Friendly, professional Dr and staff. There are three beautiful smiles in our household now.

Service is great, but they have way too many patients. It is nearly impossible to reschedule, they are biting off more than they can chew. If you reschedule an appointment its gonna be another 2-3 months until your next one. And the scheduling is off too, if you have an appointment at 11:00 am they don't put you in until like 11:30 am.

I literally love this place and all the staff! Everyone is always so nice and Dr. Tan is amazing! I've had my braces on for a year now and have never had a bad experience

Dr. Tan took care of me for braces 14 years ago (2004-2005) when I first started college. At the time, my teeth weren't particularly crooked but the spacing between them wasn't ideal and so I wanted to get braces to have them line up nicely. Dr. Tan was warm and friendly and during the consultation he explained everything to my mother and I himself.

He explained that the price was going to be about $4000, but that $1500 would be needed up front. He explained that the $1500 was part of the $4000. However, when we paid for the braces, it was in installments amounting to $4000 in addition to the $1500 up front. Additionally, when it came time, 1.5 years later, to have the braces removed, he placed a permanent metal retainer behind my bottom front teeth and gave me a more traditional retainer for the top teeth.

I had regularly scheduled visits every few weeks to see Dr. Tan to check on things, and he did so at each visit. Within the first few weeks of getting the permanent retainer behind my bottom teeth, I ate an apple, and it dented the permanent retainer, kinking it! Well, my left bottom teeth next to the kink started to shift and my canine tooth started to migrate upwards!

At first it wasn't very noticeable, but after a few weeks I started to wonder why my teeth were shifting. Dr. Tan inspected them each visit and sent me along my way. Finally, when it started to be very noticeable, I asked Dr. Tan, after he inspected my teeth and was ready to send me home, what I had noticed about my teeth shifting, and he inspected the permanent retainer.

His tone quickly changed and he removed it and set me up to have braces put back on the bottom teeth. I had to keep them on for a few months again. When it came time to have them removed, Dr. Tan asked me if I wanted the permanent retainer again. I looked at him in disbelief and said "no". He gave me a traditional retainer for the bottom teeth as well.

All in all, this wasn't a good experience and I was seriously disappointed in Dr. Tan's misleading us about the cost and then his oversight with regards to my teeth shifting.

My daughter has had braces for fir 9 months and we both think Dr. Tan's office is amazing. Great and friendly staff, wonderfully informative and most of all they are kind, caring and gentle with my daughter.

Friendly staff and excellent care team! I am a dental hygienist and have been referring to Dr. Tan for years because I love the smiles he creates. My daughter is now in his care and will be getting braces on next week.

Dr. Tan obviously is a consummate professional which is evident in how he handles the entire dental experience. My wife was experiencing challenges with her bite as well as grinding at night, and had been expressing these concerns to her previous dentist. From the time Dr. Tan's team became part of the solution, to his correct diagnostics of her need for a night guard, the entire experience was positive.

It was effortless to set an appointment and the team was accommodating to her schedule. The high tech equipment that Dr. Tan has available was crucial to him having the tools and information to design a perfect fitting night quard. The result from continued use of the guard has been a significantly improved sleep pattern and just general well being. Dr. Tan even followed up with a telephone call to ask about the experience of sleeping with the guard.

This is a level of care and professional courtesy that we appreciated and is seldom part of any other service. Dr. Tan and his entire team are now her choice of providers for her Invisalign care which will be sure to be as pleasing an overall experience as the night guard continues to be. Take the time to reach out to the team and you will be surprised at the immediate comfort and compassion that you receive.

Nothing but praise for Dr. Alan Tan and his team. They are courteous, professional, and makes you feel comfortable and at home from the moment you step into the door. High technology starts at the very first contact as you check yourself in at a kiosk at the front desk. Reception has many amenities from multiple multimedia sources to a beverage center.

The treatment area is orderly and clean. The team is friendly and proficient with their work. Dr. Tan, with his many years of clinical experience, continues to stay abreast of the latest proven dentistry including but not limited to digital impressions, Spear Education Leader, clear aligners. Needless to say I highly recommend Tan Orthodontics for any of your orthodontic needs.

My family and I went in for our first orthodontist appointment for my oldest daughter Lana! The staff is so welcoming and friendly! The office is amazing! Cookies for the kids and coffee for the moms and dads! I felt soooooooo welcomed! The best part was Dr.tan! He's amazing! Very sweet and kind! Answered all my questions and you can really tell he really cares about his patients! I can't wait to go back!

I first went to Dr. Tan's office 11 years ago to get my bite fixed for purely functional reasons. Every time I had an appointment, it was like visiting old friends. Such a warm, friendly, professional environment. I was very happy with my smile after it was all done. 10 years later I am bringing my sons to Dr Tan. Much of the staff remains the same.

The office is beautifully renovated and has a lot of eye appeal for adults, yet very kid friendly. The level of professionalism and perfection has made us happy that we chose to bring our sons here. They have been quite comfortable with the process and even enjoy coming to their appointments! I would like to add that Dr. Tan and his staff are quite active in our community, giving much of their time and support to local schools and charities. I needed a quick 'tune-up' as my teeth moved since I last had braces. The treatment was quick and effective. Staff and Doctor were great. I also visited this office for teeth whitening which completed the whole process. Overall - very pleased.

Tan Ortho is exceptional! The office is clean and very well designed. The staff are friendly and make an effort to ensure patients are comfortable and welcome. Dr. Tan is very good at what he does. Had braces twice before. Once as a kid, and again as an adult, but I failed to wear my retainers and my teeth shifted. Researched several Orthodontic practices in the area and felt that Dr. Tan and his staff were the best fit for a third try! I was impressed with the end result AND Dr. Tan placed permanent retainers so that my teeth don't shift again!
