing more dental work on me. I finally caved because I felt like they were holding my crown hostage.

I had a temporary tooth in for 3 months! They spoke that this 'procedure' was gonna cure all my Problems: sensitivity, jaw pain, head aches, etc. (think essential oil claims :/ ) It's been weeks since they finally finished and I see no improvement. Now the mouth feels totally foreign to me and what they did completely changed my smile.

I loved my smile! It has cost me thousands of dollars and so much of my time! The dentist pushed and pushed until I agreed to the work and once he was doing it back pedaled on what he promised. Probably because I was having more problems then when I started :( I'm giving 2 stars because I really like the women that work there. The front office staff and hygienists are wonderful.

Verber Family Dentistry is a great practice for adults and for families. They treat you with care and provide personalized service. The doctors take the time to listen to your concerns and develop treatment plan for your unique needs. The office staff are friendly and helpful. I've tried other dentists and came back to this practice for the high level of quality and care that my family and I receive.

Staff is accommodating and professional each and every second I have been there.which has been many times. Amy at the Front Desk is always polite & friendly. Melinda is usually my hygienist, and is super sweet. And of course, Dr. Verber is patient, thorough, and doesn't rush through your visit to get to the next client. I'm a client forever;

I wish I could say that I love going to the dentist, but I don't. However, I don't think I would feel as comfortable as I do going anywhere else except Verber Family Dentistry. I have been going there as long as I've had teeth and have always had a positive experience. I love their use of technology and the beautiful renovation they just did.

You feel like you're at a spa! I also appreciate that they appreciate my time. My appointments are always on time and they are extremely efficient. I know with the investment they've made in the technology they have that I am getting top notch dental care. I would never ever go to another dentist.

I have only wonderful praises for Verber Family Dentistry. From the wonderful, smiling faces at the front desk to the confidence I have in the dentists themselves. I have two children, both of whom find going to the dentist a completely comfortable occasion. I love that the staff explains everything to them and involves them directly in their own care.

I myself grew up not enjoying the dental chair so this practice has been a delight to experience. They are up to date with technology and understand patient care. I highly recommend!

My family has been going to Dr. Verber for years. I can not say enough great things about this practice. The staff is extremely helpful and professional. I have two small children who have zero fear while in the chair. The doctors along with the staff make them feel safe and at ease. I also have had severe TMJ and Dr. Verber was the only dentist to really help me.! Great place
