This office is one of the best run, honest, efficient, prompt, and skilled Group of dental professionals I have ever encountered. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

I found this practice in 2020 at the height Of COID-19 pandemic and was Scared and nervous. Nina and all of the staff Put me at ease. The practice on focuses on social distancing, while providing professional, educated and medical care that encouraged me to return with both my son and husband. great service. clean office good staff

By far the best dentist I've ever had. This is coming from someone who experienced years of dental trauma as a child which caused me to fear dentist visits and feel so anxious. Dr Bienstock is a wonderful example of an all around awesome doctor. He is kind and caring and will go above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable. He is professional and his bedside manner is truly impressive.

And as a dentist, he is highly educated, talented and conservative. You can really tell Dr Bienstock loves what he does. Leslie is a wonderful hygienist who always finds a way to put me at ease as well : Since my first call to set up an appointment, the staff has been so kind and helpful. Beth has made sure to check with my insurance and help me understand any costs for procedures prior to treatment.

The office is in a great location, very clean and inviting. The equipment is new and state of the art which is super cool. I have nothing but the best things to say and I'm so grateful to have found you!

I have never met a dentist with so much patience and precision, Dr. Bienstock is the best! He walks you through the steps and makes sure you are always comfortable, follows up and has a great sense of humor. Dr. Bienstock is supported by a great team, friendly receptionists (you will never miss an appointment) and caring dental assistant - you are in good hands! One never looks "forward to going back" to the dentist, but Smiles 4 A Lifetime has created a welcoming environment and I would highly recommend for others to check it out!

I generally don't like going to the dentist but Dr. Bienstock really made me feel so comfortable. He takes the time to explain everything and has great bedside manner. As for the office staff they are super friendly and very accommodating. Wait time is less than five minutes. I highly recommend this place

Terrible dentistry avoid Dr Berman - I paid over $20,000 for a bridge and caps all of which fell apart in a very short time with no refund at all!

Always a pleasure going to the dentist! The doctor and staff couldn't be nicer. And they take your every need into consideration to ensure the experience is as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend this dentist!

Dr. Bienstock was extremely friendly, informative and competent. The staff in the office were extremely kind and accommodating. Him and his staff were very punctual with my appointment, and I never had to wait more than five minutes. I had four fillings, they were all placed with care and he was mindful to ensure that the fillings were shaved to fit to my bite. He was super considerate about my comfort and frequently checked in to make sure I wasn't feeling any pain. I highly recommend Dr. Bienstock and his team.

Saw Dr Lermer at the NYC location. Great dentist and thorough exam. Takes my insurance but I would go back even if he stopped taking it.

Three generations of our family have put their trust in the care of Dr. Neil Berman and the staff at Smiles 4 A Lifetime. My daughter even flies in from Memphis to continue her dental care with this office and my son and daughter in law use their practice in Manhattan. The entire staff is super professional, very friendly and we all know we are getting top dental care. Dr. Berman is an expert in his field, has a state of the art office and is on top of all innovations. We have 1000% confidence in him and all the dental professionals in his office.

My family of 6 has been going to Dr Neal Berman's practice for over 20 years.when we first started several of us needed very extensive work. In the past few years some of us began using Dr Lermer as well- and that includes me! The remarkable thing is that I could never imagine letting another dentist work on my mouth as I'm comfortable with Dr Neal (and that's saying a lot, my having been a dental phobic my entire adult life until using this practice).

But somehow I was convinced by my son and husband to spread my wings and let Dr Lermer do dental work on me. Well, he is also awesome-he's as perfectionistic and gentle and patient as Dr Neal! And I recently used a new (to me) hygienist as well and she was great. We did the 5 year full mouth x-ray exam and finished up in record time and she made me really comfortable-physically and emotionally!

Bottom line-if you want absolutely top notch, meticulous dental work done in an immaculate and relaxed office (with lots of convenient and free parking right outside the door) and you do not want to sit around in a waiting room go to Smiles 4 a Lifetime.

Dr Berman's office is very friendly. It is a very comfortable office to visit. The wait time is minimal. The staff is great. Dr Berman is an excellent dentist. He is very knowledgeable and spends a good amount of time with his patients during the visit.

This zoom procedure was so thorough! Not gonna lie, it was a little rigorous but the results are fantastic. Whole staff is very accommodating and you will feel comfortable throughout. Had put off doing this but am so happy that I did it now.

He knows his stuff and is an amazing dentist. He is very expensive. More so than other dentists. His quality work is higher and he is very excessible. He also does not take insurance and makes you pay in full at time of service which was tough on us. His work is excellent but he needs to be aware that his prices are not in line with other dentists

Great staff. Dr Lerner is the best. Extremely thorough and dedicated to providing the best service. Never liked going to the dentist however after becoming a patient of smiles for a lifetime I look forward to my visits.

I have been with this dental practice for almost 30 years and would not trust my teeth to anyone else. The doctors and staff are professional and look out for your wellbeing. Very gentle during any visit and are always willing to do whatever they can to make you more relaxed and feel Comfortable.

Upon switching my dentist to Dr. Berman, I received the most thorough examination I've ever had. Dr. Berman restored my teeth to maximum health. He is extremely nice and his office staff is friendly and professional.
