Just had my exam and cleaning, Cunning Dental always treats me with care and professionalism. The front desk is quick and efficient, the wait is always brief and everyone you meet is friendly and cheerful. Jeremy the Hygienist is great, keeps you relaxed with jokes and tells you what he is doing at all times. I highly recommend Cunning Dental.

Working at Cunning Dental has given me the great opportunity to grow as a person and with my work ethic. The pay has been great as well as with the hours, management is super flexible and will work with you. This place has great staff and they all help with whatever it is that you need. You learn as you go with the help of everyone in the office. Overall working for Cunning Dental has been a great experience!

I had a previous accident that left a couple of my front teeth discolored, and was insecure about smiling for photos. Cunning dental fixed my teeth, my smile, and my confidence. I love my new smile, and definitely recommend Cunning dental.

My Experience with Cunning Dental has been great. I been coming here for over 10 years and everytime i come in i love it even more than my previous visit. Im in the dental field myself and i can understand when somebody wants to sit there and lie to me that i need this and that done but honestly here in cunning dental i have never feel that way. You can be at ease knowing they will provide the best dental service.

The staff/doctor are very knowledgeable and welcoming. The office is very up-to-date with the technology. I dislike taking impression but here at cunning dental they have the latest technology, were its as easy just a simple scan and they can even share the scan with the patient thru email. If i had a chance to give a higher rating i would. Best dental office ever by far!

Cunning dental is by far the BEST dentist I have ever been to! From start to finish the care you receive is beyond. Everyone is very friendly! I've been coming to this office for many years and have yet to have any bad experience! I always recommend cunning to all friends and family! Jeremy does my teeth cleaning every few months, and he's seriously AMAZING! Very descriptive, and explains everything he does and why! And always professional!

This morning I went for my cleaning with Jeremy. Let me share with you how amazing he is. He is kind, knowledgeable, funny, and he totally goes up and beyond to make sure I am completely happy with my dental visit. I will share Jeremy with my friends and family because he is that amazing! Proven themselves to be the best professional group in providing implant dentistry. I shopped around and chose cunning because they were able to handle all that areas needed in providing me with new teeth. Excellent staff and clear and continuous communication through all phases of my procedures. Big or small they can do it all. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

I went to Cunning Dental because I need an implant and a root canal/crown. The place is nice! They put me in a chair and took x-rays, pictures, etc. Then I was then sent to the "financial office" to see how much this was going to cost. I hope you are sitting down. $34,954 for whole mouth, and $12,200 just for a root canal and implant! the implant alone was $8,000! (I'm assuming it's made of pure gold?!?).

I actually laughed a little when she told me the price because I thought she was kidding. She didn't like that. When I found out she was serious, I ran out the door. You should too.

They have never up charged me, they have always some what was asked. This review is only for the front office staff. I don't know who the receptionist is but she hates her job. We have found a new dentist now.

Did MOT EVEN DIAGNOSE MY PROBLEM! Then the cost of implants which can be say $2000 per tooth They did not stand by the ad "Permanent Teeth in 1 Day Patients Patients who choose the Permanent Teeth in 1 Day procedure will receive an exam, X-Rays, and CT Scan for FREE (a $1500 value) on their first visit with Cunning Dental Group.

I was told because I already gave implants and I wanted a correction I would have to start all over. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!

The Owner Ronald Cunning is incapacitated due to health reasons and cannot see patients but others are running his show Ripping the Los Angeles community off! Insurance ok But cash a 100% RIP OFF! STAFF ARE ALL RUDE AND ANXIOUS ONLY TO GET YOUR MONEY RIP OFF RIP OFF

Despite all the whoopla hoopla in their media commercial adverting, this dental office's implant service part is not recommended. They always have sales person not a dental professional to decide your fate, and is considered rude and discriminatory. They are totally For-Profit medical/Dental office, which is a standard practice and understandable.

So if you are not a fat-cat with a big purse, this office is not recommended. Remember they are not in Beverly Hills for plastic surgery, they are in Montclair California! Any whole mouth implants consultation fee $1,500 and followed by a hefty $55,000+ treatment plan. They are even worse than Clear Choice and you will have no clue to what you are getting into. All sounds good in theory in their ads. Trust me, I have been through it.

Tired of these dentist who just stick their hands in your mouth and go right to work on you? Is your current dentist office just okay? You can change all of that by visiting Cunning Dental Group. I fly down from Oregon to visit and do business with this dental office. I was skeptical at first, due to the degree of advertising this clinic does. I engaged with this clinic to have an implant done, and some other dental work.

From the moment I stepped through the front door I was taken aback by the staff, the manner in which they conduct themselves, along with the quality of the actual facility, there is no worn out used looking equipment there. The real kicker, is when you see the actual dentist. The triage dentist, Dr Erin was kind, caring and considerate, the real crown jewel at this facility is Dr Serino.

Who is very informative, confident, and considerate. With chair side manners above reproach, ensuring your comfort is tantamount to the visit. Dr Serino keeps you abreast of progress, what he is doing, and what to expect throughout the entire visit. In so far as the fees for service, competitive and reasonably priced, making any visit worth the effort.

From near to far, this is the dental clinic to do business with, as for once, I'm actually looking forward to the next visit. THANK YOU TEAM CUNNING, FOR A JOB WELL DONE.

I had my deep cleaning done here today. Jeremy did an awesome job, very professional & explained every detail of the work being performed. Highly recommend to try out this dental office & make sure to ask for him.

Love this Cunning Dental Group the best Dental ever. I had my third tooth pulled. I should had went to this dental office years ago they were not sloppy. Serino Stephan DDS and Maria did a fantastic job. When I got the shot that numb your tooth believe me it did not numb my throat or my whole mouth they were not sloppy I was able to swallow no Anxiety it was a fast and easy process and I'm getting my partial denture for a great price at Cunning Dental. I finally got my dentist that I always wanted. Cunning Dental your the best He'll Yah Numero Uno. Thanks again

The staffs professionalism and kindness is off the charts! Today I had teeth cleaned and Jeremy my hygienist is simply the best! Very knowledgeable and passionate about his work. All of the hygienist are great but I highly recommend Jeremy

I am glad that I am not a patient at this dentist. My husband has his own orthodontist but they were closed today and he has braces and the wire was poking him in the jaw to the point where he couldn't close his mouth. We tried to clip it on our own but it didn't work. I called them and asked if they can simply cut the wire until we can get to the orthodontist on Monday and that it was an emergency.

They told me no because for some liability purposes the moment they tamper with the braces they become responsible. I have never heard of this but I told the lady that my husband is in pain and we just need somebody to cut the wire and she told us no. Thankfully we eventually ended up clipping it ourselves. This is actually unethical practice. There's no way that you should turn away a patient who is in pain and in need!

That is absurd. I have never heard of a dentist not being able to clip some wires to give the patient relief it's an emergency! Never again will we contact them for anything. Thankfully, we are not a patient.

Today i visited cunning dental group for a cleaning, & i was not dragging or sad to be visiting my hygienist, but rather happy. this is my second visit with jeremy & i look forward to all of my cleanings! he shares the best jokes while he cleans my teeth to keep me entertained. he shares his dental intelligence on how to clean teeth properly & how to avoid all the disturbing diseases. my teeth have never felt more immaculate until jeremy. i would highly recommend visiting him today or any day to get your pearly whites cleaned! he gets rid of all the plaque & deserves a plaque for his awesome work!;

I am a patient at the Irvine office. I highly recommend them. I would like to thank the people there who have helped me so much: Dr. Tanaka, Jose, Christina, Corina, Anna, Nellie and Erika. I am very upset with the fact that I have been lied to. I was told multiple times with a coordinator and the dental hygienist in the room that my husbands deep cleaning would cost us nothing (I asked multiple times and in different ways). Now come the day my husband shows up ready they go oh hey it costs this much. Like what the.then they were supposed to call me back with some "coordinator" to go over why I was lied to but a week goes by and nothing and then I call and that day goes by nothing. What are you guys scared of being called out or do you have your head up your rear end.

When I called to go get some retainers they said $300 I said okay that's fine I get there then they say $600 I said okay I'll pay half now and then the rest when I pick then up. I show up to pick them up and the totall is $800 lol f*** this place

I recently came back to this dentist office after several years do to my insurance change sent me somewhere else, and corona last year. I have never smiled as much on my car ride home like I did after my last visit. The dental hygienist Jeremy is literally top notch. Both of my visits to him were hands down the best cleanings I have ever had. Jeremy is very nice, personable and professional. He told me all about my gum pockets and explained every step of what he was doing like no one else had. If you're looking for a quality hygienist search no where else.

Last week I visited Cunning Dental Group for dental cleaning. At Cunning Dental Group, the staff were wonderful. Everyone I meet from the front desk to the dental hygienist (Jeremy Ludvig) were very warm and welcoming and I certainly had a pleasant experience beginning the very moment I walked into the office. Jeremy bench-side manner is truly wonderful.

He gave me a thorough dental hygiene and exam, explained potential issues and proposed plan to address them, walked me through each step of my teeth hygiene. He was meticulous; he really went above and beyond in letting me know what is being done while my dental cleaning. I had several procedures done at Cunning Dental Group. I like the office, the dentalcare team is kind, understanding, and compassionate.

This office offers high quality comprehensive dental care. They provide the advantage of full-service quality dental care in a comfortable, relax environment. The worst i have ever experienced they did my work and when they did not fit right they said i have to live with it. Never called me back for a check up even though said they will. Bottom never fit.

From the moment you walk in the door, it is clear that Cunning Dental takes every precaution to keep their patients safe especially during this pandemic. For someone who has severe anxiety when it comes to dental procedures, it is reassuring when everyone you come in contact with is friendly and reassuring from the receptionist Lily, Dr. Erin and her assistants who saw me during my initial exam and treatment to of course Rosie the treatment coordinator.

I had several procedures done yesterday and elected IV sedation. I was in trembling with nervousness and shed a few tears, but Dr. Derik and his assistants put me at ease and even made me laugh. For someone who quite frankly lets her dental problems get worse out of fear of going back, this is the place you want to be. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

TLDR: Absolutely terrible customer service! Do NOT use them! I was looking online for an emergency dentist. I visited Cunning Dental's website and looked around. A virtual chat window popped up asking if they could help me find what I was looking for. Since I was serious in finding a dentist fast I opted to speak in the chat. After filling out my name, contact info and problem I was given to a person in the chat.

All of her responses were the pre-programmed type with no emotion or care. I had already put in my issue and what I needed help with in the prompts beforehand but she asked for them again. She then just stopped responding at all. Needless to say, I did not go to them for help. I found a better dentist elsewhere who actually cares about their patients! Do NOT use this dentist! They obviously do not care about their patients enough to hire someone with any type of people skills or empathy.

Still working on a one star because a negative star doesn't exist. The "manager" finally contacted me. Said she's sorry and they will "rush" my crown so they can actually do the two fillings they were supposed to do already at the same time. Yippie for me, now I get to go back for more torture after not eating for a week and a half. Some rush.

I don't think so. I don't even know how I will be able to stomach walking in that place again but I have no choice. They already have my money and I have extreme pain.

I joined the Marine Corps in 2962. Right away during my first dental exam I was told that I had the receding gum disease. In the following years due to the disease, I lost the majority of my teeth. At 26 years old I was wearing dentures. My quality of life rapidly deteriorated. My social life, my personal appearance and outgoing personality changed.

I knew something had to be done. In 2018 I was determined to find a solution to my issues. Eventually I went to Mexico to begin extracted my teeth due to the cost. After extensive research, I began the implant process with a very good clinic in Riverside, Ca. The process was great, however, due to the lack of financing, it was a time consuming process.

After hearing numerous radio commercials, I called Cunning Dental. Made the appointment, their operation had everything including financing under one roof. As of June 10, 2019 I have the final and permanent implants. My technician Jessie was there with me all the way. The services at Cunning Dental are outstanding. The staff always go above and beyond. I now have my life back. Thank you Cunning Dental.
