First visit with my child and a pretty impressive experience. my child was totally petrified b4 our arrival but upon being called i could immediately see the tension subside. they made her feel welcome and comfortable and that is number one hurdle for me. mostly each tech explained each step they were taking and answered her questions and so far so good! thank you!

My daughter and son have seen Johnston/Richardson for 15+ years now.never a complaint! We've had cleanings, x-rays, stubborn baby teeth extractions, fillings, sealants, braces and retainers. my kids never left in pain! They've never dreaded going to dentist. I'm very, very pleased with all services.front office staff always nice and willing to work around my schedule, file our insurance, reschedule when necessary.where were these dentist when i was a kid? Thank goodness they've been here for my kiddos! 5 star!

I love love love all the dentist's and hygienists here! But the people on the phone leave a lot too be desired. I called to cancel and reschedule a dentist appointment during office hours on a Thursday, however no one answered and I left a message. I did not receive a call back like I asked. Then when I called again on the following Monday I was told that the cancelled the appointment but that no one called.
Then I could only get an appointment for 2 months later (Which is ridiculous) and when I said something about not appreciating the no call she got snotty with me and said well we were booked that far anyway. I understand that but if given a call last week I might have gotten a little bit earlier.

I took my 4 year old there and the dentist took a flashlight and looked in her mouth without cleaning out with water or anything and said she needs to be put to sleep and eight caps. What she has been seeing an older dentist for 2 years and a couple months ago she need a couple of filling. She had eaten a chocolate granola bar before we got there. I would go and look how they do things first before you take your child. I will Never take or recommend.
