As daunting as Dental visits can be, I always enjoy going to my Dentist Dr. Danielle Scheir (Dr. Dani) and her staff Denise, Joanne, GiGi, Giselle, Donna, Lourdes and Cherie are all phenomenal with providing your accommodations. Schedule an appointment you will not regret it.

This was one of the best experiences I've had at the dentist! Not only is the environment super inviting, but everyone was so friendly, all of my nerves were eased, and I didn't leave in pain or anything. I felt listened to and I'm very pleased with my experience. I'll definitely be going back to them from now on :

I had my first appointment with Dr. Portnoff and she was very knowledgeable, kind and gentle. She did an excellent job and took the time to follow up. The hygienist's were very kind and thorough. I highly recommend them.

It is with great hesitation that I write this review, after careful consideration and desperation I am sharing my experiences with others to prevent them from wasting their time with this practice. After meeting Dr. Danielle I must admit she is very pleasant but unengaged and inconsistent with Pt care and following up with their treatment or plans.

I have been a Pt of hers sporadically prior to the pandemic. Post pandemic. I have been waiting to receive restorative work primarily a bridge and a partial for over a year in a half. Her staff member and lead point of contact Donna has been extremely inconsistent with pricing and communication. I have been giving three different prices regarding two treatments plans and each time Donna statement was I have to speak with Dr. Danielle and I will get back to you.

I have been waiting for a call back from Donna since October 2021 as of to date I have not received a call from Cosmetic Dentistry. I have called my insurance company's a PPO and I was told no Exrays were submitted with the treatment plan so the claims were denied. I then called the office four more times and in early February 2022 I spoke with Amanda, although very helpful she promised to get back to me within two weeks it has been over a month in a half now.

No call back yet. I actually had to ask if it was because I was African American that the work was not being taking into consideration. I am a nurse and offered to pay in cash but still have gotten no definitive plan or pricing. The office also referred me to several specialists that do not participate in my insurance Aetna PP0 for extractions or other work. Don't waste your time stay away

I've been going here for years as well as friends and family members. Always the best dental care! If you have a problem or are in pain you'll get seen right away! The office staff couldn't be any nicer! I highly Recommend this practice!

Everyone is pleasant very nice. This is my second time there. Ellen is a great Hygienist. I've known her for many years. She's gentle and she educates you on home care. I would recommend for someone who's looking for a dentist to please consider this office they're wonderful and you won't be disappointed.

My dental hygienist Kathy was amazing! She was very gentle during the cleaning. I would Highly recommend new city cosmetic dentistry!

First visit, my dentist retired. So far so good. Ladies at desk very friendly, capable and knoledgeable. Dr very professional and explains each step. Office modern and clean. Off we go to implantville. 2nd visit. Had extraction done. Getting my car washed is more painful and anxiety prone than having a tooth pulled here. TOTAL PROFESSIONALS with modern equipment. Dont want to say i had a good time at the dentist. But this is as good as it gets! Thanks team!

This was my first visit to the office. Dr. Danielle, hygienist and staff were great. Dr. Danielle was very thorough in reviewing my X- Rays with me. She took her time explaining the results to me and was very professional and knowledgeable. Hygienist was very personal and professional as were the office staff. I will be returning for some additional dental work.

Dr Scheir and his daughter are amazing and thorough dentists and I will be very sad to say goodbye to Dr Joel who is shortly going to be enjoying a well deserved retirement. The office staff are extremely warm and welcoming, and the techs and hygienists are so competent, pleasant and caring. I've had the best cleanings I've ever had since I started going there a few years ago.

I travel almost an hour from Orange County to get there, so it's obvious how happy I am with the care and treatment they provide. I highly recommend Cosmetic & General Dentistry in New City.

Everything went well at today's visit. I was greeted nicely. I didn't have to wait. The hygienist was very through and personable.

Clean place, friendly staff, great dental experience. Jeannine is the best! She gives me advice on what to do, areas to focus on, and foods and drinks to avoid. Very knowledgeable and friendly, will definitely be coming back

Cleaning procedure and films went Smoothly. The hygienist was professional courteous. She answer my question and she provide info throughout the exam. Doctor gave my mouth tongue teeth Outside area around my throat and neck.

I am always impressed by the staff at New City Dentist! My mouth always feels amazing after my visits with Denise. Would recommend them to anyone in need of a dentist and is looking for a high tech and clean office!

When we first arrived there were a few clerical errors so that my husband's appointment for that day had not been saved, he wasn't even listed in their system, and our phone numbers had been swapped. However, the staff were courteous in helping to fix everything and even got him an appointment for that day. During the cleaning they were very professional and kind.

They explained every tool and process beforehand and even went over my X-rays with me. I did not have to wait for the dentist either, as has been an issue at other places. Despite a rocky start, we will definitely be returning here because of the genuine care and attention we received. They more than made up for the initial difficulties!

Very professional, clean, friendly & understanding to concerns. Willing to answer questions and explain what options are available and which would be most beneficial to me. Needed an extraction and it didn't hurt at all and that's a huge bonus for me. I would definitely recommend Dr Danielle Sheir. She and her staff were awesome.

My husband and I have been coming here for many years. The entire staff are extremely professional and just as friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist. Both Dr Joel and Dr. Dani are very knowledgeable and caring.
