My husband had a bad tooth and 3nded up having to have it pulled and will have to have an implant put in. Dental Care of Texas was very concerned and caring and got him right in for an appointment and worked with us on a price with our insurance for this is an expensive procedure and they were very gentle with my husband during the tooth pulling process. They made sure he had the antibiotics he needed and kept checking on his progress. He'll have a long ways to go here. We look forward to working more with them.

Not as good as it used to be a few years ago (that's when I started my orthodontics treatments) the employees change often. Dr. Martin is a great Orthodontic. Referring to Dr. Asra and an incident that happened. Dr. Asra was trying to get my measurements for the retainer preparation. She tried 3-4 times and every time she tried I told her she's not doing the measurements correctly after observing Dr. Martin take the measurements even the patient can learn.
At first she was like "ok I'll try again, again, and again" after 3-4 times. She got really frustrated and simply asked me to do it myself. Dr. Asra isn't aware of all the ortho needs and dental needs. I waited until Dr. Martin was free and he came to take over the measurements. For many employees have played a big part in why patients decide to look for a better dentist place for them.

Great place all around, everyone is very friendly and helpful. The hygienist was amazing even though my teeth were in rough shape, she was good about making me feel comfortable. I recommend this dental practice to anyone in the dfw area looking for a reliable friendly dental experience! 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I have to say, going to the Dentist is NOT my Favorite Thing to do! I was so Impressed with this Office though! The Front Desk Staff, the Dental Assistant's, and the Doctor were all Absolutely Amazing! I had an Unbearable Toothache, and they were able to not only get me in right away, they also made sure I didn't leave the office until I was out of Pain. Dr. Shim you have earned a Patient for Life!
And also a Special Thank you to Tina! You really were the Most Helpful Office Manager! You really made sure I understood all of my Treatment Options thoroughly, and how much my Insurance would Cover! I can't Thank you all enough for Such a Wonderful Experience! For Someone who has a HUGE Dental Phobia it means the absolute World to me how Caring, and Patient you all were, and how Comfortable you all made me during my visit! I can't Thank you all Enough!

The worst pediatric experience ever. Dr. Asra simply did not know what to do with a crying kid. She asked me if I want to brush her teeth)) Have 4 kids and never ever saw a doctor who would be afraid of a crying kid (mouth is open, go ahead and check it). Same doctor did my check up. She managed to look into my mouth (thank God for that), but don't expect any answers to your questions.

I have been looking for a new dental practice due to pain and a lack of compassion from My last dentist. I also despise the upselling that has become the norm in dental care. I had a great experience here. Excellent customer service and cool technology to enhance my dental care. The hygienist was efficient and provided education. The Dentost reviewed everything with me and a reasonable dental plan was created. I didn't feel shamed or guilty about the condition of my teeth! I highly recommend this practice!

Beautiful atmosphere and knowledgeable staff. The previous dentist I went to wanted to do unnecessary work on my teeth and the dentist here explained why I didn't need some of the work done and saved me money and my teeth! I also signed up for their discount program and saved even more money! The cleaning and fillings they did were great as well and not rough on my teeth.

Excellent service! From the moment I walked in the door I felt super comfortable. The office is beautiful! From the front office staff, assistants and dr, these people were all caring and kind. I've never had better service! The ladies worked with me and my insurance to find the best possible options for my situation at hand and eliminate out of pocket costs! Thank you so much!

I scheduled a regular dental cleaning and gave them my concerns. Stephanie, Dr. Shim and the staff were so sweet and informative about all the questions I had about my treatment plans. I felt welcomed and even had a great time, something not really expected for a dental appointment lol. I highly recommend scheduling and getting to know these guys!

This place is terrible. I have dental work that is 20 years old that is fine but everything they did has needed to be redone. Unfortunately I went to these hacks for 4 years. They order the wrong crown and blame it on lab. 3 times in a row. The last crown was not straight and they told me it would by itself. I didn't believe that and 6 mints later they wanted to replace it. for full price. It now has to be redone. I really only liked that they were open on Saturday but I would have been better taking unpaid days to go somewhere else.

I came in with a Groupon for an exam, xrays, and cleaning. The staff (everyone from the front desk to the hygienists to the dentist) was super nice, helpful, and generally just wonderful throughout the whole process. I hadn't been to a dentist in probably 5 years and they were not condescending, but encouraging that I could turn things around - they just generally wanted to help. Bonus: they didn't refuse my cleaning saying that I need a deep cleaning like a lot of these other offices are doing to Groupon customers. I would definitely recommend!

Worst place to take your child for ortho! The orthodontist sucks and tries to rush from patient to patient. This place also scheduled appt and then when you show up the appt is wrong when my text says the correct time. Huge turnover rate and the staff is horrible. The office Elmira has no clue how to run an office or billing! The orthodontist are probably the worst out there! If you value your child and their teeth I would avoid this company!

Office staff was friendly and helpful. Very patient with answering all my questions. However office appears to be disorganized. When I called for the appt I explained why my daughter needed to be seen and had sent the office previous X-rays and pictures. When I got to the office I again explained why my daughter had to be seen. When we were led into the exam room the person asked if we were being seen for something totally different than what I told them.
The dentist herself also thought it was a totally different issue. And the X-rays and pictures I had sent were not readily available to the dentist. There was definitely a lack of communication. We saw a dr. H very briefly and I had questions regarding anesthesia options for kids. But instead of answering my questions about anesthesia she was berating me about discussing shots in front of my child.
I did not appreciate her thinking that she knows best on what should or should not be discussed in front of my child. I know my kids and I want them to know what to expect. I was also told by the office I would get a call on Monday to schedule a visit with their periodontist and it is Wednesday and have not heard from the office. Will NOT be going back.

I had a crown done and since then I've moved out of state. My crown had to be reattached by my new dentist 4 times in 6 months. I found out I paid for a full grown but was actually just given a top for the tooth. Because of this the "crown" is knocked off easily. Be certain you receive what you pay for!

My whole family goes here. The docs are great. The ambiance is beautiful. But I haven't been driven to post a review until a recent billing incident. I was sent a treatment plan that showed patient portion and insurance portion. Got the fillings done, no problems. Until I was hit with the entire insurance portion ($700 ish) in the mail. Turns out I had hit my maximum, which of course, they should have researhed and informed me of. Spent a Friday on the phone with them. Spent a weekend stressed out. Got a call this morning and they resolved it. YAY for Stacy. I'm impressed with their ethical business practice. And their customer service.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. I have never gone to a dentist where their first concern was my actual well being until now. Dr. Kim has been amazing, continuously monitoring my case and even came in when she was off, just to take care of me. I am incredibly happy that I found this dental office. To top it off, their staff is always so friendly and accommodating, they make me feel at home and their office is gorgeous and clean. You'd do yourself a favor by giving them a try. Best dental office in this whole area!

I had taken my children to this location for years without a problem. No real complaints. They were just on the expensive side and never had the customary free toothbrush, but they did have Saturday appts. Unfortunately, the appt I had placed for my entire family months in advance was canceled without any warning the day before. They called and left a message to confirm we would still be going around 11am the day before the appt.
I called right back and got their voicemail so I confirmed via voicemail. Since the message stated they check messages within one business day, I called back later (3pm) to confirm my message had been received. I was then advised that my appts had been given to someone else because I did not give my verbal confirmation, which I did and had currently been doing.
I was then advised that I should have called by 2pm (which they admitted had not been verbalized on the message they left), but would still not give me the appts I originally had. And of course, they didn't have the voicemail I left :\ So please be warned and aware of the unstated rules- don't leave a confirmation voicemail the day before your appt because it may allegedly not be received (which I think she did not want to admit to because that meant that she would have to call and reschedule someone else to give me back my appts). Also, know that there is a cut off time of 2pm, though it will not be mentioned until that deadline is missed. The way the manager handled this issue was very poor and for that I will not ever return to any 6 Day Dental establishment.

Love that they are open 6 days a week! Great hygienists and my dr is very nice and gentle. I'm a wuss and they all make me feel very comfortable while under their care. One cool thing is that they remind you of your visit via text message which is nice and convenient. I also have never had a problem getting an appointment.

I've been going to Six Day for over 2 years, and I've been very pleased with their work. The whole reason I left my previous dentist is I had a filling break on Friday, and my dentist was only open 4 days a week! My experience has been that Six Day is very good with emergencies, and can fit you in if it really matters. Dr Sanders has done great work for me. Never had they had to "redo" something, because it was done right the first time.
