The clinic services a wide area including Aberdeen, Brookings, Redfield, Webster and Watertown. The dental clinic has been a family-owned business for over 40 years.Dr. Harvey Spieker founded the clinic in 1976 where he ran a successful solo practice with a staff of eight including hygienists, treatment and business assistants. Dr. Craig Spieker joined his father's practice in 2004, and together in 2006 they relocated to a new building on the west side of town to accommodate additional growth and more equipment.
Services
Craig grew up in Clark, SD. He attended Creighton University for his undergraduate studies and the University of Minnesota to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree. Craig is a member of the American Dental Association. He joined his dad's practice, Clark Family Dental Center in 2004. Dr. Craig continues the Spieker tradition of excellence and innovation in dental work.
We have training, accreditations and years of experience in all types of dentistry including orthodontics, oral surgery and root canals. We take pride in our attention to detail, offer excessive care for every patient and use advanced technology. This allows us to do most procedures in our office, without additional travel and expense.
On your first visit to our office you will be welcomed as a member of our family. You will fill out our required forms which will help us with information about yourself and your condition. We will then talk with you and ask specific questions regarding what conditions you are experiencing and what dental care may be of benefit to you.

Called for appointment to reinstall a crown that had fallen off. Took me in 5 minutes. Fixed quickly and securely, completed a checkup and cleaning all within 1 hour. Could not have had any better experience. Did not need to adjust my prior commitments. Advice: when you call for appointment be ready to go! Well done.

It is rare to say it was a pleasure going to the dentist but in this case it's true. From the staff at the desk to hygienists and dentists, you will never find a better practice than Clark Family Dental. You are made welcome and a priority every time you go in. They remember my kids and always ask about them. The know I need specific forms for work and are ready with them every time. My family loves the Clark Family Practice.

Simply the best! Can't say enough good things about this place. Consistent exceptional service, always on time and always thorough, professional, personable, kind and enjoyable to visit. Their offices are also always very clean, nice and well-maintained. I've been going to Clark Family Dental for 5+ years now and never had a bad experience. They clearly hire great people who are hard-working and dedicated.
I've had the pleasure of seeing hygienists Lisa and Taylor as well as both Dr. Chris and Dr. Beth. 10/10 recommend each of them. They're all great! I'm sure the rest of their team is great too! The family environment is real; even the staff are supportive and friendly. I broke a tooth on an olive pit, and they quickly scheduled me in, pulled it and had an additional tooth put on my partial all on the same day! Amazing, right? I'm happy with how well it fits and on the plus side looks great. I would recommend the Clark Family Dental practice to everyone.

We have always been pleased with our experiences at Clark Family Dental. They do an excellent job of making all the members of my family (40s to 4 years) feel well managed, at ease and cared for. I had a very positive experience at Clark Family Dental. Mackenzie, my dental hygienist, was very personable and at the same time, very professional. She made sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment. Dr Beth is a joy! She reviewed my X-rays, checked my mouth and asked if I had any concerns. I've gone to Clark Family Dental for years and have always been happy with them, but recently I took my daughter in for the first time and was so grateful for Dr. Beth and Taylor, the hygienist. My daughter was really anxious and afraid, but both Dr. Beth and Taylor were super patient with her and did everything they could to make her smile and feel as comfortable as possible. I'm very grateful for their kindness!
