Great place!.if you want to wait 15-20 minutes in the parking lot when you show up on time. DO NOT ENTER without calling-that's their set up which is fine during these times-but they can't seem to pick up their phone either. As I was told "I am only one person".pretty sad excuse considering there is a hold button to get back and forth between patients-15 minutes worth of calling there's gotta be some space in there or at least call back the number that's been repeatedly on your caller ID.
Basic customer service. It's not a huge practice I doubt they have 10 lines running. It's a shame really, considering they're the only dentists my son has ever seen who is 14 now. So, if you wanna be treated like you owe someone something, be spoken to with an attitude, and feel lucky to get an appointment that goes nowhere fast, you're at the right spot. Why the 5 star review?.they need all the help they can get. Loyalty goes nowhere here.
