My experience at Kremer Dental was amazing! The entire staff is very warm, caring and professional! Making an appointment was quick and easy. When I went in for my appointment I immediately felt like I was part of the family. They have a beautiful facility and the treatment room they took me to made me feel like I was on vacation at a tropical island After answering a few questions they turned on the TV and I was watching beaver mamas caring for their babies (so adorable). "Unfortunately" I didn't Get to watch it for very long before the dentist came in. Bye bye beavers, back to root canal conversation. Also, Unfortunately my case is so complicated I will have to have the root canal done by an Endodontist, but they got me started on antibiotics and made me a referral.

A friend of mine won a gift certificate from a radio station for a teeth whitening just before the Pandemic shut everything down. She kindly gifted it to me because I am embarrassed by how stained my teeth are. I look forward to going back to Kremer Dental Care for that as soon as I'm given the ok that my teeth are healthy enough for this whitening treatment I highly recommend Kremer Dental Care! Treat yourself to a dental experience you will actually love rather than dread!

Kremer is a insurance scammer. Hell use up all your insurance benefits while doing horrible dental work. I was in pain for 4 years, doesn't want to fix his bad work and will make you pay for the work you already paid him to do. DONT GO HERE, YOULL GET RIPPED OFF!

By far the best dental visit I've ever had! From the moment you walk through the doors and are overcome with the beauty and tranquility of the gorgeous office, you realize you're in for a grand experience. Jennifer is there to warmly welcome you and offer you beverages or anything of comfort while she guides you into the check in process. After a short wait I was taken to IRELAND!

Each dental room has a destination feel, and is decorated to immerse you in the setting, complete with a window to watch the waterfall. This is all so comforting that the dental business isn't so scary : This is was first visit, and I was impressed with the 3D imaging of my teeth. All X-rays and scans went quickly and Dr McKinney did my exam and explained everything while going over my information and options, showing me on the big screen.

After we finished up, I spoke about options for what I wanted to have done since I don't have dental insurance. It turns out, they have a great, affordable plan themselves! So I'm set now for my dental care with this package for the next year. After scheduling my next appointment and heading out, Jennifer offered to make me a specialty coffee and I received a welcome gift for coming. You can bet they left me SMILING all day!

I always Have a great experience at Kremer. Haley is such a great person to interact with. Have been going here for a few years and haven't had any issues. Would recommend to anybody looking for a dentist.

I get my teeth cleaned 3 times a year. Waited 5 min to be seen and no wait time once they moved me to a chair. Nice, friendly people. They went out of their way to try and get a rinse covered for me. Insurance is never easy.

I had some implant work done by another dentist that didn't take. Dr. Kramer's office was able to get me in asap to mitigate the situation and remove the faulty implant. Everyone was nice and accommodating. Everyone was masked, the office was like an oasis and I felt very comfortable. They now have a new client :

I have been utilizing Kremer Dental for years. I am very satisfied with the front office people, who are professional and friendly, and the hygienists and dentists I have seen. I saw a new dentist today, and I can't remember her name, but she was extremely competent, gentile, and thorough with me. The hygienist was very competent and friendly as well.

I've been a guest at Kremer Dental care for a few years now. They are so welcoming and accommodating to my busy work schedule. I see Stephanie for my cleanings and she's such a kind human. We chat about life, working out, and have recently discovered our shared love of plants. I used to be so nervous before my dentist appointments but not since I've been here. They take care to make sure you are comfortable and that means the world to me. I recommend them to all of my friends.

Dr Kremer and his staff not only gave me back my smile with a high bridge and some extra implants, he has also been outstandingly supportive as we worked our way forward correcting a lifetime of steady dental decline. Today I have lots to smile about and the Kremer team to help me keep my dental health super top notch. Thanks to the incredible supportive staff and cutting edge equipment and procedures I no longer live in dread of that next dental visit.

I am completely unsatisfied with the dental work I had done at Kramer dental. It's been over a year that I've been having my teeth worked on and they look terrible. The cost of the implants was not cheap and the teeth they put in are bucked in the front and the bottom ones keep breaking. While the temporary ones was in and I was waiting for the permit ones the bottoms kept breaking in halfq

Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Dentist and hygienist explained what was being done and why. Care was compassionate and professional. Long standing concerns were addressed and appropriate referrals made. Cost was explained and appointments made.

Dr. Jeong and her assistant were professional and very attentive to us when we went for our cleaning today. May is always making sure we are comfortable; I always look forward to a good laugh with May. Every office needs kindness and laughter - thank you May! Alma and all of the front office staff were accommodating and exceptionally nice today. We appreciate their expertise and professionalism.

I just wanted to come back on here and say that NOBODY called us after my review. A comment was left under my review that someone would call and address my experience and the issue I had with it, it after 5 months, no contact or follow up. I have told multiple family and friends NOT to go to this dentist for their needs. You may be fancy and luxurious from the outside, but you have no respect for people, their time or money.

I've been with Kremer Dental Care for almost two years. They have the most wonderful staffs. They make me feel welcome the moment I stepped inside. Coming from a background with limited dental care and limited dental knowledge, they treated me with respect and professionalism. I am fortunate to be under the care of two great people, Christine and Stephanie, and it may sound cliche but they've really change my life for the better. I've learned to love myself more. I smile all the time now! : Thank you for taking great care of me!

A great office with friendly staff. My son had a dental emergency. They were the only office in this whole area that made time to see him, When everyone else told me that it was going to be weeks for an emergency. They saw him the same day. Definitely a five star office

Very cool looking place, loved the different themed rooms and the view in the rooms are damn near therapeutic. The person taking my x-rays (Georgia) was super friendly and very fast but thorough, she talked me through everything she was doing which was nice. Dr. Mckinney was also great giving me straightforward information on what can be done which was appreciated. Overall great place!

Really great experience at Kremer dental. Over the last year I've had a lot of work done and everyone is terrific! Stephanie the hygienist is so nice and professional. Dr. McKinney has a real gentle touch. Sandy is very kind and skillful. And Dr. Kremer gave me back my smile. I wish I could remember all the staff by name because they are all GREAT! From the time you are greeted by the sweet receptionist until you check out, Kremer dental is efficient and most importantly compassionate and caring.

Very rude. And his financial office might as well not even be there. Overcharges for everything. And if something goes wrong is your fault.

First of all, the decor is phenomenal and so sophisticated and welcoming. The atmosphere is amazing and I'm loving the different room themes. The staff is what stuck out most of all, the completeness of information and discussing my plan wasn't stressful at all. All in all this was an ultimate experience I was not expecting. Excited for my new dentist and healthy smile!

I highly recommend Kremer Dental. The dentists and staff members are kind, gentle, and accommodating. They treat everyone respectfully and are compassionate when it comes to your dental concerns. The office on Glenbrook CT is so nice. Each room has a unique theme and is decorated as such. The chairs are comfortable and you have a choice to look out the window at the little creek, or watch something on the big screen T.V. I watched some soothing nature as I was getting a procedure done and it helped a lot.

I had a very bad experience at Kremer Dental Care and on top of that they are way way expensive outrageously expensive and they always collect the money before they even get started I found them to be rude and unprofessional and they don't speak English!

I left Kremer dental while ago, due to several continuing issues. He did 4 caps on my top front teeth. I paid way over $10.000.00 for them. Ever since he did this, I had complained about my front teeth looking like buck teeth. In the beginning he had filed the bottom half of the two teeth which made them look even worse. He's not very artistic when it comes to cosmetic dentistry.

For months now my two front teeth are hurting, it's hard to explain the feeling. It's kinda like my teeth are being filed very close to the nerve. Did he prep my own teeth to much? I have found a wonderful new dentist and have had an appointment with an orthodontist he sent me to to see if putting braces on them they would straighten out and the other choice is having to take the ones Kremer did and have new ones made.

Which is another $12-$14 thousand which I don't have nor do I have insurance. I'm Livid with his work, I'm so disappointed what he did and the daily toothaches I have is not from a professionally done work. I went in several times for the same problem. He had me see Dr McKinney ( sorry if I misspelled) I suppose he didn't want to deal with the problem any longer. Having to lose my home in the Camp Fire maybe he thought I was gonna get paid a ton and he was able charge me more.

Who knows, just my opinion. I have missing teeth on top which another dentist in Chico pulled unnecessarily, luckily he lost his license to practice after taking him to court. Kremer had given me a price of around $5000, whereas my new dentist charges $563. Huge difference. I just cannot believe after all this time my teeth are hurting. I hope if there's someone needing caps, go get second and third opinions. Good luck

I've never had a bad experience but this practice does charge a lot more and isn't in network with my provider. I was a patient for years seeing Dr Kremer. He's awesome. But than I saw his associate Dr McKinney. I wasn't formed I would be seeing a different doctor. I had a bad tooth that is borderline needing a root canal but he said he can try to save by filling.

Huge mistake. Big mistake. I had to go to emergency room for antibiotics and seek another dental office close to home afterwards and have a root canal. Not sure why this office had me see a dentist I was not seen by before. There was zero continuity in the care I was getting. I moved away 4 years ago and they continue to call and mail about me missing care. They left a bad taste (tooth) in my mouth.

Jeff W. I have called several times and each time was told they do not have a financial coordinator. I found it very frustrating because when I went there, Alma I believe was the coordinator but when I asked to speak to her I was told she would call me back. I have never received a call back. That's why I kept calling back. I said she was very kind, the whole office is. Being kind doesn't help when all they did broke and I'm having to cover a large majority of the cost

Nice office, dentists are caring and proffessional. But their "financial" staff is ill trained and terse. I was charged more than estimate, on top of my Insurance assuring me they are "In network and the staff charging extra stating they are "Not"in Network. I have reported this. So be sure you can afford several $100 over their "estimate!" And no ability to make payment arrangements.

Dr Kremer had done 4 caps on my top front teeth. Since then I've had to go back in 3 times to have them figure out what's going on. Now the top teeth are wearing my bottom teeth down as well as the top teeth hitting the wrong place on the bottom teeth. I just saw Dr. McKinney the second time regarding this issue. Nothing was done to fix the problem.

Yet more money is needed to support my bottom teeth. Due to missing some teeth in the back is being used as an excuse why this is happening. I don't believe that being the case at all. I was given a quote to fix the problem, according to Dr. McKinney they need another $20.000.00 for implants or $2800.00 for a partial, plus fillings on the teeth which are wearing too far down already. So far I have paid maybe about $12.000.00. I'm very disappointed at the care I have received.

Kremer dental is excellent! I just had my first appointment since they reopened, and their professionalism, friendliness, competence, and safety are all outstanding. Stephanie is a fantastic hygienist, and the entire staff is simply the best dental office in Chico!

Honestly the technology is wonderful, the actual visit is great but they are ruined by their billing and scheduling staff. They are such a big headache that I'm taking my business elsewhere. Me and my fiancee have had billing issues every single time we visit. One billing issue took 6 months to resolve and my last request was to please have my name put on a list for an appointment after quarantine.

Empty promises again. They just don't care about their patients period. Customer service is nonexistent unless you're physically in their building. I was a patient since 2013 but at this point I'd rather drive out of town to get care.

This place was good when it first opened, but not anymore. Their service had changed to mediocre. Their two offices are separate and their scheduling system are not linked. My appointment was cancelled the day of even though it was scheduled 6 months in advance. Even the text alerts continued to tell me that the schedule was ok despite confirmation. DO NOT do invisialign with them because they are inadequate.

I had two different practitioners because one quit (both told me different things about how long to keep the invisalign in my teeth). Both did not know how to remove the braces from one's mouth leading to bleeding each time. When I finally got my retainers done, it was redone twice, both times it bottom portion did not fit properly. The tech knew it did not fit the first time it was done and jammed it in anyways, and it felt like she just wanted to get my appointment done quick. Realizing her mistake when she couldn't remove the top retainer, she and 2 others tried removing it causing pain, bruising and bleeding in the process (it took about 30 minutes).

When the second retainers came in, the bottom thick retainer did not fit even though it was redone, so she simply told me to not use it. In addition, when it was time to remove the notches attached to your teeth from the invisialign, the tech did a poor job cleaning it off. Poor communication and rushed service. This place is only deserving of one star for two of their dental hygienists that had cleaned my teeth, which had been amazing.

I had the pleasure of working with Jen for the last year during my Invisalign process and she is AMAZING! Love my new smile and all the care Jen and the entire Kremer Dental Care staff provides. My son was about to get braces put on. But needed a cleaning before. So I found dr kremers office and scheduled an appointment for my son to have a cleaning. So we delay the braces for a month and go in for the cleaning. Well we pay $249 what we thought would cover the cleaning. Turn out they cant do the cleaning that day and the $249 was just to evaluate and tell us he needed a cleaning.

The appointment was originally made for a cleaning. Then they tell us that would be scheduled for a later day. Which now puts the braces out even longer. I WILL NEVER AGAIN GO THERE! Frustrated parent.

Disappointed that they don't stand by their work. My filling fell out only after 2 years. Now they want to charge me again

I canceled another dr because these guys said they could get started on my infected, swollen and painfull burning and throbbing tooth. I was wrong they gave me antibiotics and sent me home. I asked him if he could release the preasure, he said he dosent do that any more. What realy got me is his full of himself grin he gave me.thanks for nothing

I have been going to Kremer Dental Care for 6 years. The staff if very friendly and knowledgeable. I have seen both Doctor Kremer and Doctor McKinney and been very happy with both. I have difficulty with a small mouth and neither Doctor ever makes me feel that it is a problem. When you go into the office you are greeted and made to feel you being there is important.

This place is the WORST dentist office i have ever been to! The staff is very fake and unfriendly. The dentist I went to was nice but I felt pushed to get work done that I did not want done. The assistant for the last visit i went to was very rude until the Dr came in. Never going back.

I cannot stand this dentist. From the long wait every time to the hygienist who always seems to be selling me on something. Or how about the hidden fees from "wrong insurance estimates" that total more than $300 at a time. I am seriously impressed there are so many good reviews on here.

I'm moving to Chico soon & will be needing a new dentist. So I went to Kremer Dental and this nice lady named Julie showed me around the office, she was really nice. I toured the office about a month ago & just fell in LOVE with the staff. I feel very comfortable at this office it feels like home inside & its so beautiful like a tea room. I definitely will be going here for all my dental needs, this dental office is like no other.

They have very cute rooms to get your cleaned. They have have fresh baked cookies & they make you custom espresso drinks while you're there. Julie severed me my mocha and cookies she was really really nice. Can't wait to go back for their "Coffee of the month" it was almond mocha when I was there, it tasted like marzipan.which is my FAVORITE!
