Since our children have been patients of Dr. Bauer's, our family is very pleased with the service we receive. After taking my child to another orthodontist for many years, and with one child still in braces, we were a little nervous when we needed to change doctors. The care and service are exceptional here. We have had adult braces, early braces for our younger children, and more advanced orthodontia for our older children and all along have received high quality care with warm and welcoming patience service. The building is fun and very clean, the staff is personable and helpful, and Dr. Bauer is very knowledgeable and passionate. Our wait time has always been short, which the kids usually hate because they love the juice boxes and games in the waiting room. I highly recommend!

We are currently on our fourth family member to be a patient of Bauer Orthodontics. Throughout all the years, we have always found Dr. Bauer and staff to be extremely knowledgeable and caring. The way they run their office is truly first rate. A high energy, fun environment is what we have experienced on every visit. There office is a model of what customer service should be! Dr. Bauer has treated our two oldest children. He has exceptional bedside manner and expertise, his entire staff is warm, friendly and knowledgeable, and the office is run like a well-oiled machine. We LOVE Dr. Bauer! He has treated 2 of my children, my husband & currently myself! He & his entire staff are so professional & caring! They are extremely accommodating with appointments (I've forgotten a few), Dr. Bauer's office is run so efficiently, it's clean, & organized & everyone is always so polite & happy! As an adult getting braces I was super nervous about the the whole thing, but Dr. Bauer was nothing but gracious & kind & patient with my many questions! We love Dr. Bauer! Not only has he treated our children but also my husband! Great for children and adults! His great bedside manner, staff, knowledge and -of course- perfect smiles are why we continue to send all our children. I love how he starts treatment early so that we could be proactive vs reactive in the teenage years!

We have had an incredible experience with Dr. Bauer! He has done braces for our oldest 2 kids and we will bringing our youngest to him as well! We have had great results! The staff is incredibly professional and friendly. They have been super accommodating with scheduling as well! Dr. Bauer is always up in the latest techniques and we really appreciate his passion and expertise! We have received top notch care through Bauer Orthodontics!

Bauer Orthodontics has been a good choice for our family. Our oldest child is just finishing braces and we have another that is halfway through. The office is very organized and clearly discusses the financial side at the beginning of treatment. We have always been able to schedule necessary appointments and the staff has done a good job of returning calls and explaining our care. Also, the office and staff just make you feel welcome. Pre-covid, the waiting room was a fun and comfortable place to be and, more importantly, I have always felt that my kids are treated with respect and kindness.

Bauer Orthodontics has been great and very helpful for my family. I have five girls and three have completed their orthodontic work with great success. I have two more and look forward to having my other daughters complete their orthodontic work. Bauer has always been upfront and honest. My older daughters enjoy having straighten teeth and have not worried about any further work needed in the future. Bauer has been outstanding and I would highly recommend Bauer Orthodontics to any one needing work done on the teeth.
