Dr. T did an amazing job removing my wisdom teeth I was comfortable I would do it again. After I also didn't have pain and swelling wasn't bad. I've been going here since I was 2. I got my braces here and overall I love it. The staff are also amazing and so nice.

I am very happy with my experiences here at The Smile Center. The staff is very nice and professional. Dr Theobald is amazing he took care of my root canal and my crown. He always checked in to see if I was okay and answered all my questions. The assistants are also great they were careful and made sure I was comfortable as well. Thank you guys so much for making my pain go away, and for making me feel great! I will continue to keep coming and tell everyone how great they are.

My husband decided to seek care from this facility as it's close to our home and they state they're military friendly. We should have looked up the reviews before doing so. He received an exam and was told they'd contact him to let him know the total cost, 3 months went by and he had yet to receive a call. He called them back and they said they'd contact him later on as it seems they forgot to contact his insurance company.

Let me add that this was prior to COVID. After COVID they stated they'd contact people to schedule new appointments, I happen to call as it had been almost 3 months and they stated they had been seeing people for quite some time now. They ended up being able to see him 3 weeks later although we stressed the importance of getting the job done because we were due to transfer out of Great Lakes soon.

He went in for a crown and to our not so much surprise, the temporary crown fell about a day later, thankfully no excuses were made and they fixed it the following day. He asked the doctor about scheduling an appointment for a cleaning and the doctor himself stated "Don't worry no need for another appointment, we'll get it done the same day as the crown".

He finally went in for his crown and to our surprise yet again, the doctor said he didn't have time for a cleaning. We transferred a couple of days later and my husband not only wasn't able to get a cleaning but we paid for a service that wasn't done correctly as his tooth has been hurting since the crown was placed. Word of advise, look into the reviews before selecting a dentist regardless of how "military friendly" they seem.

Dr. Timothy Theobald is amazing and the staff are not only courteous but go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. Dr. Timothy Theobald will explain everything thoroughly before he starts a procedure and will take the time to answer any questions you may have. He will ask you throughout the procedure if you are okay and makes sure to be gentle throughout the procedure and the dental assistants are also there for you if you have a question or if you are a bit nervous as some people are about going to the dentist, they make sure you feel at ease and that you are comfortable.

The office staff up front, the dental assistants and Dr. Timothy Theobald always greet us with a smile. If I have a question on a bill or just need to make a new appointment the office staff upfront are always professional, friendly and helpful. Dr. Timothy Theobald definitely shows he is dedicated to his profession and also to his patients. During this Covid-19 this dental center makes sure to take every necessary precaution from start to finish during your appointment so that you feel safe.

I always get a friendly reminder call about our upcoming appointments which I find to be very helpful! I would highly recommend Dr. Timothy Theobald and the entire staff here at Den-Care Smile Center to everyone. If you are looking for a dentist and a dental center staff that truly cares about each and every patient then this is the place for you!

This office has a great staff. I have been a patient with them for many years they are kind and friendly! Dr. T, Heather, Assistants & Front desk are awesome! DON'T listen to all the bad reviews.

Yes I missed an appointment for my son, due to family emergency and did call later when I could get time and because I missed it the receptionist told me on the phone that my son can never be seen from them again and dentist don't take missed long appointments lightly. So I have to find my son a new oral specialist. I have never in my life had a dentist deny a kid like that, rude and just wrong.

DO NOT GO HERE. Find a better place. The people here take your money and are so rude. You will regret going here. My sister was not given a retainer after her braces for about 2 weeks and they said in order to get her retainer she needs to pay more than $1,000 for filler and cavity removal. Ridiculous! Our other dentist didn't say anything about that!

Dr. Theobald & his assistant, Crystal, are amazing! They are kind, knowledgeable, personable, efficient, and practical. I had a great experience at Dencare Smile Center and I will most definitely be going to Dr. T for all of my dental needs!

My 10 year old son was turned away due to being a Chicago Resident. After driving an hour away and letting my son miss a day of education, we were turned down! Upon setting his appointment, the receptionist was extremely nice and even checked his insurance eligibility. NOT ONCE did she mention I see your address is in Chicago so we cannot see your son.

This dentist is BEYOND unprofessional for telling us that there are plenty of Dentist in Chicago that we can go to so why come here? I truly believe this Dentist still practices in racism. Regardless of my zip-code, there is a child in need! I will be sure to contact the Better Business Bureau in regards to this matter as well.

These guys are jerks! I have been dealing with them for many years, and never cancelled an appointment. This time something came up, and I had to cancel. They charged me $25.00. I thought that was pathetic. I am now with someone who does not charge if you are unable to make your appointment. There are many offices around. You don't have to deal with these jerks.
