Today I visited Alpha Dental of Franklin for a teeth cleaning and exam. The staff is amazing, professional, and friendly. I've been going here for 3 years now and I feel confident that I receive high quality care for all my dental needs. Shout out to Paula, my dental hygienist. She does a thorough job without discomfort and my teeth feel great! I highly recommend this dental practice.

I have been a long time patient at Alpha Dental and will share that this practice has the latest in technology my recent experience with recent crown replace was more that positive. I've been a patient at Alpha Dental for years and I was hesitant when ownership changed, but I have to say things have never been better. The hygienist who clean my teeth are gentle and thorough and Dr. Mantravadi is outstanding. She understands my special needs and accommodates me exceedingly well.

If you want a front staff that can't even get basic appointments correct this the place for you. It's also the place for you if you want office staff that thinks you are at there beck and call for rescheduling. Worst front desk service ever experienced.

The hygienists and receptionists are very nice. However this office is always running 30 mins to an hour behind. I also had a bad experience with one of the younger dentists. After waiting 45 minutes in my car he numbed my whole mouth for something that didn't require Novocain, then proceeded to tell me he couldn't help me and sent me home. Basically wasted over an hour of my time and sent me home with a numb mouth for absolutely no reason. No longer a patient here.

I almost don't want to write this review because it might make it harder for me to get an appointment with my favorite hygienist but I have to give credit where credit is due. Ras is excellent at her job! She is gentle, yet thorough. She approaches my teeth cleaning in a methodical way that ensures I get the best cleaning. Plus, she's got such a nice personality. Alpha Dental has a winner with Ras.

Alpha dental is great. Love the staff and Dr. Salem. They treat my whole family and they have been great. My wife Rose hygenists Heather and Dental Assistant Carmen are excellent and other people are great as well. The front desk is highly efficient and well-organized. We have been with Alpha Dental and Dr. Salem for almost 15 years.

You will see a different hygienist every time you visit--some are better than others. Sometimes you will see a dentist at your visit, sometimes not. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes in the waiting room; the appointments are timely and efficient. My biggest complaint is that the office staff are unorganized. Two months ago, I asked for an estimate for Invisalign.

The dentist asked their front-office person to contact my oral surgeon for my latest X-rays and then to get an estimate from my insurance. As soon as the dentist walked away, the staff member asked me to call my oral surgeon and said, "You had better call to get your X-rays. I know I'll forget the second you walk out the door." Okaaaay. I did so, and my surgeon sent them over with a note it was for my Invisalign estimate.

I never heard back from Alpha so I called them last week to find out when I would be able to start the Invisalign process. I was told "there was a problem" and they had never called my insurance for an estimate and would do it that day--no reason, no apology, even after I voiced my frustration. Apparently, the office staff just forgot. I sent an email to the practice about a week ago explaining what happened and never heard back. I don't think customer service is high on their list of priorities and I'm having second thoughts about spending a ton of money on Invisalign at this office.

My family and I have been going to Alpha Dental for as long as I can remember. We have always had a great experience there! The entire staff is always friendly, courteous and knowledgable! Heather is an amazing hygienist. She always does a great job and makes you feel comfortable. She is extremely friendly and full of energy! If you are looking for a new dental office this is the one! They will not disappoint!

I received my first ever crown a few weeks ago. I went in with plenty of questions, because I was really curious about the process. The dental doctor and the assistant whom took care of me were all more than accommodating, and willing to answer my questions with a smile. They were both very nice, and pleasant to speak with. I've never had any issues with dentists nor doctors of the sort, but the people working here are definitely the most pleasant I've ever had the pleasure of working with.
