Dr. Wheeler is amazing! I thought I needed major dental work. After a thorough examination, she said I had a pinched nerve in my my jaw from clenching my teeth at night. The pain was radiating through my teeth. I took a muscle relaxer and after waiting 3/6 days and I was completely okay. She is amazing! This is only one example of how wonderful she has been to my family!

This was my very first visit, I have always had an awful fear of going to the dentist. I went in for a new patient cleaning, X-rays, and checkup. The staff was so welcoming and made me feel at ease. I did not feel anxious at all. If I could give them ten stars, I would! I have some work to be done and I am not worried at all. Thank you for taking such great care of me and making me feel so comfortable.

I feel sorry for Lea Wheeler. She has the worst staff I have ever come across. They treat you with vile animosity. She doesn't even know it. This is a good example of a dentist who is out of touch. Let's hope she is not out of touch while she is helping a patient. Steer clear of this dentist if you don't want a confrontation with the rudest staff on the planet.

Dr Wheeler is a great dentist and has a great 'touch' while working on your teeth. She explains everything she is going to do so that you understand what's going to happen while she's working. She's very patient, thoughtful, and kind. I had her work on my teeth several times in while she was in the Clearwater FL area and when my regular dentist retired I decided to go with her to Lakeland FL.
Yes it's a bit of a drive BUT she's worth it. She has a very good team /staff and they all seem to enjoy working with her. Lakeland is very lucky to have her and so are we, my husband and I.
