I absolutely LOVE this place! From the staff to the dentist assistant and the dentist himself they are all sooo nice and helpful! I take three kids under 10 and you would think I dread this appointment every 6 months but we all actually look forward to it! So happy we found this place a few years ago :

Dr. G and his staff are awesome! My daughters feel very comfortable with him and trust him. We have been very pleased for many years!

My large family has been coming here for over 30 years, including my 2 special needs children. Dr. Gagliardi is the most awesomely capable children's dentist ever. We tried others before, we've stayed here and now our grandchildren come here.

Today was my 21-month-old son's first visit to the dentist and I am beyond grateful that we chose Children First. From the very first phone call I made to schedule the appointment to the time we walked out the door today, we experienced nothing but kindness and patience. Our hygienist, whose name I didn't get but has a blonde, bob-type hair cut, was so sweet and didn't mind that my son was touching everything and being his toddler self.

She explained all that we needed to know succinctly, but in a way that was respectful. Dr. Gagliardi was so awesome with my son, who handed him a favorite book and he took the time to read it to him! What doctor takes the time and interest in kids like this?! He didn't seem like we were inconveniencing him or holding him up from other patients, which is also so rare.

The hygienist and doc also asked me questions about my son's birth, as he was born at 24 weeks, and listened while I answered. Again, we never felt rushed or like we were a bother. It is so refreshing to work with a medical practitioner's office that is not only fantastic at what they do, but really care about the patients and their families as well! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Absolutely the most comforting experience for my 4yr old and me as her mother. We just moved into the area and after reading excellent reviews, I knew this was the place for my children. The team is beyond wonderful and knowledgeable. They take their time to go through everything and Dr. G had my daughter giggling and feeling calm during her exam.

I look forward to bringing my other kids for their first appointments and feel like I've found their forever dentist! Thank you so much for such an incredible and enjoyable experience!

Dr. Gagliardi and his staff are AMAZING with my boys! My son was terrified of going to the his previous dentist and it always ended in tears. Switched to Childrens First and now he loves going! The staff os great with scheduling also! Very helpful!

I brought my daughter in today, she was a little scared (mainly of all the PPE they wear), but Dr. G and his staff were awesome! He explained everything to her before he did it, and made sure she was comfortable. Great practice, great staff. I highly recommend Children First Dental

We were looking for a new dentist for the past year and Dr. Gagliardi's practice was recommended. I have a teen with special needs, who is fearful from past dental experiences, and they were compassionate, gentle, thorough.just wonderful! From the intake, reception, hygienist to Dr. Gagliardi's check up.amazing with my son. So thankful we found them!

Love this dentist! I started going to him after I needed a second opinion and was impressed with his honesty. I'm glad I went because I saved my daughter from having to get a cavity that didn't exist filled. Everyone there is very friendly and welcoming. Thrilled that I made the change!

I absolutely love Dr. G and the whole staff! They have been nothing short of amazing since my son's first visit. I struggled to find a dentist that I was truly happy with for my son and I'm paying out of pocket so it made it that much harder. I wanted to make sure he was getting the best possible care and I have not been disappointed. They seem to truly care about their patients and are very knowledgeable. They are very clear and informative about my son's dental needs. I drive an hour to get there, but it's definitely worth it!

Dr G and his staff are by far the BEST! They do a wonderful job of explaining and making everyone feel comfortable! The office is perfect, so clean and a great play area in the waiting room. The "prize door" is so generous. Great experience and highly recommend!

My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Gagliardi's for over nine years now. He is definitely hands down the best pediatric dentist around. From his dental knowledge, to his calm personality, he makes every appointment amazing for her. His staff are one in a million!

Dr. G took great care of my 15 month old today! Everyone in the office was very kind. They made a positive experience out of something that can be very unpleasant for a toddler. Highly recommend!

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but this office is fabulous. My two children have been going here since they were toddlers and Dr. Gagliardi has always taken great care of them - including honest and pragmatic feedback to my sometimes worrisome questions. I tried switching dentists when we moved farther away, but wound up coming immediately back despite the extra drive time. Extra bonus is that the staff are great too. e-receipts and prompt replies to email go a long way compared to other dentists that are in the IT dark ages. Five stars.
