In recent years, we have seen great success with our patients with minor misalignment issues who have chosen Invisalign as an alternative to traditional metal braces. Invisalign works in a similar way, but provides more subtlety and discretion for patients who don't like the way metal braces look. Invisalign is a set of see-through custom-fit aligners that can be placed directly over your teeth.

I went here with my son and because of the experience my son no longer wants to visit dentists. It was terrible we had to keep going back because for the life of them they couldn't put in the device for my son to stop sucking his thumb. They didn't make the mold right and when they put it on they refused to figure out the problem. The device was made incorrectly and also placed wrong.

I let them know and they said it was fine. They blamed my son being uncooperative and couldn't do nothing for him. They don't do a good job at all not problem solving skills and always want the easy way out. They simple had no compassion and patience for my son. Don't ever go there it was the worst service ever.

Really disappointed with the job done on my teeth years later. I had my premolar teeth removed and it's wrecked havoc on my bite since I had my braces removed. Please consult another Ortho if you are told that teeth need to be pulled out. A bottom tooth of mine was accidentally filed so that it has a permanent bump on the side too.

The personal up really really efficient but the personal in the back aren't as I expected, I was left waiting for my daughter to get call in for almost 2 hours because they had forgotten that we were there waiting, if it wasn't for a women that works there and saw me arrive I would of been there for longer, then after another nurse came to finally take my daughter in she didn't even do the job correctly, it takes around 30 mi. To do the check up and the exchange and this nurse took 2 minutes. Not happy with this visit at all

Is there zero start rating? This office has messed up my daughter's appointment twice in the last 2 weeks! I have taken time off from work to drive 45 minutes to only be told that we were given the wrong appointment times or to tell me they had to reschedule my appointment last minute. A few other parents had the same issues while I was in the office.

Their service is awful, they don't try to help us out due to the inconvenience, but they are sure to bill patients $65 if they are late or miss an appointment which I've never done. They can play with people's time but we have to adjust and follow to them and their mistakes.? Not fair!

I am a patient here and if you are considering for this office to be your orthodontist i suggest looking elsewhere. Every single appointment i've had with them I end up waiting AT LEAST an hour i've waited up to 3 hours before just for them to check if my teeth are straightening out which only takes 15-20 min. They need to stop overbooking because I know everyone that goes there agrees, all of us continuously asking the receptionist when they will call us up, and when we finally do get seen the assistants are usually very polite and explain you through everything but, the doctor always acts like your a waist of time, doesn't even greet you or anything. I would suggest taking your money elsewhere. Hope to have helped.

My third time here and EVERYTIME this place is so OVERBOOKED! I just stood for 1 HOUR and 45 MINUTES as not ONE seat was available, and to have 3 kids with me (4yrs old the youngest) was NOT FUN! My daughters appointment was for 9:30am, (arrived at 9:15am) I understand dental offices can become busybut when the office purposely OVERBOOKS is very inconsiderate to the patients, parents/caregivers- I had to be at work by 12:00pm and IM STILL WAITING!

I had to call out and miss a days pay (single mother) so I'm very unhappy, but they will gladly take my co-pay and bill my insurance and when I asked how long the wait was going to be as I had to go to work I received an extremely bad attitude from the receptionist telling me 30 minutes as she rolls her eyes at me and then makes sure to tell me that if I cancel and make a new appointment I would be charged $65!

If my daughter did not already have the braces I would of gladly looked elsewhere, and to top it off- NO FOOD OR DRINKS ALLOWED (I seen people being told to bring it outside or throw it out) If you are going to have people waiting 3+hours for a 15/20min appointment they should be allowed to bring a drink! As a mom of 3 I seen a lot of dental/doctors offices and I have NEVER EVER experienced such BULLS**T, she just got called in back now and it is 11:41 am- for here at 9:15!

Nothing like making an Appointment for your daughter over a month in advance, taking the day off work, and your child out of school just to arrive and have the staff claim that they called a to cancel because the Doctor wont be in. I never receive any voicemail or follow up to reschedule. No respect for people or their time. Completely unprofessional in my opinion. I work too hard to give my business to such a disrespectful organization.

The last couple of appointments I've had disappoints and yesterday was my last straw with them. The Dr's office schedule an appt and the also follow up with a text to verify (reminder) of the appt which also states if you fail to keep your appt you will be charged, however they failed to meet my appt. They were closed due to a storm. We are in New England, it wasn't a storm (up to 2 inches of snow and ice) and if you felt it was a storm you should have sent a text letting your patients know you are closed.

I showed up to my appt after leaving work early (yes I still went to work) to find other parents also waiting with confusion to why the office was closed. This place is very unprofessional. If it wasn't that I had already made the full payment for my daughters retainer I would NOT go back!

Very bad patient service. My daughter has been having braces from Dr. McMillen since January 2015 and she should have had it taken off Dec 2016. But, when she went for it to be taken off, they say that it's not fixed yet and she needs to have it on for another 6 months. We had to move in the next 6 months and she is still in braces. We had to go to a new Orthodontist because of the move.

The new orthodontist had requested for her records and I called the office yesterday and the person who picked up the phone said that she had already mailed the documents to the new address. Confirmed my address and told her that I did not receive it. I asked her to email me the X-ray since my daughter had an appointment the following day. she said she was going to do it the same afternoon and mail the physical documents after.

I waited the whole day and checked my email the next day. Nothing. I called again and was told it will be mailed ASAP. I also mentioned that she had an appointment in the afternoon. Waited till 11am.still nothing. Called again and the response I get is an attitude from the manager. She says she was sick the previous day and had to leave early. I understand that. But, then she says that there are 10 patients that she had to attend to and will try to get my request done. Really?

How long does it take for you to send an email? I am at the new orthodontist's office and I check my email and nothing yet. Overall I am disappointed with the experience in this office. Please take your loved one to a practice that actually cares about their patients and their requests.

Horrible. 2 hour wait times. They schedule every person in RI at the time. No parking spots open, no seats left open in the waiting room. After all this, the wire came off 4 hours later. You need to make an appointment to talk with the doctor. It was okay 3 years ago, now it is a bunch of young adults without enough experience working on your child's teeth. Very disappointed in this office. Would not recommend it at all. Sorry to say.
