I am so pleased with my experience at CFDsmile of Desoto. I don't have anyone local to give me a recommendation of a good dental office so I picked this location because of the reviews and location to where I live. I made the right choice. Dr. Shafiey and his team are exceptional. They are warm and welcoming and make you feel at ease. I had the pleasure of having Candace perform my deep cleaning.

She was very patient with me and kept checking in which made me feel much better. I appreciated all her knowledge and willingness to also educate me about my teeth/gum care. I'm happy to say I've found a dentist I'll be happy to keep following up with. I have a list of dental needs to address and CFDsmile will be the ones to help me reach my smile goals!

Amazing experience! Dr. Shafiey is a very caring and knowledgeable Dentist. Very kind and patient. The clinic looks beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Candice is an exceptional hygienist. I highly recommend this place if you want to have a pleasant experience in a dental office.

Dr Abazie and his staff are very professional. It a family oriented environment. And would recommend any day.

Candice was exceptional. She's probably the best one that I've had since I've been going there. I really was pleased by her skills and how she treated me as a patient. I felt important and valued. I will be moving and relocating over an hour away, but I will continue to support this location, because of their expertise and professionalism.

DR. ABAZIE IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST! He always takes care of my family and I. Always makes sure I understand what is going to be done to my mouth prior to doing anything. His staff is great and BILINGUAL. Office is always clean and very up to date. He does everything at his office and has multiple locations which is convenient. Definitely recommend CFD smile!

Great office. They don't treat me how my teeth looks. And my teeth look pretty bad. Everyone always very pleasant to me. Great customer service you feel like you are family.

Omg what an amazing atmosphere to get dental work done. I have so many great things to say about this office. From the time I called the office to book my appointment till the time I left the office. The whole entire staff were amazing. Very welcoming and passionate about helping others . Brenda was my favorite so real and understanding of my situation.

I have been to lots of dentist office in the past year. Trying to find someone who prices are reasonable. When Brenda told me what was what and how they can help me. I busted out in tears. Cdf has been excellent from the Receptionist to the Doctor. Very informative and patient staff. I was fortunate to get same day treatments for my children. Had an insurance issue and staff solved quickly. I have been to many establishments where staff had bad attitudes and act as if they were not being paid to do their job. This office had positive attitudes and great work ethics. Highly recommend!

The best dental clinic in Dallas metropolitan area hands down! I have been going to Dr. Abazie's office for the last three years, and he is simply the best. My implants and veneers were done there, and I couldn't be happier. The entire staffs are very nice, and such a welcoming environment.

My name is Obi. I will like to emphatically state. This is the best dental office I ever dealt with. Unfortunately I've been going to the dentist for over 30 years with all sorts of issues. From root canals and bridges to implants. This is the first office I went to and did not get a run around and felt that I actually saved a lot of money. As a health professional I understand the overhead cost in the medical practice but was pleasantly surprised on getting such great service on 2 implants with bone grafts for a great price.

To top it all off it was done with such a short time. I actually lucked up with this treatment being that I don't live in the area. I was giving a runaround in my home state of Michigan through outrageous prices and long waiting lists. During a vacation in Dallas I was told about the office. That the office was fast and efficient. True to reputation I was seen and treated in days. I plan on flying back to finish my restoration and don't mind at all. It's worth the trip.

Definitely not off to a good start. First appointment for my husband was scheduled over a month ago during which the receptionist has me provide all personal and insurance info to book the appointment. Now here we are day of 3/2/2018 and his appointment was scheduled for 11:00AM, however it is now 11:38 and he still hasn't been seen. They specifically instructed me to have him here by 10:45 to have his new patient paperwork completely by 11 so he would be seen on time. Paperwork was completely by 10:55 and still nothing.

My husband asked the front desk what the problem was and the lady instructed him that if he had 30 minutes to spare, they would pull him right back. Still sitting here and nothing. That comment was made 10 minutes ago. Wouldn't recommend based off of the initial visit.

I had 2 root canals done here. One crown immediately fell off in the parking lot outside the dental office. I was still in pain and the crown never stayed on. Dr. Ebazie said my tooth wasn't strong enough for a crown and I needed a bridge. I had just paid for a crown now he wanted me to pay for a bridge. NO! Less than six months after that the other crown popped right off too.

The work was shooty! I was told they charge the same price to pull a tooth as they do for a crown and that I might as well save my tooth. I was in so much pain I believed them and just wanted it fixed. My husband also had work done and it became infected. I called them about it and they said they would have to call me back. Of course they DID NOT!

I was stupid for letting them touch me. It was a complete waste of money! My husband and I have both had to go to a different dentist to have the work done correctly. There was a complete difference. NO issues since. On top of that they keep sending us a bill when we already paid in full. Again I called and they said they would call me back and AGAIN no call back.
